Very easy to purchase a car here. Recently purchased a previous car from true car and they ran me all around to different towns. I didn’t have to do any of that here at CardinaleWay Mazda. The sales person Phil, he was all about getting us what we needed and what we wanted he really wasn’t about selling us. He also showed his excitement for the Mazda products and owns three himself. I also worked with Curtis the manager to get a no pressure good payment and Steven in finance who talk to us into the gap insurance which was a good idea. Thank you to everybody at Cardinal Way, Mazda my girlfriend loves her new Mazda CX-5 with the Prefered package it’s got the auto lift gate in the back and a Bose radio system. We’re getting down now big time. Making your woman or family member happy with the no interest payment supercar they were so easy here. If her son keeps doing good in Kauai juice (I don’t know what that is I said college) he will be getting a car from here too. Stay healthy.
Just moved to the area and needed work done on our 2017 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Signature.Service was excellent. Took us right in without a appointment. Told us the car would be finish at 10:30 and it was and the best part we didnt get charged a penny. While waiting a very nice gentleman named Dirk approached us. We explained we are very happy with the 6. Were just looking. Dirk walked along with us and was nice and pleasant to talk to. Answered all of our questions. Came for an oil change and Chris Lopez customer service was a breath of fresh air. Great attitude and energy. This is my third oil change at cardinaleway and this is the first time where my presence didn’t feel like a burden to the service agent. Chris walked me through the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure my car was up-to-date.

I do not recommend this dealership. This dealership has no concept of time! Every time I come in to have a simple oil change and yes I ALWAYS MAKE APPOINTMENTS, it always takes them 2 plus hours! What is the point of making appointments if they make you wait as if you dont have one? Today, I had an appointment at 1pm, they didnt take my car back until 1:50pm. Its currently 3:20pm and Im still waiting! I cannot wait until my lease is over so I can stop coming to this dealership!

This was my daughters first new car and we were very excited. We chose this dealership because of the location, it was a halfway point between us and my mother that was cosigning. I would’ve chose a different location After speaking with the sales at this dealership in the first 15 minutes, but didn’t want my mom to have to drive any further. Right next to the freeway, and a lot of dust and debris all over the cars! Our vehicle was covered in dirt, they had to wash it before giving it to us. there’s no spectacular deal that they can offer. Of course everything depends on your credit and your down payment. Very disappointed in the fact that they couldn’t provide a red bow for my daughter‘s first brand new car picture. They kept us in anticipation about this fabulous gift that they were going to give her after purchase... Mazda Hat and cup and a small bunt cake 🙄My biggest disappointment with this dealership is when I walked away to take a call they started talking behind my back trying to Pressure my TEENAGE daughter into the purchase telling her it was HER decision not anyone else!!!!!Not nice or professional! My son also pointed out their Whispers in my daughters ear anytime I left the table! Not to mention the foul mouth‘s on the sales people, my son is 10 and they didn’t take into consideration to filter their mouths! The only reason why I didn’t up and walk away from the purchase is because I didn’t want to inconvenience my mom in driving any further. I would recommend the Mazda dealership in Carlsbad California very straight up and nice, they talk to you as a person not a $ sign!I should’ve have went with them, but that was an extra 45 minute drive on my mom. If you go with this dealership make sure you really look at your car for any scratches and chips from the freeway debris!

When CX5 I wanted was no longer available, Lena was able to secure me the identical trim and color combo (an uncommon variant) from another dealership and got it shipped within 1 day. Very grateful to them, despite there being closer Mazda dealerships to me I will definitely go to them first for future car purchases!

