The guy with the long hair is a little too flirty. Show some professionalism at work please. They also seem understaffed so the service is on the slow side. Otherwise, their sandwhiches are good. I personally like the godfather sandwhich.

I enjoy Handy Pantry, there always clean, there protection is amazing, there protocols for covid are 5 out of 5! Plus I love that they redid their store, they also take different types of payments, for example cash, CC, Debit cards, Snap Cards aka =《EBT》, which I am grateful because I cant always afford food all the time. So Thankyou #HandyPantryStore in Coram Newyork Rt112... But my main Reason for going back is because of how Polite they are w/ Me..... So I give them #5Stars all around..

This place is right around the corner from my house. I gave it three tries and for me three strikes your out. I will never go there again. The first time I went I had to deal with inappropriate comments from the employee that was working there. The second time I went there they charged me an additional $5 on my credit card. They swiped an item twice. The third time I bought a pudding and there was a piece of plastic in it. They have terrible service and the prices are way too night for the poor quality and bad service. I will never go here again.

What a great shop. When you enter, everything is so fresh and clean. its great to have a mom and pop shop so close to home. i love the people here and the deli counter is amazing. everything is easy to find and again sooo clean. thanks for being awesome

Brought a 12 pack of Coca Cola from there and when I brought it home the Coca Cola cans were sticky and tasted rotten. 3 of the cans were even empty. One of them were even dented. Will not be coming back here again.

Theres a guy who works the grill in the morning whos so annoying all he does is just mess with you, you ask for an order and he goes we dont have that or pretends he didnt make your order while he really did you dont have to be always messing with people every morning just make the sandwiches and be done with it. Its not like its a one-time thing its all the time

I’m a very selective eater and i have to say, I’ve never had an issue here!! JP is the best! I don’t even need to tell him what I want to eat anymore he has it ready by the time I finish the rest of my shopping. Never disappointed

I was there the other day and I promised the guy I would put a great review because I told him how awesome the store is and how friendly they are and how I found everything I needed and at a great price I will continue to go there always I give them a thumbs up

Extremely disappointed with what I saw this morning and I dont normally do this but if you are going to take Vicodin from customers atleast try to be discreet about it, the man had a manager title on his shirt and brown hair, he also said eww to the deli meat I asked to be sliced up. The girl who took my order was jittery and not interested in being there. Not sure what happened to this place but I wont be coming back. If there are cameras in this location I advise the owners to look over the activity thats going on. Never have I experienced this kind of service before today but glad I know now.

DISGUSTED with the service here. Placed an order for a sandwich. After waiting 10 min, i asked if anyone had started making the sandwich. The reply from the female employee was theres like 7 orders in front of you, like... followed by a nasty face and shrugged shoulders with a snoody, bitchy attitude. I proceeded to say, forget making the sandwich because it was obviously too difficult for the girl to handle her job and i had already waited 10 min without even being informed that there was a line. She then continues talking to all the other employees in front of customers like theres a line, he ordered a sandwich and wants it right away, like theres a line. A response of, Sorry no, not yet. Ill get started on it as soon as I finish this other order...would have been 1. Nicer 2. More professional and 3. You wouldnt have lost a paying loyal customer.The attitude displayed is unacceptable for someone with a job working with people in the general public. I highly suggest to the owner, to take a hard look at who your employees are, their work ethic, and if they crack under pressure.Until then, youre better off going anywhere else.

Terrible management. Great friendly staff. Problem is they are always understaffed!Clean place. A positive.Now for negatives:Milk for coffee always warm and usually sour.All of the salads are out of a commercial tub.Almost all of the food isnt fresh or homemade.

Not only the quality of what they sell is fresh and affortable, the personnel that works there is very polite and extra helpful with the clients. Personally i have the experience more than once to get help from any of them to carry bags to the car... I recomend this neighborhood store to anybody...😍😍😍

For the most part its been pretty good but today I went to get breakfast and the kid working behind the counter takes off his hat and starts scratching his hair like there were bugs in it right where they are making the breakfast. I made a comment should you be doing that so close to the food that is a health violation. He responded, what would you like for breakfast and I said no thanks and walked away. Not sure if that is a training issue a mangerial issue or a poor attitude . Was disgusted and left.

Walked in to get breakfast and waited 5 minutes until someone asked if i was being helped and said hed be with me soon. waited another 5 minutes and left. Im pretty sure you can cook eggs for more than kne sandwich at once but what do I know?

I really wish I liked this place and had good things to say. They are convenient and are open late but thats it.Their egg sandwiches give me the worst stomach ache and the place just seems very moldy. Incredibly high turnover on the breakfast grill with no quality or care. Plus, simple order are always wrong!When I leave there, I smell like burnt eggs all day.There are new owners in there so I am hoping they make some improvements.

Very convenient wide selection of products & reasonable prices. There deli has delicious breakfast bagels & nice size lunch sandwiches. Ill be back ++

Great staff they have amazing sandwiches and potato salad

I had to wait a while to calm down before I wrote my review. This place.... For some reason, the staff acts like every ingredient they use in your sandwich comes directly from their paycheck. The store has a slightly dirty feel to it. Everything is overpriced and the staff seems annoyed that youre even there. I gave them multiple chances. One of the sandwiches I ordered was a bacon and lettuce sandwich on a roll. Nothing else. No condiments, special bread, other toppings. Plain bacon and lettuce on a roll. They would charge me anywhere from 5 to 7 bucks for this sandwich. When questioned, they always became very angry and acted like I should be grateful to them for allowing me the honor of a 7 dollar sandwich with wilted lettuce and 3 pieces of bacon. I even made a Facebook post on their page with a picture and was ignored. Im a pretty laidback person but there are a million places someone can buy a sandwich. I can get a footlong bacon and lettuce sandwich in the next store front from subway and they give 8 pieces of bacon. So, Im done arguing with the quality craftsman at the handy pantry, lol. Id give zero stars if I could.
