If I could give this boutique a 0, that would be appropriate. Owner does have lots of personal friends that have posted here and of course they have received good customer service, HOWEVER, if youre not in the little circle you might as well be invisible. I went in READY TO SHOP right before I was going on a big family vacation, even tho the shop was empty, the owner and employees were tagging items, arranging inventory, etc..........and never once asked me ANYTHING about myself, what I was shopping for, etc............I had to literally track someone down every time I had a question or wanted to try something on, it was the WORST shopping experience of my life and I was made to feel like an absolute NOBODY. Unless your personal friends with the owner or any of her employees, I would skip this shop all together and hope that a new, better, boutique opens there that understands what AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like.

Just placed another order with Rhi today and as always the customer service was amazing. This is the only boutique where I can be styled by Rhi virtually and personally.
