I had my 2017 RAM ProMaster City commercial minivan repaired at the location back in September of 2019 from a Progressive Insurance claim. Repair job took three weeks unfortunately with a few botches along the way. I had to pick up and return the vehicle for correction repairs a few times in the whole ordeal. The end result repair job ended up being “Meh” at best. I’m not happy with the repair work I had done to my vehicle, nor am I not completely dissatisfied either. Even though I had to tighten down loose bolts and remove stripped bolts that I observed were just hanging there by a thread when I finally just gave up and took my vehicle home and inspected the work in person instead of returning it for a fourth time for repairs to the same job to be redone. In hindsight, I wish I taken the insurance claim money and just traded in my wrecked vehicle for a new one. I’m somewhat disappointed with the overall experience to be honest. I’d highly recommend to have your vehicle repaired elsewhere in Corpus Christi for sure. On a positive note, at least Eloy, the Service Rep was a pretty cool dude. My overall rating of the location and work performed on my vehicle? 2.5 / 5 Stars.If making a Progressive Insurance Claim? Seek out a different collision repair center for sure.
ABSOULTE TERRIBLE EXPIERENCEThe staff was not friendly or helpful.I dropped my car off 06/04/2021 and was told it would be a 5 day job, only cosmetic work needed!After the 5 days I was told they were having trouble with the insurance which was a lie, because my insurance had already mailed them the check and also copies myself on all emails sent to the collision center.After the collision center had my car for 15 days I was told just a few more days they “finally got the okay from my insurance”.I patiently waited and called again on day 21 and was told “should be going in paint on tomorrow, we’ll let it rest over the weekend I am hoping by Monday (day 25) but the latest Wednesday (day 27). We are doing our best for you.”As of today 06/30/2021 (day 27) my car has not even gone through paint, I am now being told hopefully by Friday (day 29) 07/02/2021 but no guarantee.I brought my car here because I purchased it at Access Ford and have always used the Service Center but after this experience I will never return to Access Ford!!!I could had taken my car to any collision center and now I am really wishing I did, they have had my car a month which is absolutely ridiculous!!
They have had my car for almost 5 months. No end in sight. They dodge calls. Everytime they do answer(which is not often) they say it will be ready next week or tomorrow and it never is. They say theyll call you back... they wont. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT recommend! A phone was missing from my car when I finally got it back on top of the finish being sratched off on the passenger side

Job done on my vehicle was 2nd rate. Whole front bumper was replaced. Vehicle just had minor dents due to accident. My headlight arent aligned anymore. On left side trim sticks out a bit. Bad job done. Looks like glue was use to make it stay in place. Dont recommend. I only went there because insurance.
Have not finish my vehicle and when you call them they want to say I recorded you I heard how you talk to them. Please they should have fix it and instead no communication. Geico either doesnt do a good job recommending the right people. Instead he wants to tell me to respect I didnt disrespect anyone. People just dont like to hear the truth. They dont care about customers instead all they care is the money. I am tired just hope these people get it right this time instead of blaming the guy they fired. To them its a way out . Face the truth it should be on the main mechanics who didnt check the work. My husband is too nice and lets people walk all over him. Well hopefully they can do the job correctly after 1.5 months waiting to get them to do it.

The people are nice enough but they are always in a rush and stuck between the customer and the insurance company. Their work really suffers because of this. I was rear ended and I had to take my car three times before it was repaired to any satisfactory condition. After the third time I was ready to just be done with them. My headliner was stained, rear interior panels are hanging off and interior parts rattle constantly. After a couple months, the exterior body looks like it should and the rear window doesnt leak anymore but the job just wasnt finished. Ill end up having to fix it myself. This is the only collision shop Ive dealt with and I hope others are better.
Access ford did an excellent job of fixing our mustang and all the staff were wonderful and obviously very competent. I would highly recommend them if your looking for quality work and friendly honest people

BEWARE!!!! Worst experience ever will never use them again. Took forever had to take back several times the guy in the office handling my claim was very dismissive and unprofessional using the term yah yah yah several times. Its been over 6mons and I still have to take it back because they cant compete the job in one trip apparently.
