Can you do half a star? Dirty, the door is sticky, and the night time teenage staff is rude and uncaring. Closing ice cream down early and claiming they dont have it anyway. The owner of this location is losing $ for the slack, rude and uncaring people they have hired. 3 strikes and youre out. Never going to attempt this location again. I will gladly drive 1.5 miles down the road to Antiquity where staff is friendly and keeps open until closing time.

I fail to see what’s so difficult about 1 scoop of ice cream when they have helped given order of coffee for 15 groups of people after me

Staff was very nice and store was clean and well stocked with fresh product.

Slow, and they advertise all these different verities of ice cream and sundaes but when you go there, their always saying we dont have that or were out of that. Worst baskin Robbins ever, the manager better get it together and make sure you have what your advertising.

They didnt have my flavor, that sucks

Visited this location 40 minutes prior to closing only to be told they had already closed down the ice cream.

Their always out of stuff and messing up the orders
