My sister (Iowa grad) likes it. I prefer doing my shopping in Ames. 😁Staff is friendly, and they have lots of stuff for the Hawkeye fan.

Hands down best place to get Hawkeye gear! Staff was super helpful and friendly! Found everything we needed and wanted in less than 10 minutes.

Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for which was an Iowa Hawkeye soccer T-shirt. They only had that design in sweatshirts. They woman who was there was helpful but they just didn’t have what we were looking for supplied in the store.

If you can’t find the Iowa Fan gear you want here, it’s not made.

This shop has great inventory and especially the items for children I had been hunting for. Staff very helpful.

Never written a review before. This store will not accept unopened/unused returns (even for store credit!) without a receipt. Not a lot of benefit to a brick and mortar outlet, if they will not do the little customer service things. Not a discount place either. I should have just ordered online. Lesson learned.

The in-store staff at the Hawkeye Fan Shop are unable to process returns on orders made online. Anything purchased online has to be returned at the purchasers expense to the out-of-state warehouse if a full refund is desired.I was told that in store all they could do for me is a gift card or an Exchange. Customer service does not seem to be a priority at the Hawkeye fan shop. If it was, they would be able to accommodate all customers requests. Instead they create more work for the customers to get a refund.They have totally lost my business and I will not recommend them to anybody else that I know looking for Hawkeye swag.

Love to see what new things come in. Since we are Hawkeye fans we normally buy something visit even if its little. Everything is kind of pricey because of it being ncaa.

Management helped me find clothing foe my husband! 2xl shirt r hard to find and I was in a hurry!!
