Staff was attentive, helpful, and polite. My 7 yr old loves anime and they helped us find all the cool stuff we wanted.

Very fun store and clean and organized store. The only reason I give 4 stars, not 5, is the few sizes offered in store making online shopping more appealing.

Every single time I go to this store, its a phenomenal experience. The manager and staff always go above and beyond to be helpful and help us find exactly what were looking for.

Always a fun stop. Got all sorts of characters across all genres and types of items of items for each, ranging from socks & clothes to accessories & toys. Guaranteed to find something you like of a character you love!

Went to find a specialty shirt and had no problem finding what I wanted. Also carry a good supply of jewelry. Savannah was extremely helpful and very professional.

Trending items to wear, collect, or display. The environment is different for sure but I like the lower lighted room for a relaxing experience

Very cool items. Loved the t-shirts and had to laugh at all the popular prints of bands I listened to in the 70s and 80s. Staff were rude and glared at me like I was lost so I decided to buy elsewhere.

This is really mainly a place for low to mid quality branded merchandise rather than having any of the styles that made the place iconic. Sad to see it go downhill.
