Repair time took 2 weeks for a 15 min job, when I got my mower back that I just put a new battery on b4 I sent it to get repaired no longer holds charge. The battery has been switched from my new one to a dead one they put in. The repair had nothing to do with the batter just the deck. Then the piece they welded on for me o. the deck broke off within 10 minutes of being back in my possession.when I called to complain management laughed at us and continued to be sarcastic about it.wouldnt recommend sending a pig to get fed from them yet alone a mower to be fixed. They charged me $130 for nothing at all now.

Love this place!!! Went in looking for a new Husqvera Ride on Garden Tractor. Im not very well informed about them. Josh, I believe he is the manager, spent an enordinate amout of time with me explaining all the different features between the different models. He looked up any information that he wasnt sure of, making sure that I only got exact information. He even told me where I could go to see models that he did not have in stock. I even had a lovely phone conversation with ladies in the shop. She was extremely polite and very helpful. After some long deliberation...and schooling...I purchased a TS348XD for a good price, a beautiful machine. In summery, Extreme Outdoors is the place to go. They have a competent and friendly sales staff and are very resonable...5 Stars!!!
