My battery was dead. I called Campus Towing and asked if it was true they could bring and install a battery. I was told yes. Within 15 minutes, Harold was at my house. He ran tests on the battery as well as the electrical system. He determined that the battery was, indeed, dead, and proceeded to replace it. The whole process, including the tests, took about a half hour. It was so convenient!!! No waiting around at a service center!! Thank you so much!!!

Prompt, professional, reliable and courteous service. I needed a tow from a cramped parking ramp on a Saturday afternoon. Alex, the assigned tow truck operator, managed to remove my vehicle from the ramp without incident. Besides that, he referred me to a repair shop the provided a loaner vehicle while my car was repaired.

Had to make two calls in one day, Bryan helped me first and was fantastic, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Next call I was helped by Alex and Robert, who were both just as great. Those three guys helped to ease a frustrating day and I couldnt be more thankful! Fantastic company who obviously finds the right people to hire.

I was so grateful for Campus Towing today when my car wouldnt start. Robert was the driver/technician who came to my home when my car wouldnt start. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Wow!! Fast service, and I mean fast. Called them at 8:45p, they sent a text confirming I’d asked for service immediately, five min later they sent a text saying ‘on the way’ and then they arrived at 9:01p. The tow truck driver was very professional as well.The police weren’t able to help because of Covid-19, and other towing companies said I’d have to pay to have someone else’s car towed from my spot. But not Campus Towing! All I needed to do was present my lease and a driver’s license, and they were able to help.

Well, I dont know how their service is... But what I do know is that every other tow company I called quoted me about $160 for a tow and Campus Towing quoted me at $360... Needless to say I didnt use them for a tow.

Car wouldnt start, and not long after placing a tow request, Campus towing contacted me and sent Alex to help. It turns out my car had a unique security issue that Alex was able to fix! I was home less than an hour after placing my tow request. Also, fantastic customer service! Alex did a wonderful job and definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely contact Campus Towing next time I need help.

A big THANKS to Campus Towing for rescuing us when our car had a flat tire at 5:30 pm at night. Tommy Heffelfinger was excellent to work with and he went out of his way to find a location in town that would repair the tire that night to get us on our way home.

Justin arrived quickly (at 10pm on a weekday) to tow us out of an intersection. Even though it was a pain, he was very friendly and had our car on his truck within a few minutes. He got us to our house and even placed the car perfectly into the garage! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

My battery died at the rest area in Tiffin and my mother-in-law and 2 week old son and I were at a loss. Rob came out within 15 mins, had a battery to install and we were on the road again 40 mins later. My son slept through the whole thing! Coldest night ever, -22. I have both rear tires go flat at once.,,Tire indicator on..pressure 1. Eeek. I pull into a Caseys and call AAA. They say unless you are stranded, call back when weather is better. I call my wife, who has my back, and picks me up.Less than an hour later, we get a call, Denis from Campus has seen my car and got my number from a note I left with Caseys. Flabbergasted, I say, sure..I could use some help. I was resigned to dealing with this all the next day, and he swooped in and saved my day. Fixed me up with a loaner car at like 9 oclock with a copy of my drivers license and a handshake.Best still, they salvaged my rims, tires, got everything set before noon the next day. Totally heroic effort!!

Most recently, Harold jump started our car in about three minutes, giving great advice without being the slightest bit condescending. (I cant say that about our local dealership). The guy(s) was here fast and got the car open in less than a half hour from phone call to door open! Ive never locked my key in my car. I hope to never do it again... Thank you to Jess and Robert for a great first time towing experience. Jess took my information down a week ahead of when I needed the tow. When I called back a few days later to confirm the appointment, the gentleman that answered stated Jess saved the info on a note and he had everything he needed for the pick up. Jess called the day of the appointment to let me know when Robert would be there with the tow truck. He was on time and did the hook up in a downpour without saying one negative word. Great professional people, plus the bill was $7.00 cheaper than quoted.

They were very prompt (less than half an hour)! The driver was friendly and professional. Were from out of town, and he offered to drive us to a rental car place if needed, and questioned the dealership before we left to be sure we would have a car. We 100% would recommend!

My son and I got stuck in some mud in the grass parking by the Hawkeye express. Justin (I believe thats his name) was there quick, and worked quick as well. And instead of putting me down after getting me unstuck he towed the car to a nearby cement parking lot so there was no further chance of getting stuck. He was also super friendly the entire time. If I ever need any type of tow or winch service in the Iowa city area again, I would call these guys first.

Great experience- the road service technician, Alex, just saved me about $500! I thought I had to replace the starter but he helped me troubleshoot and figure out the problem... the battery! Shouldve known but he was a big help and saved me the tow and having the starter replaced.

Zero star if possible. Stuck in the mud, we call, they say 20-30 min but really 40. Dude comes to the bottom of the hill. Walks up to inspect. Says its 500 feet away in reality its 350. Looks for a solid minute and says he cant do it. His professional opinion is to somehow find a tractor or wait for the mud to dry. Says he need to call dispatch then proceeds to get in his truck and drive off. Then dispatch, not him, calls us and says they cannot do it. Still charges us $74.90. BJ Towing did it no problem in 20 min

You guys have come twice to jump start my car. Both times you were extremely courteous and professional. You didnt make me feel embarrassed about the mishap that happened (twice). Easily the best towing service in the city!

It was 95 degrees and my car would not start in a downtown parking garage, level four. What to do? The only logical thing was to call AAA.Campus Towing sent a truck, along with Harold and what a dynamic duo!He was earlier than expected, diagnosed my problem quickly, road with me out of the parking garage to where his super truck was parked, fixed me up with a brand new battery AND a bottle of water. By then the temp.had dropped to 94 degrees, but the water was a severly welcomed treat.The moral to the story is simple. If you have a car that wont start call AAA and hope that Harold is the guy they send to help you.