I had my A/C fixed on my car and a few other things fixed. I also asked them to diagnose the cause of the airbag malfunction light and had to pay two diagnosis fee, one for the A/C (which I had already diagnosed) and one for the airbag light. I was then called by my assigned service advisor and was told I had to pay an additional ~$300 fee on top of the diagnosis fee.Keep in mind that my total was about $1,900. The A/C work that was performed was satisfactory but I will not be returning for the fact I was charged that extra diagnosis fee just to look at the light on the dashboard when my bill was pretty high to begin with. I strongly suspect there was more effort put into the phone call to me than actually diagnosing.I hope the $75 extra dollars I was charged was worth it because I wont be returning.Edit: In response to the dealerships remarks, the customer service was fine. Its the managements decision to charge that $75 and Id rather take my car to someone else because of that. You already had your chance.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I was able to handle 75% of my purchase through texts and emails. Tony and Ken streamlined everything so when I showed up to the dealership all I did was test drive, sign papers and eat the In N Out lunch they bought for my wife and I. We had an amazing experience at CardinaleWay Mazda -Corona. From the moment we walked through the door all the way until we signed our final paperwork, the service has been absolutely incredible! Tony was the best!!!The guys here made a whole celebration for us by putting a bow on the car and even giving us free cupcakes to “celebrate our car’s 1st birthday”. Leasing a car has never been such a fun experience before! I never write reviews, but WOW these guys absolutely deserve all the stars!
I cannot even begin to explain my happiness right now! I had to return my vehicle that I purchased last week (at another dealer due to constant issues!) I called Cardinale to speak with Abi and Katelyn called me right back! I explained my situation and that I was @ Cardinale last week working with Abi (who showed me several cars) so Katelyn immediately looked up my previous info. and got me approved and in my desired payment over the phone! Abi greeted me with a cheerful happy spirit, explaining that she had just filled my vehicle with gas (which the other dealer did not... it was given to me with 1/3 of a tank!) and that it was being washed! Abi sat and chatted with us for a minute and then immediately got to work getting my process started and finished promptly! While we waited... Abi grabbed Starbucks for us! Jesus in finance was awesome to work with... he explained everything and my payment was exactly what I was quoted! I got into a much nicer vehicle and my payment stayed in line with the lemon I had to return earlier in the day! What started out as a UGH day... ended very nicely!!!! This dealer has given my fiance and I the best experience Ive ever had at any dealer. Taken my mazda in for a service several times now. Service advisors are friendly, professional and efficient. They communicate effectively. They dont throw all this car jargon at you. They break it down into terms I understand, as someone who knows nothing about cars. Their service time quotes are spot on! If they tell you its gonna be an hour, its going to be an hour! Love that! Waiting area is clean and allows for physical distancing during these times. Highly recommend taking your Mazda for service.
We bought a 2021 CX-3 a couple months ago from this dealership then had an issue do to squeaky brakes noise! We lived in Long Beach so we didnt bother to bring the car back to where we have purchased the vehicle from because it was a NEW CAR and i believe we can take it anywhere for service! So a couple of days we have the same issue so we made an appointment for today at 1pm and have to say that the services was super poor first we have the worst service advisor experience she said it would be a $60 for an inspection service and I sad what do you mean Miss (L) this car is brand new from this dealership then I have asked for the service manager then she said he/she wouldnt have time for us at any given time.......👏 wow. So she finally have a technician inspect the vehicle for almost about 2HR and said everything was good BUT guess what! She took our car in without opening any RO# or Invoice for us at the time of the inspection. What happens if the technician took the car out for a test drive and crash we wouldnt have any proof. Please think twice bringing in your car for service at this Mazda dealership in CORONA. Thank you
I got my first brand new car here and brought my family with me, as well as my grand parents who were co signing for me. Long story short every time my mom walked away they would try to pressure me into buying the car then when my mom came back acted as if they weren’t just pressuring me. Grade A processionals lemme tell ya. 🙄 My biggest problem is after me and my family telling them countless times this was going to be MY car and that I was paying for it and signed everything to buy the car they put it under my grandparents name instead of mine... They have yet to pick up our calls to resolve this problem
I, like everyone else in this world, hate going to car dealerships. however, my experience at cardinale mazda was unmatched! we had the pleasure of working with Lavel who was just an overall genuine guy! very personalable, super cool we had honestly forgot we were there for a car. at no point did we feel pressured to leave with a car. Pauline was incredible to work with as well, they both did everything they could to give us the best deal possible. we drove off in a 2018 Mazda Cx-3 and I couldn’t be happier! Our experience was so incredible that now my bf is thinking about returning to get a car. Thank you!!

