We had 2 auto glasses replaced at the same time. Everything went very smoothly and everyone was friendly and courteous. We sat and waited on our vehicle and I was impressed at how well the men & women handles each customer that came into the office. I would highly recommend this #100 office. The branch manager Joe even came out and visited with us to make sure everything was going well.

Just had my Corolla back glass replaced here. Of the 16 auto glass places around town I called, theirs was the best price by far. The glass looks great, he took the time to remove all the old seal material so it doesnt sit high like the low-quality installers do, and they did it fast while I waited. Friendly, honest folks too. If you need home or auto glass, look no more; this is the place.

I called to make an an appointment for them to give me a quote and they still havent called a week later. But the work that they have done for me in the past has been good.I got a call from them a few days later, they have been really busy and had people out with Covid so they are behind a bit. They sent out an agent who was very professional and knowledgeable. He had all the answers I needed and he is preparing a quote for me.

I called two weeks ago to request an estimate. The person who answered was very friendly and took my info and said she’d put me in the system for an Estimator to call me. One week later, still nothing. I called back to verify my info was correct, it was. This time I was told they were busy, but I’d get a call soon. It’s been TWO WEEKS and I haven’t heard a thing. Not even, “Hey, we’re really busy, but here’s the next I have available.” NOTHING! I called a competitor and got a call back the next business day with an Estimator scheduled the day after.

I normally don’t write reviews but here I am. I needed tempered glass replaced ASAP. My front storm door had broken & I only had one day off. I called a different glass company who gave me an estimate of $350 & about a weeks wait. (I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I’m young.) I called binswanger glass company & they guaranteed the glass would be done in a few days. Also only charged me 1/4 of the price. Very helpful!!! They’re affordable & reasonable. Erica at the front was very sweet & patient. Recommend them for any glass services.

Awesome glass company

I am not normally one to write reviews. But after my experience with Binswanger glass I felt like I had to share. I am out of state down here working in the corpus area. This morning when I came out of my motel room I found someone had broken into my truck.they busted out the passenger window. I called a few places no one could get me in today to get it fixed they did not care. I called Binswanger talked with a lady named Michelle. She was very sympathetic and said if I could get that truck to them they would make sure that they got it fixed for me today. Dropped the truck off on my way to work she called early afternoon to inform me it was done. She said they were there till 5. I explained I could not get there by 5. Told her I could be there at 5:30. They waited they stayed there after hours and waited so I could get my truck. They dealt with my insurance company. I did not have to pay one penny out of pocket. This places would get 10 stars if I could. Thank you Binswanger

Very nice people, recently replaced windshield and side mirror plus made a new glass shelf for a piece of furniture. they brought me home while they replaced my windshield, picked me up after they were finished. Allison, SELENA, and all others i met were cheerful helpful. the best glass service in town.

I had a wonderful experience with this business! Initially I had an appointment with another glass company and the original appointment had some how been cancelled. Long story short I called around to get another appointment, I called Binswanger Glass and spoke with Allison. Allison was very willing to help me and got me in right away with a lower price than any other company in town. I will definitely recommend this business to others!

Great price quoted to start a windshield replacement, by far the cheapest. Actual price was even lower based on material costs, with the savings passed on to me. Really have to appreciate that kind of honesty!

Binswanger is one of two glass shops in Corpus Christi, and it was the first one I located which had a respectable glass selection for auto, home, and hobbies. I stopped into their shop in the early afternoon on a Wednesday intending to make a purchase worth around $200. The ladies behind their desks neither stood up, introduced themselves, or seemed willing to engage me as a customer at all. I asked them if they had 3/8 thick glass which they had to look up, and after telling them what I wanted it for they both completely ignored me. I found the samples of glass on my own and looked through them as they continued to ignore me. I had to ask if I could place an order, and the lady appeared very annoyed but told me to simply tell her what I wanted. She took down my specifications and told me it would be ready in the morning. I said thank you and left the shop without so much as a smile or goodbye from the two behind the desk. After I got to the parking lot I realized one of the specifications was wrong and went back in to the shop to tell them - they shared a look of disgust between one another as soon as I stepped back through the door. The one who wrote down the new measurement looked up at me with what could only be described as hatred in her eyes.I cant explain the horrendous customer service at this business - they had no other customers at the time and seemed to be just browsing on their computers. They neither treated me with respect nor showed any regard for my business. After leaving I cancelled the order over the phone and requested to speak with the store manager. The receptionist transferred me to a man who introduced himself as the man in charge but later admitted he was not the manager, which only discredited the business further.After locating the second glass shop (only a few blocks away) and receiving excellent customer service, I cannot, in good faith, advocate anyone doing business with Binswanger due to to their horrendous customer service. Nothing is worth the hassle of interacting with such rude and unprofessional individuals.

I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 and I am from out of town. They pushed my appointment back 2 hours after we arrived there in time. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and apologetic. The man that worked on my vehicle however was rude and needed a lesson in customer service!

Accused me of breaking glass at my own shopping center. He asked me “why” i broke glass. When i told him id be paying under a different company.

Fast & friendly!Needed a custom mirror so I went in and they helped me right away and needed up leaving 20 minutes later with exactly what I wanted!

The work they performed was ok but it took almost forty minutes rather than the twenty minutes they told me it would take. My issue lies with the customer service. I took my car in for an insurance claim because a stone had chipped the windshield and I was trying to get it fixed before heading out of town to my mothers funeral. Several hours after I left the shop I got a phone call from a man who said he was the one to do the repairs. He forgot to write down my vehicles VIN and asked if I could get it for him. I told him I was driving to MI for my mothers funeral and couldnt get to the VIN. He simply said OK and hung up.I got another call from this man about thirty minutes later saying he really needed the VIN. I again told him I was driving and I couldnt get it at that time. He asked me if I could pull over to get it for him but because of his seemingly apathetic attitude towards me, I told him again why I was driving and that getting him the VIN was the least of my concern.Today, about a week later, one of the girls behind the front desk called me and asked for the VIN again. I told her my wife had the car so I couldnt get it to her at this moment. She then threatened me saying if I dont get her the VIN she wouldnt be able to process the insurance claim and I would end up owing the bill if I didnt get the VIN to her by the end of the day. I explained to her again that my wife had the car with her and I would get her the VIN, but that I couldnt guarantee it would be by the end of the day. In response she said she was going to call my insurance company to tell them I wouldnt comply and she hung up on me. These people just lost a customer for life.
