Terrible customer service, cashier( Anne-Marie ) stated I have to spend $20 in order to receive change for a 100 dollar bill. Won’t pump here again

Its covid protected without having to feel invasive... The warm food doesnt sit out for the same cost as prepared food....they have good water and a beer cooler while enforcing face masks and non consumption at their location.... For convenience its a slower transactional exchange and more veteran like then lower middle class night scene like... I thought the local take on product was a worth my money exchange... And I would prefer Cumberland to other gas stations.... The area is a rudely kept area without strong not a bar rules and old ladies get pushed down walking or have to take issue with fast food personnel alone for themselves..... A lot of big strong guys wont observe social distancing and it is feeling line backer scheduled sometimes so I appreciate those still willing to covid crowd control...

Special shoutout to the two guys working tonight between 9:30-10 P.M. just very respectful and nice. Went above and beyond being helpful and kind. Offered good suggestions on the food and just a very good experience. Wish you guys nothing but the best. Thanks, will definitely be back. Great customer service.

I like the dining areas outside the store

I went to this Cumberland Farms gas station. I bought $24.98 in gas. They authorized $100 to my card. When I called customer service, the lady said they can authorize between $1 to $100, and then going to tell me the hold stays for 7 days. Why are you holding $100 on my card for? What am I doing sleeping on the pump? My car can not even hold $100 in gas. For $24 I understand authorize $30. Holding $100 you are tying up peoples funds. What about the person, who has the last $100 on their card and need gas and food? Cumberland Farms keep your gas! As you will not be holding on to my money for no good reason.

This store is only open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.