Pros - I was able to start my discussion with my sales person via email, nice low pressure environment and good money for my trade-in and they gave me a range for what they might give for the car before spending the time driving to Corona, as well as a starting base number for the lease payment. Cons - despite what they say online, they would not send me any real number breakdown until I went in so the idea that you can buy a car from home is not exactly true. The online sales manager casually mentioned some options or things which I thought were part of the deal (nitrogen in tires) which subsequently showed up as additional charges in my lease paperwork - which was surprising because the sales manager and the finance manager went over all other charges prior to my signing. Theres also a $399 charge for Shadowmark which was never even discussed at all. One of the items, the rear loading and door corner protection I would have taken anyway, but the nitrogen in tires, no. Sales manager and I agreed on my add on coverage and then Finance manager came out and then hit me with wear and lease wear tear coverage - I would have preferred if what I had discussed with the sales manager had been the end of it, but the Finance Manager asked me why I declined the maintenance plan. They present options on an iPad with the payment at the bottom which is a great starting point, but it is my fault for not making them print and leave the paperwork for me to review for 30 min before signing. All in all,they were very nice and this was one of my better car buying experiences, but these extra charges are leaving a bad taste in my mouth which is why I give 4 stars. When dealing with them, def get clear numbers on anything to do with paint protection, tires, Shadowmark etc and demand to be able to sit with the paperwork for a bit (which i acknowledge is my mistake - I only shop for cars every 8-10 years and theres always something that takes me by surprise even when with all the internet resources available to help these days. Summation though - relatively painless process and the CX-5 is awesome!

Terrible service and experience they were supposed to send the pay off check to my credit union and they send it to the wrong address, not only that they also got my Adress wrong and my license plate went missing for a while.Bit the worst part is that they ruined my credit by the mistake they made, my credit union marked the previous car as a repo my credit score went from 687 to 522 all thanks to them and their lack of professionalism.Want to get a mazda? Get it somewhere else.

Unacceptable treatment to my wife. We had an agreed upon price written and documented in email. When my wife went in, KENNETH,attempted to add over 1500$ worth of aftermarket prices which ended up costing more than a previous mazda offered us for the same car.(why would we agree to pay more?) After telling him this was not the price we negotiated via email, and that I didnt appreciate him taking advantage of my wife being there alone, he threw my wifes keys onto the table and was extremely rude to her. This is unacceptable behavior to a customer. I highly recommend you seek out a different mazda for some appropriate salesmanship. Obviously we walked away from this poor display of customer service.

I saw a listing online for what must have been one of their most affordable used cars. Late evening on a weeknight,n I sent out a simple inquiry via e-mail, and was quite surprised to get back an immediate response in the form of a personally addressed video from Andy. Over the next day Gonzalo walked me through the entire inspection they did on the car and what they know about it, all via personalized videos and e-mail. Probably the best service Ive ever received from a car dealership.

I had a bad experience at the Mazda dealership in Cerritos. I decided to try a dealership near my location. I chose the best place. I called to assure if they had the vehicle I was looking for. Sales rep said he has something better limited edition. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a Starbucks drink. He directed me to the vehicle. I fell in love with it. omgoodness amazingly beautiful. Sales manager gave me some numbers I was pleased with and I purchased with NO hesitation. And to top it off at the end of the day. They surprised me by escorting to my vehicle and it was wrapped with a red bow and given a cupcake. Wow!!😁 I highly recommend this dealership. I purchased the 2020 Mazda 3 hatchback.
Great prices advertised online. Then you find out theres a non-negotiable $1,600 dealer added protection package when you show up to buy the car.Its just some scotchgard on the seats and clear plastic tape outside to reduce the risk of chips and scratches. You could do it yourself or pay a detailer $200.Find a more reputable dealer who doesnt play these games.
Stephen and Ray did an awesome job. Very pleased. Stephen worked very hard to answer all the various questions about the vehicle. Ray worked extremely hard to make us happy and meet in the middle. I was impressed with the hospitality. I appreciate the patience and understanding that was expressed by Ray and Stephen, especially Ray.
My partner LOUIS went there on good faith, 2 hour drive after speaking to a new salesperson (Enrique) who was taking direction from the sales manager (JOEY). My partner was told he could get a 2016 Ford Focus SE for $9,999 or 10K.This car has been a nightmare since he drove it home. I’m writing this because being on social security disability your funds are so limited and fixed everything you buy has to be saved for.By the time he left the price was $14,000.00 !!!!Apparently they added fees without fully explaining it. Fees like etching a number, maintenance which he didn’t ask for & multiple add on charges. As it stands we found out the car was sold with the back tire installed backwards, the motor mount on right front is busted, the car was shaking & vibrating at 65 MPH. You’d think with everything this company touts and provides they would make it right. In addition there was a recall to the engine that compounded the motor mount issue and it simply was not safe to drive. They should have never sold this car without this important update. Every time my poor partner tried to call and just let the sales manager know what was happening they could care less like it is our faults. We are in our 60’s and don’t have time for this nonsense with having health issues. I hope the owner enjoys ripping disabled folks off and taking it to the bank. My only regret is I couldn’t be there when he was negotiating but like I mentioned a lot was done prior to driving 2 hours only to be a sales victim of a car dealership. Thanks Mr. Cardinale. You have over 20 dealerships and you couldn’t make this right! Shame on you and your employees!

