Riding the TAT and needed to change my rear tire. Although they do not work on Royal Enfields, they set me up to take off my wheel and give it to them to put a new tire on. No dealer in NYC would do that.There’s also a pretty cool museum of classic race bikes and original bikes, which I thoroughly enjoyed while my tire was being out on. Also met Dwayne the owner. We spoke for a couple of minutes about his collection and riding the TAT.Really cool place. Thanks to the service department. They really helped me out. If I was local, I’d be giving them all my business.

Purchased a Yamaha yxz 1000r and within a month went back and purchased a Honda talon. Had the Honda talon for one week and the display meter went out on it. Service manager, Michael, was a complete jerk and acted like they did us a favor by fixing it. Salesman was a great guy but because of the way the service department treated us, we will definitely take our business elsewhere. Lake Hill is a great place but I would rather spend my money where someone appreciates a good customer relationship.

Very easy out of state purchase. The sales man, Lee, was very knowledgeable about purchasing an atv out of state. Everything was handled over the phone with a couple emails sprinkled in. I got a very nice atv with a winch at everyone’s convenience. 10/10

Stopped today to look for a side by side. No one offered to answer questions. 2 guys at table at front door talking to each other. Never spoke till we got ready to leave. One said have a good day. I asked if they had side by sides. He said Sold Out. No pamphlet, No we are expecting more soon. Check back. I was not even needing financing. We wont go back. WONT recommend them, and will spend my money somewhere else. We have been there before and service was never so bad.

I went to Lake Hill to buy a 2021 Yamaha Grizzly 700 since they were the only ones within 2 hours that had some after the holidays. I put over half of what they said it was worth down and financed the rest. About half way through signing the paper work I was asked how I was going to pay. Unknown to me Lake Hill is stuck in 1990 and assumes people carry around thousands in cash and also checkbooks. I was told if I wanted the 4wheeler I was going to have to pay the 3% fee to use their card machine. So I had to pay them money to pay them money. The owner seemed to not really care either way that it bothered me. Only reason I gave the extra star was for the really nice finance lady who seemed to realize how bananas it was that he was making me pay the fee to use the card machine at his establishment. I won’t ever be going back and I will be recommending family and friends shop else where.

Drove all the way from the GA mountains to deal with an honest dealer that not only has great prices but doesnt screw you by charging freight (no dealer pays net freight) and BS setup fees. These guys have been around since I was in college in the 90s and thousands have driven from GA over the years to get a great deal with great customer service. I called first to set up the deal, showed up with cash and was getting the pwc and trailer within 15 minutes. Ask for Larry!

My wife and I bought a new jet ski at this location in August of 15. The sales person was ok but the parts folks were great.We just stopped in today and was in the store for 20 minutes and not one employee said a word to us.Will make my next purchase at a different dealer.

Big selection of inventory, sharp parts department, but service manager turns work away if he doesnt want to do it or thinks it doesnt need to be done. Doesnt really grasp preventive maintenance, just thinks you should fix it when it breaks.

As soon as I walked in the door I was attended, I got in and out 20 min tops, it would have been quicker if it wasnt brand new, they had to service it, very nice staff. I highly recommend anyone looking for a motorcycle to go here. The price was lower than I expected .

Went in to get a clamp for a vacume hose for my bike and all the guy did was tell me to buy zipties when im there to get the clamp for it how dumb do you have to be to tell someone something like that and not give them what there in there to buy i well not be going back there sella team need to do a better job and not pick who they want to help

Me and 5 of my friends went in .. no one waited on us . No one said hi .. no one asked if ya need anything just holler .I even tried saying by to the guy at the door and he said nothing until I yelled BY!!!! If this was my local shop I would be embarrassed. This dealer principal needs to have a serious meeting with his employees.

First time I have gone to Lake Hill for service, and they were outstanding. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The work was done quickly and professionally. Very pleased and I wont hesitate to return in the future.

I spent a lot of time looking around on the Internet and talking to friends and several people pointed me toward Corinth. I was not disappointed, James from the sales floor was not only friendly but very helpful, and they gave me a great deal on two new atvs. I highly recommend this place. Huge inventory. Not just a Motorcycle store, workshop and parts place, there is a freaking museum in there too!I was riding across the states off-road and needed some stuff, rolled in and was welcomed like lost family. I had a chat with Duane the owner and soaked in the relaxed atmosphere whilst Homer in parts used his encyclopaedic knowledge to cross reference parts that they had in stock for my extremely new model bike.Pop in, even just to see the amazing collection of all sorts of old bikes they have in there!

Always a welcoming atmosphere and they have little bit of everything.

