My new work truck unfortunately got hit while parked, which is always a pain. I was setup to fix it at King Collision and met Brian there as I parked.He quickly assessed the damage and offered me a ride back to work.My truck is essential for work and travel...Brian totally understood and kept me in the loop with the repair. It was even done ahead of schedule and to perfection. The icing on the top was how clean my truck was returned to me. I left it pretty nice, but they went above and beyond with interior cleaning. It was immaculate! Please Thank Your Detailer,and Thank You. These were minor repairs, but required removing the bumper, grill, etc...

What a relief it is to find a body shop which performs high quality repair work. I did a lot of research before choosing a body shop and I can say I am confident I made the right choice. My paint job came out wonderful and I am extremely satisfied. Everyone in the office was very pleasant, professional and respectful from Brian the manager to the lady at the front desk.

Everyone was very friendly and on top of there game. Richard and Michelle in coconut creek Subaru king collision center, couldnt have been nicer, both very helpful. Also they made it a fast experience, so I wasnt there too long. I would highly recommend them and King Collision center, to anyone that needs body work done on there car.

Our car was rear-ended and needed significant body work. Chris at King Collision took great care of our car and provided no-nonsense estimation, labor, and final summary. One minor detail is that he underestimated the amount of time necessary to fix the car because he forgot it is a hybrid. That affected our need for a rental car, but aside from that, this was excellent service, which is guaranteed with a lifetime warranty!

Just had my car fixed here. They did a fantastic job. After I left my car was still pulling to the right and my steering wheel was knocked to the right. Of course I went back and expressed my concern. Richard immediately jumped up apologizing and took my car right back to the shop. They were able to fix it (it just needed an adjustment) . I am very impressed by this company, it took less than 2 weeks to fix 2 doors,bumper, fender, & rim. Very professional and well done 👏 Ty to Richard Thomas, Michelle at the front and staff!

The whole process started several years ago when I had to take it to this particular shop for an insurance claim. At first I was fairly satisfied considering the damage, but since then, Ive had to bring in back three times for various issues, most recently for peeling paint. Now theyve always been quick to remedy and fix, so Ill give them credit for that, however, after my most recent visit I noted several chips in the paint near the area where the work had been done. When I brought it to the attention of the service advisor, he claimed it was chips from normal driving and tried to point out other areas where there were nicks. I explained the chips I was pointing out were not there when I brought it in and there were several within a very small section (again in the area near where the work had been done). Very frustrating to have to had to bring my vehicle in multiple times and now for them to not to accept responsibility for the chips in the paint in this particular section of my vehicle has soured me on their service.

Brought car in for cosmetic front end repair. Met a gentleman named Richard. He inspected the car very thoroughly. Found items to be repaired that weren’t very obvious. . Richard dealt with all details.There were some minor details that were not correct when job was finished.Richard had them corrected to my satisfaction. I appreciate all he did.Thanks to Richard.

I went to this place to get my rear bumper fixed after being rear-ended. My insurance covered the cost, but I still had a few problems to deal with. The staff there was very nice and took care of everything with the insurance company for me. The service was very quick. The office is open Monday through Saturday, but repair work only occurs between Monday through Friday. Still the staff is very nice.

Is an Official Body shop for the cluster of dealerships, all in one place. Specializing in Mitsubishi, Hyundai and now Lincoln. When theyre finished; your car will better than new! The final result; as smooth and shiny as glass!UNFORTUNATELY; PRICES are on the high end. The MANAGER (BRIAN) REFUSED to prep. & paint the bumper (which had only minor paint damage) with it still on the car; he INSISTING that it MUST be REMOVED 1st! That alone cost a couple of hundred $$$s EXTRA. A quick internet search proved it could (should) have been done, on the car, by simply taping around it.SUMMATION:Do a little research BEFORE you take your car there; insist that they ONLY do what you say, BUT you will be INCREDIBLY HAPPY with the results!!!

I got rear ended by a 17 year old on 441 this morning. He told me he was in a bad situation no money and got kicked out by the parents and he begged me not to call police. I felt sorry for him and I trusted him. After he promised to pay me back for the damage on the bumper I let him go without calling police but found out later on that I was cheated. I went to the King collision this afternoon to have an estimate and a nice guy name is Richard helped me and comforted me. He also gives me some paint for touching up. When he found the damage area two clips was missing then he gave me couple of clips to secure the bumper. He made my upset feeling much better. I do appreciate Richard for a nice service

I was aware there would be a small variance in color when they replaced my bumper but when I got my car they were 2 completely different colors they did a horrific job and never offered to try to repaint to try to match the color better. They then told me after this was the hardest color for them to match and they always have had issues with it. I recommend to them they should just tell their customers they simply are not qualified to do job. They would never say that because they would miss out on the 850 bucks they charged me for a new bumper. I now have to get my bumper repainted and spend more money if I ever want my bumper to match the rest of my car. Sad you cant give this place 0 stars. Save yourself time and money and avoid this place.

