I used this Garage Company a little more than a year ago, the person that installed my new garage door, was incredibly nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and when he had to come back for minor adjustments, the company inmidiatly responded and came next day.Yesterday, I needed to get a different pad control, I called the company, and very early in the morning some one I think the name was Orlando, came to take care of what it had to be done. Our garage door failed to open this morning, after calling Idoor with no answer, I immediately received a text….while they could not talk live due to their location they texted. Within 10 minutes and very courteous communication we booked a noon repair. The service technician was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, corrected our issue, and was quite fun to talk to! The work was completed quickly, Gorky priced, and the garage door is SILENT after the repair and maintenance. We can’t recommend this company enough….honest, timely, and professional…..

My 14 yo garage door opener decided that today was a good day to die. Needless to say, this was not welcome news for me, as we have a very heavy hurricane door, and opening/closing it manually was unintentional arm day for me.So off to the Interweb I went and found iDoor, who seemed to have pretty decent reviews. I was promptly contacted once I sent my initial inquiry in, and Daniel was at my house a couple of hours later.I asked him to look to see if he could repair my existing opener, which to his credit, he said he could. He also offered a replacement, as any successful repair/salesperson would do. After doing some quick googling, I found that his quote was reasonable and I did not want to leave the proper operation of the opener to chance.Daniel completed the work and gave me some pointers on how to maintain my door. I am very satisfied with the work and decent value that this company offers.I would recommend them to anyone who has a suicidal garage door opener like me.

You never appreciate good service until you become a homeowner. Ive been in my New Build home for a year and half and I definitely wouldnt expect my brand new garage to crash on me but it did. I was referred to Idoor from a close friend and they did not disappoint at all . Talk about fast service and great prices. The tech advised I would need a replacement motor which could be purchased and installed the same day. After doing some research the motor plus the cost of service can get a little pricey but thankfully they wanted to help me and not hurt my pockets. I scheduled an appt at 930am and the new motor was installed in less than 30 minutes. So now I have an upgraded motor and they even threw in a key pad. I couldnt have asked for better service. Definitely probably one of the best garage door services in the area. Richard is the man!! I highly recommend for any of your garage service needs.

I had a garage door mishap late on a Saturday afternoon and they came to the rescue in under 2 hours and did not take advantage of the opportunity to charge an exorbitant amount. Richard contacted me within a few minutes of me submitting my request. He was at my home to check out the problem in less than an hour after that (probably more like 30 mins). We spoke over the phone since I was not home, and he listened to me explaining my problem as he tested my garage door. He immediately knew what the problem was, explained exactly what he would do to fix it, and didn’t try to take advantage of me and sell me on parts I didn’t need. His price was very fair, he got the job done quickly, and said if I wasn’t happy after I got home to see it he would come back and make sure I was happy with the job.
