Dawson was incredibly helpful and patient with us. He was able to answer our questions and even supplied information we did not think of. We highly recommend this store and Dawson and his co-workers.

I was visiting Iowa from St. Louis and stopped in to get some information on a sleep number as I have always been interested and could use a new bed. I am glad I did, Dawson was fun and informative to work with. He assured me that it was no big deal that I didnt live there. I have slept on my bed just less than a week now and I sleep great and each night gets better. I have not woke up with a sore shoulder like I was with my other bed. Thank You Dawson!

Terrible customer service! Ordered a bed in February and was given a delivery date of March 23. On that very day we got a call from Sleep Number and was told our delivery was postponed till April 28. Five weeks later!!! Called our sales person, Kelli, and she told us there was nothing she could do to help us. Called SN shipping and got no help. Ended up contacting a SN manager and got a full refund. Worst customer service weve ever received. We had been sleeping on a sleep number bed for the past 20 years, but now, well never own a sleep number bed again!

We had a great experience here! The staff was helpful and patient, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a sleep number bed to go here.

I loved the welcoming and friend vibes we got when we walked in.

They didnt make me feel like I was another number in there book. They took there time to break things down for me. The showed me how everything worked. They didnt push me two different upgrade models they showed me once that I may like try the beds till I found the one I like. All In all it was a good experience I would recommend anybody to go there.

Product is not worth the cost. Save yourself some money and buy an air mattress and a foam mattress topper from Walmart. Inflate it with a cheap air mattress pump until it feels right. Need two different supports? No problem, buy 2 twin air mattresses and a king size piece of foam. That’s all these are. They just zip them up in a nice padded cover when they get the air mattresses to your house.

Went in looking to see some options and was greeted as soon as I walked in the worker their was alittle pushy but a nice guy and did take the time to walk me threw the bed all its features and was able to answer all my questions overall experience was good I did by the bed had it for awhile seems like a great bed just not great for me I couldnt get comfortable for the entire time I owned it and started having back pains I think the bed is great just dont think it fits me well I will say this they definitely took alot of time to check up on me and the customer service people where really good to they tried their best to try to make it work for me and I appreciated that alot
