Only place that had my weedeater sparkplug, otherwise I was going to have to order it on the internet.

Sold me the wrong spark plugs, for a 2007 rav4, causing it to run rough, and backfire, do not buy delco spark plugs for the rav4!!!! I will not come here for spark plugs again since its clear i didnt get the righy ones from this person. And do not cheap out on spark plugs.

Please tell me why you have people working in this store who dont even know what simple parts youre asking about are? Literally went in looking for battery terminals and none of the three people working here knew what I was talking about...seriously? Battery terminals. I hope their cars are okay...

I would recommend the one on McArdle by LaPalmera Mall because I was given advice not to buy item it wont work AND where to go even other competition. Great people there.

Staff is unknowledgeable. I told the employee what I was told by another employee from another advanced auto and what I was going to do. He proceeded to tell me that was the correct part and if not I could return it. When trying to install it did not fit my vehicle correctly. When I attempted to return the item I was not able to due to the fact it had been open. So I was given the wrong product and couldnt get a refund either. I am not going back to any advance auto. Lost my business forever.

They will find the parts you need. I got mine the next day, but you have to pay for them first. Nice people especially Red, hes a real nice guy and very professional! Thanks.

This store is NOT one to go too. I had to go back 3 different times because they couldnt get the sizes of WIPERS right! The service was just horrible. I live nothing but 3 blocks from this location but Id much rather go to Auto Zone which is a little further but worth it.

They have everything you need to keepkeep your vehicle going.

Corporate goes above and beyond. Where the store on the local level is At best par, since the change from Car Quest to Advanced Auto part, this is where corporate steps in and helps to alleviate and resolve issues where the customer is concerned.

Went to get bulbs for tail light and I think the guys name was Emilio he was such a big help and he changed the bulb for me too!

Closes at 7, not at 9. Open sign was still on, but doors were locked.