I also dealt with Robert, whom I sure its already known, is efficient, smart, on top of things, and available for all questions and comments. I had a very positive experience with Jeanette. She was friendly, personable and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on your lot. We were able to develop a rapport right away.However, I am not giving your dealership a strong rating. When your sales manager walked over to the table, he did not respond to me in a way that demonstrated he knew why I was there. The car he gave numbers for was not what I was looking for and he ran through everything in a curt, abrupt way. Had Jeanette accompanied him to give me the numbers my experience would have been quite different I am sure.I will not be giving your dealership my business. I hope this information is helpful in correcting what could have been a positive day for me.

I sent them a check and they mailed me a flawless brand new car for the best price I could find in the USA even after a shipping fee to Boise Idaho.People: Lavel Darty is a professional. The kind of person you do not need to meet to trust. This transaction happened because of his knowledge, willingness to text or talk as often as needed and something in his voice. He must be surrounded by experts because the paperwork and extra details were perfect too.Product: The Mazda 6 Signature is an amazing car. There are plenty of youtube reviews out there so I will just say ours was absolutely flawless even after being shipped. I just hand washed the road dirt off and went over every inch. Perfection. I had the most amazing experience here at Cardinale Way Mazda in Corona. It all started when I called in and spoke with Jesus to schedule an appointment with him to come check out some cars. Jesus listened to every single one of my concerns and what I was looking for in a vehicle, he made sure to have a few cars lined up for me so when I arrived I already knew what I was looking at.I had mentioned to him that I had an appointment at Honda first down the way and Jesus gave me 5 reasons why I should come to Mazda first and I am so happy he did that because one, it shows that his knowledge of the vehicle and two, it gave me a sense of relief knowing that I was going to be working with a salesmen who knew what he was talking about and actually cared what I walked off the lot with and not just trying to get me to buy the most expensive car. Upon arriving on that Saturday, Lena showed me the cars that Jesus had picked out and I test drove the Mazda CX-5 and boy did I fall in love! That was it for me. I came inside and started the car buying process. I had a trade in which was my Hyundai Sonata and they actually gave me a pretty fair amount for it. The finance girl who helped me was absolutely amazing, I wish I could remember her name because she was such a sweet heart, so insanely helpful and got me the BEST deal. All I remember about her was her warm and generous personality, she was blonde, and like 52. The only hiccup that I had was that the car wasnt fully detailed per my request the day I bought the vehicle. When Jesus called my 4 days later he was so quick to want to make it right, he even filled up my gas tank for the inconvenience of having to come back. I am so happy that Jesus encouraged me to come see Mazda first because I am in love with my Mazda CX-5. Jesus, THANK YOU for all of your help, your sweet/kind personality, and being so patient with me. I will definitely be referring friends and family to Cardinale Way Mazda of Corona.

Be extremely careful. If you read the other low reviews what they are saying is very true. The finance managers here will tack on third party warranties and gap insurance towards the end of your deal after you have already agreed on a purchase price. These will be buried in your monthly payments. It is unethical and irresponsible. It was a horrible experience buying here. I would rather pay more at another dealership. They add these charges when you are least aware and will not let you know. All we heard what that these were free money when in reality they are charging you. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. Not worth the headache.

