An insurance instructor told me once that beside been well prepared for an state exam, eating a slice of pizza just before the exam, will boost our neuron connections. I did it again this week. I stop by this Seven Eleven store and got a slice just before taking my Fl Health exam, and guess what? I got a PASS ticket!!!
There is a Heavy set black man with glasses that works here, he is so rude and unpleasant, you tell him thanks, he doesnt say you’re welcome, you tell him good afternoon he doest answer u, he doesnt even smile. I bought 5 bottles of oil he didnt even give me a bag I had to ask for one. Mind you, he is always like this but today was my past straw, i am a WOMAN buying 5 bottles of oil, why do I have to ask for a bag? So unpleasant. You guys need to let him go. Customer service isnt for him
Oof. I don’t even know where to start…The crack head begging in the parking lot who can’t take no for an answer, the homeless lady using the phone inside, or the rudest most incompetent “cashier” this side of the Mississippi. Roll your eyes at me one more time. This place has the trifecta…but wait there’s more!I know it’s a 7-Eleven and all, but this place is downright scraping the bottom of the sludge barrel. It’s so bad, it’s like a knock off 7-11.
I bought a small surpree for $1.07 the clerk try charge me $1.79. I had agreement with him.
Come here around 10pm to 11pm to get 10pcs Buffalo wings made. Today told me they dont make them, I get them every single time I come here, you cant take 5min out of your time and put them in the easy oven??? DEFINITELY talking to the owner in the am, this is some BULL
Good service from the employee
I come here everyday, sometimes twice a day. This morning I had a family member go inside the store because I wasn’t feeling well, also was not dressed to be in a store. I didn’t want to be around people sneezing and feeling awful with everything going on with coronavirus. Out of nowhere, which they NEVER do, they matched up my name on a card with an ID (this store NEVER ASKS FOR IDENTIFICATION) they basically denied the sale.I understand they have a job to do. But you see him or I every morning, we use the same cards for years. If I have COVID-19 I didn’t want to put people at risk, unfortunately now that changed.
Today me and my friend went to sample road 7eleven store, coral springs, Florida. .Im a regular customer there. When I asked to take a product to buy. The employee in the store who is an old guy never respond to me and so rude with me.its a first time and very bad experience to me
Purchased a Lays potato chips June 28, 2017 at approximately 10:30pm, but as soon as I opened the bag a strong unpleasant smell emitted from it which quickly compelled me to check the expiry date only to see Aug 15. I called and told the cashier to check the others. She asked that I return with the chips the following day to see the manager but I declined as I was only passing through that city. Id bought a snapple drink too but it was okay! Giving them 2 stars for selling expired goods - almost 2yrs!!!!
I come in often Liz is absolutely outstanding! She is the definition of customer service! She goes above and beyond the call of duty to deliver phenomenal service. I hope that when I open my own business that I too will be blessed with team members just like her!!
Poor staffing!
I come here every morning on my way to work. The coffee isnt Starbucks and Im not there for the food. There is one reason I got to this particular 7 eleven; service. The staff is phenomenal and so polite I was floored the first time I was there. Its early people are cranky but everyone who works there has a smile on their face. I can go to 10 others on my way to work but I would gladly go out of my way to come here for coffee and a smile which is how I want to start my day.
Smells like a sewer inside always. I usually drive past this 711 to the one on wiles instead
The girls who cashier here are very ghetto and rude, and leave their weave on the counter. The hot dogs are not very hot or tasty. The slurpees are runny. Usually like 7 11 but this one is terrible...
My local store. There is an older woman that works here that is always an absolute pleasure to see.
This place needs to be cleaned up. Has everything you expect but needs to be organized better and cleaned up.
We always fill our car tanks from this place! We dont usually shop in the mart but the customer service is good here. We always ask for quarters to use the vacuum machine & they never send us empty ;)
The manager is super ruud, hi argue and scream. No professional
Price gouging...1.60 for 0.99 Arizona 2.00 for 1.00 black and mild...went across the street
Its a nice 7-eleven.
Good coffee .
