I have never worn glasses before and needed them for distance. Dr.Berman was super professional, he was very polite, explained everything very well, answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with my purchase of new glasses. I will be returning soon to bring my daughter in for an eye exam. First overall impression was exceptional.

Gotta give them a one star today! First, I have had issues in the past with them. Many moons ago, I asked for my daughters prescription because I saw these really cute frames online. They didnt want to give it to me! Then, when they finally did, they left out the pupilary distance. When I called to ask for it, they said that is info just for the doctor, we wont give it out. I lost my mind on them because they were deliberately withholding my daughters medical record because they were mad I wasnt buying glasses through them. Tacky.Well, a few days ago I called to get my prescription. I lost my glasses and it is killing me. I wanted to order a quick pair online. You see, I no longer have vision insurance and glasses will break the bank for me if Im not careful. They cant find my prescription. Like Im not even in the system. But I would be if I was paying them. Right? They told me they would look into it and call me back. Never heard from them again.This place is so money hungry, I will never return. Got an eye appt at another place and hoping I never have to speak to these people again.

The eye exam doctor is very good, better than the other ones I have visited in the past 10 years.

This place belongs to one big Optical care business that cares of your eyes and they count on great equipments.

My experience was great! i needed my glasses tightened and they were so quick and it was for free! so friendly also. totally recommend. reasonable prices for eye exams and glasses.

I scheduled an appointment at 3:30 and they were super late. It seems like their main focus is selling glasses even though they are eye doctors. I don’t recommend going to this place. The employees are also slackers and very lazy and act like they don’t like doing their job.

What an amazing experience! From the moment we entered EVERYONE was kind and welcoming! We were greeted and helped immediately! The smiles and laughter that were shared was shocking to be perfectly honest. Ive never felt so cared for by an entire staff the way we were just cared for. Dr. Berman was more than perfect! His calming voice eased my anxiety and he shared very funny jokes with us. He created an experience unlike any others! What a wonderful place to visit for your eyes! I recommend this place to everyone. My 2 year old even enjoyed herself! 😊

My daughter recently found out she needed glasses so I made an appointment for an eye exam at For Eyes. Everything about it was wonderful. The doctor who gave the exam was thorough and kind. The manager, Bonnie, who helped us select the glasses was very knowledgeable and offered great input. The glasses were ready in just a few days. When I went to pick them up the gentleman who helped us was also very helpful and kind. We went back the other day to have them adjusted and again had a positive experience with a friendly, knowledgeable team member. Overall, I cant say enough positive things about my experience here. Great selection and great prices. Thank you!

I absolutely love this location!!!! I went for the first time on Tuesday, and the location is right by my work!! and the girl who greeted me, and helped me order my glasses was SOOO SWEET and i have already told 5 people how amazing Dr Berman was!!! I went because of the location, but i will keep coming back because of Dr Berman and the staff!!!

Really nice sales people also desk clerks were amazing. But there was a Butch doctor she was very rude wouldnt answer any of my questions and did a horrible job explaining my issue treated me like a child very unprofessional. Also they prescribed me 375 power year in a half ago Ive been dealing with severe migraines everyday couldnt work couldnt think and now theyre telling me my strength went down to 3.25 my quality of life was horrible due to the migraines due to the prescription they prescribed.

Theese guys really know how to adjust glasses! Finally I found a place! Great customer service, plenty of glasses to choose from, and the store itself is immaculate. Will definitely recommend!

Doctor was really informative and nice. The front desk people were rude, unprofessional. They barely follow up with their customers. I have to call them to ask about the order status of my contacts and a few times they got me the wrong contacts. When I actually went to pick up the contacts, I walked up to one of the girls at the front desk and asked about a pick up for contacts I had ordered 2 weeks ago and she asked me to sit down and wait while she continued to do whatever it was she was originally doing, she finished and took upon herself another task and never communicated with me what she was going to do or when she was going to get to me. It was as if she forgot about me waiting. So I got up and asked her coworker the same thing and she easily assisted me with no issues, it was 1 2 3.The store is nice but the employees and customer experience for me wasn’t great at all.

One star is too much! The doctor was so inconsiderate of my children with autism! Would never go here again! After waiting 45 for an appointment I made 1 week in advance then the doctor walked away from me a few times durning our conversation because instead of acknowledging the truth and the reality of the situation he decided to keep walking away! He kept stating that he was really busy. Mind you, my son with autism has a people and crowed phobia so it is extremely hard to get him to go places. 5 people in the office and not one could tell me that the doctor was running behind schedule.... NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Shame on you! In addition, I got to this ridiculous office at 3:30 pm and it was 5:20 with an appointment time of 4:40 pm and yet my children were not seen and to make matters worst he was taking every other patient that walked in and yet my autistic son was pacing around the entire office. I had to grab him and have him breath and clam down! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Don’t come here!!! This doctor is not kid friendly or people friendly. Actions speaks louder then words. I will be contacting ForEYES corporate! I left in tears!