This dealership out-shines all the others - in fact, I traveled nearly 40 miles to do business with CardinaleWayMazda (my nearest dealer was less than 10 miles away). Ken (manager) is refreshingly straight-forward. Lena is an excellent sales rep, and Katelin in finance really knows her business. I left the dealership with my new car feeling I had just had the best car-buying experience possible - certainly the best in my experience.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at CardinaleWay Mazda today. We came to bring our Mazda3 in for service and ended up walking out with a brand new 2018 Mazda6 within our budget. Ken and Jeanette helped us and they were amazing! So helpful and just overall funny, great people. Usually experiences at dealerships are a drag but Jeanette talked to us throughout the experience and we genuinely had a good time. She made sure we understood all of the features and walked us through everything. We’re so happy to now have 2 Mazdas in the family.

They were great when I first expressed interest. Called me up, offered to bring in Starbucks next time I came, etc.When I showed up to start talking numbers, their manager was incredibly rude. He refused to make any offers, claiming almost $800 a month was a fair deal, then when I opened up with a number he essentially told me to get out.As I was leaving he called after me saying I should have done better research before making an offer. Apparently they do not like to haggle at all. Unfortunately for them they are not the only game in town. I went instead to Honda who were much nicer and far happier to talk numbers.I even received a call later from a different Mazda dealer, offering me a far lower price than CardinaleWay did, and I hadnt even started the conversation yet. They sent me an invoice price based on an online request I made via another site in about an hour, which was almost 15% off CardinaleWays offer.It seemed pretty clear that their manager did not want to sell to me, despite my high 700 credit score and offer to put down cash today.

Not a good place to buy a used car. I test drove the car for 5 Miles and complained few issues. At the time of delivery, they stated the issue has been fixed but it still occurs, which is costing me much to fix the issue. They stated as all the inspections has been taken care but everything is a Lie. They bought the car, simply washed and displayed. I did not really like the fact that the finance person used the Patriot Act Law to check my credit even though I already had financing with my bank, which effected my score. The only thing they are worried is to sell the car they do not really care about the customer.Why don’t you be genuine to the customer when selling the car?

Our family bought a used car here a couple of months ago, and the tire quickly began losing air. When having it examined at our local dealership, there had been multiple patches and plugs placed on the sidewall of the tire. I spoke to the service manager Shawn, who was very disrespectful and condescending. He stated that even though Mazda required their tires fall into the category of new, the tread was acceptable but the patches and plugs could be looked over, and he did not feel as though this dealership should take any accountability. I would buy a car from another dealership after dealing with Shawn.
Debra was awesome. She was very nice, not pushy, open to working out a fair deal. She was knowledgeable on the cars and was really fun to work with to get what we wanted.

Last night I was shown a certified 2013 Mazda3 (stock Mp1103) with approximately 20,000 miles. The car was clean on the inside. After doing a walk around I found significant dents around both rear wheel wells and scratches on the trunk and front nose. How the dealer missed these during their thorough inspection for the car to pass and be called Certified. What comes into question is the dealerships honesty and them thoroughly checking their used cars. The dealership is clean, but at the end of the day am I getting a car that is as marketed so I can make a qualified decision.
As a veteran I do not recommend this business.! Cardinale did a $2000 repair on my drivers seat and did not properly install the seat left parts off my seat. When I came back for service and pointed out these Deficiencies and lack of professional work that had been done. Had me waiting 3 hours the service manager stating he would have his best mechanic correct these multiple issues and then denied servicing my vehicle for oil change service and the hack job they did on my seat. To this day none of the above stated issues have been fixed... Dont waste your time or money on these scam artists...!!!

Javier was personable and knowledgeable about the car, including the details of it and engine/under head. Javier was a pleasure to work with. Regarding the deal process, the only frustration I had was the final tax and fee numbers were higher and Im not sure why that info couldnt have been accurate up front.
Tony and Joe were great. Easy buying experience. Showroom is nice and clean. We just bought a 2016 CX-9 and got a great deal. I recommend this dealership.