HORRIBLE service and even worse customer service. I was involved in an accident and I chose King Collision to repair my car. I regret this decision every day. Mr. Richard Thomas, who was the technician responsible for my claim, does not answer emails and rarely answer his phone or is on his desk. Long story short, it took them 3 months to repair my car (and it was not big deal). Since I got the car, I had to bring it in for repairs over 5 times, and they could not get it fixed. There is a leak in the passenger rear window and whenever it rains, there is water in. Since it all happened, over 15 months ago, I moved to Orlando, so I am 3 hours away from their shop now. Even tough, I still took the car to them 3 times since I moved. Instead of giving me an option to service the car closer to my location, Mr. Richard Thomas said to bring the car in, AGAIN, so they can take a look. At least he took my call this time... Nevertheless, I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. I am getting advice from an attorney to seek my rights. Stay away from this place.

Stay away from KING COLLISION! they lied to my insurance company and replaced my transmission and other Major components for no reason. Charged my insurance $16,000 when my car was worth $10,000 with the year and miles. RUN AWAY! The transmission they installed in my car lasted 1000 miles before it started slipping! They should be ashamed.

Brad was very helpful, he gave above average attention to my car. It helps that he is a car enthusiast that understood what my STI represents to the car community. It’s the hyper-blue addition one of only 700, parts had to be shipped in from japan, it demanded craftsmanship from the Technican. He even test drove the vehicle to make sure everything was in order. He paid attention to detail and I feel that my car is brand new after the accident. I trusted this guy and he did not let me down...I can now put that negative experience from the accident behind me, where it belongs...Thank You,Dr. Patrick

My car spent over a month there and nothing was done until I showed up there 3 days in a row and talked to 2 different managers so that they would at least start to work on my car. Do not trust these people. Everyone there is a liar, every time I could call I would either leave a message and never would get a call back, or I would be told my car would be ready Friday and after 4 fridays it is just like how I left it.They dont care about customer satisfaction and much less quality work. My car wasnt fixed properly and when I left itTo get fixed they sit on it for 1 month and dont do anything to it. Cheats and liars!

My 2011 Limited edition synergy green Camaro was smashed and King Collision completely repaired it in a little over three weeks to my complete satisfaction! Furthermore, a couple years later I was broadsided by an elderly lady and she smashed my 2013 SS.... back to Rebecca at king collision I went. Both vehicles were satisfactorily repaired by king collision and Rebecca was an absolute delight to deal with despite the Poor unfortunate circumstances of my two gorgeous machines.

I took my Daughters Volkswagen Jetta to them for body repair work. It was all going through my insurance. They charged for OEM parts and plenty of labor. The car was supposed to be done 11/08/2017, I was not able to pick it up until 11/30/2017. When I went to pick it up the first time the vehicle had been repaired with After-Market cheap parts with poor fitment and terrible quality. I dealt with Brad Levinson. Frankly, he was rude and unprofessional. These people get paid to use quality materials and use the cheapest stuff they can find, all along with terrible customer service. Stan Anders, the General Manager, never called back after 20 calls to try and rectify this situation. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Very unprofessional people! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN! We purchased car from Cocounut Creek Hyundai, and assumed that this body shop is an official Hyundai shop - BIG MISSTAKE!!! Terrible customer service, they are the biggest liars in this world! Richard(who was our adviser) lied to us about everything! NEVER called us with the update. The car was ready 2 weeks later because he failed to order one of the parts on time moreover it took him 1.5 weeks to realize that the part was missing. Brian (manager of the body shop) did not want to help with anything, and kept pretending not to be in the office. Finnaly when the car was ready Richard failed to schedule a house car to pick me up, so I was waiting outside with the little baby for two hours. Later on I realized that he brought me in the shop after every single manager left, so I could not complaint to anyone. The car,of course, was not ready upon arrival, so I had to wait for another 2 hours until they allign doors and clean it. Terrible experience! Believe it or not, but they did not want to Finnish the car untill I called them in the morning and screamed at them, after so much lies. I told them that I will call the police if they not going to give my car back. Car was ready by the very late evening...

I had to wait over a month for my car after Richards told me a week.. So i would call every week and get the same b.s answer.. And then finally i go to pickup my car and wait over an hour for them to pull it around after supposedly washing it.. And then to boot after all that 3 months later Enterprise rental care is looking for there money from me renting the car.. They never paid the money for my rental so now im trying to call and get it taken care if and noone wants to talk to me now.. Thanks a** holes..

Horrible work and horrible customer service. They knowingly put faulty equipment on my vehicle, expecting me to not notice. They also left wires disconnected. Had to take it to the dealership to have it fixed. Stay away!
