First time going to this office and they did not disappoint. Outstanding service. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and super helpful. They used some newer machines to get a better look at my eyes and were able to provide me with a lot more feedback compared to some other places I’ve been to. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything I had a question on. Highly recommend to everyone

My mom has got to be the most sensitive and difficult person to deal with lol, trust me I know. You ladies always take fantastic care of her, even when she has a bad attitude. That alone should be why everyone should use this Eye Doctor and why Dr. Le is so different from the rest. Dr Le has AMAZING patience and bedside manner. Having been in business myself for 20 years I know how hard it is to please everyone. You ladies do a phenomenal job. I am Forever grateful thank you.

I was visiting my family in Corona and developed painful condition in my eyes. Ive asked my family members and neighbors if they could recommend a good eye doctor. Circle City Optometry came highly recommended, so I did a quick online research and found this eye clinic to have excellent local reputation. Plus, after visiting their website, I felt very confident about the optometrist after learning that he has about 40 years of experience. To make things short, I called for an appointment and was accepted right away, which made me very happy as I was in tears. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and did a very detailed eye examination. He used some eye drops that immediately gave me the needed relief. Ive used the drops for two days and the pain completely went away. Great overall service and excellent eye care! This eye doctor deserves 5 stars in my eyes!

I have visited Circle City Optometrist in Corona to get my visual exam and to get new glasses. The eye doctor did a really good job on finding the reason why I was not seeing so well. The eye exam didnt take that long, yet was very detailed. I felt that the doctor really cared about helping me, which is a great feeling when you are at the doctors office.After the vision consultation and eye exam, I spent some time in their office trying to select and buy new frames. The office staff was very helpful, and they helped me find the best frame for my face shape. I loved the wide selection of frames.Overall, EXCELLENT service! I will for sure come back to this optometrist for future annual exams.

I have used this optometrist few times during the last couple of years. Each time I felt he took his time to make sure that my prescription is optimized. I dislike some of the optometrists that you just feel are just rushing with the results and treat you as a number, so they can get to the next patient. Its for sure NOT the case with Circle City optometry! The entire staff is very kind and makes me feel very comfortable each time I have my eyes examined. Also, I noticed during my last visit that they just did some remodeling, so the office looks even nicer than before.

I used to like this doctor, but received really terrible service recently. I am guessing that they are under new management. Came in and ordered a replacement pair of glasses and paid CASH, and it took almost a month for them to get them done, and their reason didnt make any sense. Prices have gone up also, substantially. More money for much worse service. I also received a pair of glasses prior to this pair that was supposed to have the gradual tinting feature, and they did NOT. They would not take them back. Terrible service!

My daughter and I have been using eye care services of Dr. Gary Bell for over 4 years now. He is very detailed during our annual eye examinations, and the entire Circle City Optometry office really shines when it comes to the customer service aspect. I love the fact that Dr. Bell has so many years of experience, and I can always feel it during our vision tests, especially when it comes to my daughter. Because of her young age, she requires little more patience, and it was never an issue for the doctor. He always spends the needed time to make sure that her eyeglasses prescription is the most accurate possible. They also have good variety of eyeglass frames and provide useful advise on the different types and materials. To make it short, if you need a really good eye exam or need a great optometrist for anything else, Dr. Bell is in my opinion the top choice in Corona. They offer an excellent blend of pricing, service, and eye care expertise!

Very bad service we waited about 30 minutes to be seen and we were on time to our appointment. They gave me some forms to fill out when we had been patients for several years. The new management is horrible. I DO NOT recommend this place please GO somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

I went to see this doctor after reading the reviews. Doctor Guerrero is funny, entertaining and very knowledgeable. He was very detailed and open in regards to his findings. I cannot say the same about the staff. I myself will not be going back to this place because of the front desk receptionist and Manager. They are lazy. Took over a month to get the authorization for my glasses. When I returned to complain and choose my frames the receptionist was rude and made a remark out loud about them being oversized. She then proceeded to let me know they would call me in 3 weeks. She didn’t take the time to sit with me and break down what my insurance covered or my out of pocket cost for extras like poly lenses or anti glare coating. When I asked about my options she made it obvious she had no interest in helping provide that information and began giving me retail pricing to rush me out. I had to be specific and ask for “my pricing“ thru my insurance. She quoted me $52 dollars for poly and asked for the money to be paid out front. Thankfully I did not pay them the money because the next morning I received a letter from my insurance notifying me that they covered my poly lenses. Very disappointed with the staff’s professionalism.
