Horrible service andr miranda who works in the print shop not a very nice person. Pretty rude losr our whole file and domething was suppposed to be printedd over the weekend and 5 days later i go to pick it up and its not ready so had ro wait 40 minutes for them to make it. This office depot is very unprofessional and having domeone like miranda makes it that much worse

I ordered 3 different prints, 3 different sized paper and some card stock. Everything was printed wrong. I sent it to be picked up contactless but when u go there they couldn’t even find the order. They reprinted it but everything was wrong.

Dont come here unless you want to stand in line and be ignored. I walked into the store to pick up a print order. Literally stood there for 25 minutes and not one of the 2 associates said a thing. No good morning, how can I help you, nothing. The associate said it was because I was on the phone and she didnt want to interrupt. Now how foolish is that? So, if someone were behind me, would I have been skipped? Makes zero sense. And of course when I mentioned my dissatisfaction, theres was no apology or anything. Basic customer service skills go a long way and they dont have it.

I came in last weekend right before closing time because we had realized there were some big diescrepancies on my sisters wedding brochures (her wedding was the following day). i needed to retype, organize print, and cut out all new brochures and Caroline (I believe was her name) was so helpful and really turned this last minute stressor right around. Thank you so much!

We went to the Office Depot and we never had an issue until today. A lady there was very rude to my mother. She was very passive aggressive and sarcastic, we didn’t appreciate all the extra back talk and sass that was not needed. After tolerating her nasty behavior we still got the wrong size picture we asked for 8x10 and received a way smaller picture and had to return to reprint. Even then we had to ask for adjustments multiple times. They failed to tell us they didn’t have 8x10 sizing which would’ve saved us a lot of time and trouble. We eventually gave up and had to go home and do the sizing ourselves.

Just left this place. So impressed for the lock of customer service. Needs management and training. Really bad experience.

I come to this store often for the last few years for their print and copy service. I most often see The manager and Thomas, they are both consistently incredibly helpful and patient, and I have not always made things simple for them. (Whenever I’ve been helped by someone else they have also been great!) I have not once left with a bad taste in my mouth. Best store by far! Oh and if the right person is reading this, they should totally get a raise 😉

Cool Curbside pick up at office depot storeMy wifes office laptop charger stopped working. She placed an order online with the store pick up option today. Yesterday, I placed an order for ink. I went to the local store just now and clicked I,m Curbside button. An associate came to my car in 10 seconds, asked for the name on the order, and then she went in, came back with the 2 orders that were packed in plastic bags, and put them on the passenger car seat. All of this was done in less than a minute. Cool!

I must say for the past 2 days, my son and I have had to go print, scan and copy some documents at this location. During both visits, we experienced the best customer service ever. Thanks to the young man Ian. He is one of their hardest and best workers. Every employee, including the manager need to take notes on how to multitask when theres about 5 or more customers needing to be serviced. I watched Ian keep his composure while working under pressure with a smile on his face. I gave 4 stars because of the awesome customer service given by the 1 employee Ian but unfortunately hes not the entire store. Other than that, I wouldve given a 5.

Recently moved to the area and have made 3 online orders to pick up and they had the orders ready in less than 10 min! 👍👏Massive improvement from never ready in a few hours in Miami! My interactions with the staff have always been great and they have been very helpful 😊

I am surprised that this Office Depot location is still around. It seems that the rosy Ta they sell can be found cheaper on Amazon. That being said, I love that the location is still around. I get many supplies for my business here and love the bargain bins. I am a sucker for cheap gadgets. The service is minimal here due to the low amount of traffic, but very friendly and always willing to help. I do get all of my printer paper here and toner since I wait until the last minute to replace it. I also like to buy labels and tags here since the have the smaller quantities that I need. I hope this location does not get closed down.

This location has the best printing services and is usually stocked with mailing supplies. Beats all the rest! If you need printing done right by a chain store, this is the one to go to!!!

Did a return and exchange so I can get the right printer, staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, in and out in 10 mins and the gentleman helped me load the printers into the car in the rain 👍

It was fine. The girl they had meeting everybody at the front door definitely looked like she hated her job. So they may want to rethink her location

Absolutely awful - no idea how they continue to exist here. I have gone here for years(literally only because of geographical convenience) and *every* *single* *time* the shopping carts are littered with at least five pieces of garbage each. Employees pretend like they dont hear or see me unless I am looking at an expensive product. Other Office Depots arent like this, but this one is just absolutely horrendous. After my most recent experience I am just going to go out of my way to the one further away.

I would like to share what a pleasure it is shopping at this Office Depot. I live in Coral Springs but, find myself shopping only at this location; this is due to the extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly manager (Billy) and his staff. No matter what questions and concerns I may have with regards to the stores merchandise, Billy finds a way to assist. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to shop at this location.

I don’t know if it was me or the staff. I came in to pick up a print, something you would think will take about 5 minutes. But no, the employees don’t care and there very slow. It took me 20 minutes. Also I called 3 times to get my print job ready. I went to the store, they did not have my print job ready. So I had to wait 10 minutes.

I liked shopping at Office Depot. They have almost any office related items at a fair price. The company itself seems to be driven toward providing great services and products to its customers. This is the reason why I did most of my purchases at Office Depot when it came to office related Items. At that particular store, I spent a great deal on printers, inks, disk drives, laptops, and many more because I live 5 minutes away. From now on, I will not spend a dime at Office Depot and Office Max due to an incident that happened today. I got treated poorly by one of their employees. The experience was bad customer service at its worst.I am currently working on some projects for my business. Yesterday, I went there, and the same employee walked away and never came back while he was helping me. He seemed to be annoyed to be at his job. I could see that he just did not want to be there at all. After standing there for about an hour, a nice young lady then assisted me, and she was extremely kind and professional as all other Office Depot staff members. This morning, I called and sent in a print job to the store, because I wanted to see how my project looked before sending it out for mass production. I got there to pick up the documents and it was not done yet, I waited and waited till the printer got jammed. I was told to come back later at around 4pm. I went to work then went to a meeting that ended at around 7:30 pm. I managed to drive all the way from Miramar to Coral Springs fighting my way through traffic and managed to make it there at 8:45 pm, a few minutes before the store closed at 9pm. To my surprise, the work was never completed. By negligence, my project was left undone. I then asked for a single print. No assistance was provided and was left on my own to cut it, which ended in disaster. Why did they accept my order and did not perform? Why that guy got hired in the first place? Till the company make sure that this will not occur again, my dollars will go to their competitors.

Day before school started and no mayhem. That deserves more than 5 stars.

Terrible I went to bring a computer for recycle Best Buy from one and other stores take it for free for recycle I was turned down also told I would have to pay for it if I want it recycled also I asked would you wipe out the memory so whoever you recycle it too would not have my information also told that I would have to pay additional for that also customer service is not the best at your stores people work there said they also complain to the home office about the service that they could give the customer and they would turn down