It is very rare for me to leave reviews, but I am just so amazed at the level of care I experienced today, especially from a chain like For Eyes.To explain, Ive been going to My Eyelab for about 5 years and always had great service. Until last year, when I went and my appointment was done via telehealth. They did not inform me prior to go going there that it would be a telehealth appointment, but it was. Ever since, Ive been getting severe migraines, the glare has been insane at night, and Ive always felt everything has been off. I gave them a chance to fix it, but they didnt.Today, I went to For Eyes to give them a chance. From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Bergman was incredible, taking the time to fit me into contacts himself and really figuring out what was right for me. The lady who sold me my glasses was fantastic, taking the time to figure out my insurance and in-store discounts to give me the best deal.I am so excited to pick up my prescription and finally be able to see well! Thank you so much to this team for providing the highest level of patient care!

Dr.Berman is wonderful, great service

Purchased both a pair of progressive lens glasses and 90-day supply of daily wear contacts. It was difficult to find a contact lens that worked for me, but Dr. Berman was persistent and patient. I tried four different contacts until I found one that was comfortable to wear all day AND corrected my vision nearly as good as the glasses (by no means an easy feat). The staff are all incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgeable (also no easy feat). I have been to other For Eyes locations in South Florida, along with many other chains both big and small, so I thought I knew what to expect going in. I was blown away by the service I received. I have finally found the place for me to get quality eye care and products after trying since 1989! Thank you, Dr. Berman and staff.

5.0 star rating 7/28/2017I cannot say enough about both Wayne and Candy. Of course, I wanted something funky to match my blue hair and my purple personality and to ignore my age - but together - they helped me choose the perfect pair - at $300 less than I was originally quoted at another site. What really touched me is how Wayne took the time time to figure out my cost with my insurance - and then re-calculated the cost without my insurance but using the stores current promotional sale. This took time, this took courtesy - this was an example of old-fashioned customer service. ANd - he saved me another $50/00. Let me be perfectly candid, when you go from 46 years of making good money, receiving two checks a month to then managing on a not-so-good check once a month is a challenge. School Bd, people - they take our insurance - and you dont have to use their optician - which I was told by yet another eyeglass place who would not fill my prescription. Just so you know it - Four Eyes in Coral Springs is the place to go. Trust me on this

Dr Richard Berman is one of the best Eye Doctor! Hes always prepared and a very professional specialist that has been able to guide and treat my daughter since she was 10 years. When we met Dr. Berman, my life and my daughters life changed so we are thankful to God for his professional support for giving me and my daughter peace of mind

We order 2 prescription glasses for my kids, paid $400 out of pocket and my private insurance covered $600, we received my daughters glasses in 10 days, but my sons for some reason didnt arrive, and nobody seems to know what happened or when it will arrive. Im only getting the run-around and the 10 days had turned into 3 weeks and Im still waiting... horrible experience.4/17/18 update.After weeks waiting for my sons prescription glasses we got the call to pick them up and I got a new surprise. We paid for transition lenses and only 1 lense got the transition and the one with the strong prescription didnt have it. Lets see how long it takes to get this fix. Im also waiting on the District Manager Andrew to call me.

I was doing my externship at this for eyes location, then later I finally got a job with for eyes. Because I saw how Dr. Berman was with patients I endup bringing my kids there for their eye exam. Dr. Berman is a very nice, knowledgeable doctor I like him very much, I recommend people to go there. In addition, Shurnette, Bonnie, Wayne are very nice and are the best opticians. I like all of them.

L had received a misdiagnosis from an eye doctor I had been using for years, I found that I was in need of a new doctor. I tried a local doctor who took my insurance for both myself and my son. He was good doctor but had a staff that totally dropped the ball when it came to doing the proper testing correctly or at all. To make a long story short, going to this office was a waste of time and money. I was again in need of a local doctor for examinations for myself as well as my family. Afer an extensive search of practices and optical stores, I was lucky enough to find Dr Berman.I have a eye condition that many doctors do not specialize in. Due to this factor, many practices feel they have the right to overcharge me for treatment. When I was calling local doctors and optical stores, the pricing for my exam as well as the lenses I typically wear was insanely overpriced. I also found this to be true for a regular exam as well. It was getting quite frustrating to find a place where the prices were reasonable and not overpriced, the doctor was credentialed and the service was great.On my way home from work, I stopped in at For Eyes to see if they could accommodate us. After a long conversation with the woman at the front desk, appointments were made. I finally found the place I was looking for!Dr Berman is very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. He went out of his way to help me. He explained everything to me. He worked on getting the best lenses for both my son and I. My experience was so positive that I cant say enough nice things about him.the staff is accommodating and helpful.The store is bright and clean.The location is great.Our wait time was minimal.The prices are reasonable.The best part? He got me into soft lenses after wearing hard lenses for many years. I can now read and see distance, something I couldnt do at the same time while wearing hard lenses. Its amazing not to have to pull out my readers to read close up then take them off to do everything else. I never thought this was possible again!We couldnt be happierThank you!Most definitely go here... You will be happy that you did...both my son and I are!
