I have emailed. I have received no reply.BE AWARE that if you are ordering from this company, you are ordering from THIEVES.Their business practice is not transparent at all.The prices are gouged.Do yourself a favor and order from 1800contacts next time.YourLens should be allowed to be in business.

Horrible customer service. They give you the run around and do not know what they are talking about. I would recommend using a different site to purchase contact lenses.