I didnt feel welcomed. I got the impression they could care less. Its a shame because they have a cool display room with a lot of antique and vintage bikes

Absolutely did not get the service I expected when I was looking to finance a 4 wheeler my credit is good and the sales person didnt seem to do his job to do it like it didnt matter to him, I went to see the nice people at main street cycle and the deal was perfect, l left with a new 4 wheeler within 45 minutes thanks main street

Bought a 2010 yamaha grizzly from Lake hill April 9th 2011 came with 6 month factory warranty I also purchased the 5 year extended warranty. So I take it 2 and half hours to get it checked out to make sure anything wrong with it that warranty would cover could be fixed. Well when it gets there I was told warranty was out and I havent even had it 5 years I will never buy another thing from Lake hill motors they can kiss my @** I paid over 500$ for the warranty and only used it one time for a axle I think that I have warranty left on it.i understand now that I only got 4 year warranty but I was told I had 5 year warranty but hey thats fine Ill never buy from Lake Hill again sorry!

I have a 2017 pioneer 1000 purchased from lake hill where I purchased a 2 year extended warranty the unit started grinding and jumping when put in low gear. Brought it to the service department they said that was how all units shifted the transmission is not right. So I wonder if they want the transmission to go out after my warranty goes out so they want be on the hook for it. Disappointed is an understatement from honda and lake hill!

Awesome experience, Im from North Alabama and heard this was the place to buy an ATV, and they are right. Tremendous selection, they give you the best price up front-no haggle, and my sales guy, James, was knowledgeable and helpful throughout and after the sale.Intended to buy a traditional 4 wheeler, but after being able to ride several makes and models of ATVs & UTVs, wound up buying a Honda Pioneer 700 side by side. It was the right choice for me & my family. With the opportunity to ride whatever I wanted with no pressure, I was able to get the perfect machine. I feel like if I had gone somewhere else, I might have made the wrong choice.Definitely worth the drive, even the financing was a breeze. I was riding through town on my way from north Alabama to Tunica when my clutch cable broke. I had a spare with me but no wrench small enough to get into the space to get it off. The owner of the hardware store that I pulled into gave me the phone number for Lake Hill Motors to see if they could lend a hand. The owner himself, Dwayne McLemore, came and not only brought the proper tools but quickly replaced the cable for me himself. Talk about service! I offered him 60$ for bailing me out but he wouldnt take it! When I shared the experience back home with some friends they all knew who I was talking about and said that is where they go to to get their ATVs because they have the best prices in the region.

They do not know what they have in stock and did not bother to help me find it. We was there to burns bands and they did not have what I wanted nor tried to get so I’m my bank rolls else where!!!!!!!

This review is about a year late, but I have no reason to believe that Lake Hills Motors has changed since then.I was looking for a specific new Honda street bike, so I emailed (via Hondas dealer website) my nearest dealer (in Starkville) for a quote. What I got back was a full MSRP price and no other numbers, which made it not much of a quote. Several other dealers in the state acted like theyd never heard of the bike (CBR500R) and didnt have any, and didnt offer to try to get one. Dan McElwaine at Lake Hill was different. Right out of the gate he quoted me $300 off MSRP. He was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. No, he didnt have the bike in stock, but he could easily get it in maybe a week. After talking to him a bit, he suggested a $300 deposit, whereas most other dealers Ive done business with want about twice that. I put the deposit down on a Wednesday morning, expecting the bike to take a week or a little longer. Dan left a message on my answering machine the following Monday, the bike was already there. I got a fantastic price on my trade-in with no BS or dodging or bickering.Dealing with Lake Hills was almost like dealing with an uncle. No pressure, relaxed, easy, and honest. I wont even bother with a different dealer from now on, Lake Hills is the kind of business I prefer to do business with.

I purchased a new Honda Shadow Phantom from Lakehill Motors Spring 2015. I re-call came out for my Honda. I waited a few weeks for all the parts to come in and the “re-call rush” to settle down. I brought the bike in Tuesday after Labor Day. I had no appointment but had planned to leave it most of the day. When I returned, the bike had not moved from where I parked it. I was told that Lakehill Motors does not have the part. Michael in Service informed me they did not know when Honda would ship more parts to them.It did not make sense to me. I went to speak with one of the owners who explained they only received two replacement parts and they were put on the new machines so Lakehill can sell them. I was told by Dewayne he did not know when Honda would ship more parts. The end of September or later…..he thought.I took the bike home and called Honda C/S right away.Honda has the parts!!!! They told me all the dealer needs to do is call Honda and they will ship out the parts. WHAT!!!!The next day, I drove to Boliver TN to Joe’s Cycle Shop, who had the parts in stock. Twenty minutes later my bike is repaired and road worthy..I feel Lakehill Motors is interested in one thing, selling units. Not helping the people who bought product from them.Joes’s Cycle Shop is the place to go.
