For some reason I always seem to pick up a supposed sale item.... (the ones with a red tag on the shelf with a reduced price), but when you checkout they charge you a different higher price. If you approach them about the price, they always say theyll have to get someone to check it. Ive gotten to the point where, if I do go there, I just tell them to take it off.Now..... is this just a coincidence..... that happens to me almost every time? Why cant I get that luck on Lotto to tickets?Good selection though.

This store has the WORST customer service. I asked if they had any electric blanket.. the girl said no. I went into the clearance section and found FOUR electric blanket that were marked off. I went to the front to check out.. no salutation no greeting not even “did you find the what youWere looking for”. All I got was aGESTURE to come over to the two reps that were standing there taking to each other. I felt like I had interrupted their conversation.After check out I could not find the exit doorAnd they just stood there looking at meNot saying anything .... Lazy. Incompetent sales rent that don’t even know what is in stock won’t help you find anything and won’t even say “thank you “ after I had spent 150$ !!

They opened at 9am and there were few other customers. Everything was clean and tidy!

Wonderful place to get good house hold items

Good selection. Pricing erratic due to frequent coupon specials. Frequently the best choice for hard to find items for the named rooms, plus the kitchen.

The staff were helpful in finding a wedding registry list. I was not aware of the free self wrapping station which they pointed out. What an easy one and done place to get a wedding gift.

I purchased an iron from this store in March 2019 with a 2 year warranty. It quit on September 10, 2019. They want let me exchange it or nothing because it’s been over 90 days. I’m buying all my stuff from Best Buy...they are super about returns.

Was looking for Kitchenaid mixer. Was going to use their 20% coupon. After talking to Jack, dept manager, he was very helpful said they would match competition prices. Which was less than using coupon. Very happy with Bed Bath& Beyond & the help Jack gave us.

We really like the variety of quality products available at Bed Bath and Beyond. Also, the staff are very friendly. Weve signed up for the 20% off coupons sent by text message. Those are really helpful with expensive items.

Wish things werent so expensive, but its a clean store and the cashier had a smile on her face. Very lovingly wrapped all the breakables.

The sales associates wouldnt help and when they were asked something about a product or a location they couldnt or maybe just wouldnt help, Im not sure. So I then tried to get help from the manager. He might have been one of the most rudest people Ive meet. I probably wont be going back to that store again, Especially during the holiday season.
