First time at this location for me and it was great. After watching service quality go way down over the last year at the location I used for 5 years this was a breath of fresh air. Will be returning here in the future.

Trevor the manager runs this place very well. Excellent employees (very impressed). Discount Tire messed up my order and there was a long delay at the shop. Trevor made no excuses and made it right on the bill. Will return.

When the low pressure light lit up on my dash, I knew exactly where to drive to. Even though there a line for tire pressure check, Matthew guided me out of the growing line to check my pressure. In less than 2 minutes he explained what was the cause. I parked my car to register. There was a line in the lobby and attendants were at their registers assisting people. I was greeted the moment I walked through the doors and shortly after my keys were asked for to begin the repair. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. The staff are all well trained, attentive and courteous. My attendant Matthew was there from start to finish. I’ve always had great customer service experiences with Discount Tire and that’s the main reason they have my loyalty.

You really cant get a better price anywhere for new tires. We have multiple cars and they offer a replacement tire warranty, for small added fee per tire, which believe me has come in handy many times over. A really nice group of guys that work here who provide you with great customer service!

Got a GREAT deal on a new set of LT tires at Discount! Even though they were fully booked and there were eleven people ahead of me, they STILL had me in and out in around an hour. This is the second location Ive visited, and neither is better than the other. Theyre literally all good. Best tire shop ever very friendly and cost efficient as well as speedy fast service Im shocked never would have thought with how busy they were that Id get 2 new tires put on my car and a new spare rim with my old tire attached on top of checking all my tires to make sure they were up to standards within 40 min

My only problem with them? Road hazard has doubled in the past year. Otherwise theyre fast and friendly as ever. Call them to order the tires you want or at least verify they have what you need in stock, get there first thing when they open and youll be out in no time.

If you should ever have a need to visit a tire shop...please go here! The staff went above and beyond to help me get home! Super nice, friendly & knowledgeable! I got a flat after work (after 5:20ish), called to see if I could get there before closing (6pm), they no worries & waited for me. I panicked & barely made it to the spectrum parking lot, one gentlemen ran out there to ck on me. Got to the shop on a prayer, they looked up the tires I had to so they can be ready when I get there. Same gentlemen even went out of his way to pick up my tire from a near by sistershop ...Truly life savers! Thank you gentlemen for your help!

I went to get air for my tires at 8am. Came from work. Kept on getting runaround. Was told to park in a bay and then pull out and let another car park in there and they get me in a little bit. Good customer service. Just drove away. Too tired to argue

Got a flat tire on one of the tires i had bought. They did good on their word. My tire was beyond fixing, got a new tire with the insurance i had added when buying the tires prior. The people that have worked with us have given us great service.

Got a flat on my trailer, came in for the warranty. All employees are moving in haste. I was attended to as fast as they could and it shows. Didn’t mind my small wait.

Wow. Just wow. These guys love their job and are extremely great at it. Had the best experience. I consider myself mechanically inclined. Went in for what i thought was a minimal issue and they detected/diagnosed something big i had missed that could have been tragic. Whether youre dealing with a red shirt like Mikey or one of the black shirts you can be sure you will be taken care of by a friendly professional.

Went in to go get two new tires put on my sons car, and pretty much the car was ready within 35 minutes.. they seem to be pretty busy but you wouldnt be able to tell with the fast service and super friendly staff I highly recommend this place to anybody reading this review its worth it, and they even gave us a signature series tire gauge to go with the new tires. Professionalism at its finest. I felt completely at ease and like every angle of my tire situation was handled accordingly and I drove away with complete confidence and it wasnt even my car literally happy for somebody elses vehicle. 6 stars

On my way from one job to the next, and noticed my tire was flat (2nd nail in 2 months!)Discount Tire closed at 6:00, but Conner drove me to my 5:15 yoga class while my car was worked on, Collin picked me up at 6:15, and no one charged me anything ♥️They are amazing!! Discount tires really is outstanding in customer service. I couldnt think of going anywhere else for my tire needs. It is always busy and there will always be some sort of wait but they will get the job done and do it with pleasure!

Immediate service and decent prices

Honestly I expected good things from Discount Tire, multiple people recommended me to them for a new set of tires and wheels after I had a blowout one day. I took it in and the man who helped me, Collin I believe, was very helpful and professional and kind.The whole thing was done and over in a few hours the next day, had to pick up my wheels from a different location, but when I drove it on the highway the next day I experienced a bad shake from the rear end, first thought to be caused by unbalanced tires. They told me they added 2oz to a tire (which is a lot) and it only made the problem worse. One tire had 10oz of weights on it.After the weekend was over I drove back home and once again experienced the shaking, so I took it for a 3rd time to Discount Tire, telling them what was going on, and they attempted to balance the tire again, only for it to not work after a test drive, they then ordered a part that they didnt have (centering bracket?) So now Im waiting for that to come in.

These guys take good care of you and your car! They will show you the best deals and if you have issues with your tires even if you got them from out of state from a different DT they still treat you like VIPs

My family was at Padre for Spring Break, and the TPS light came on on our Caravan. We stopped off to have the pressure checked in the tires because we were headed back home which was 5 hours away. The tire that Id had repaired at a local shop before beginning our trip was low. Justin or Jason explained all of the options, and any possible pitfalls that might come about. I opted to have air added to the tire, and made it home safely. When my local shop checked their repair was leaking. I really appreciate the open honest information that I was given. Today Im at a mother Discount Tire with a different vehicle having a tire repaired.

They should put employee parking signs on specific spots so they can easily move vehicles of their own for just a minute so that they can allow larger vehicles into the parking areas so they can sell products to them also. Maybe parallel park a few vehicles up next to the building would allow more space for driving.And advertise trailer tires.They give great service and fast service and were very polite and helpful and all working to get everyone what they needed before the day was over.They had many options for those wanting extra space to not risk getting sick..They do the job correctly which I havent seen any other tire shop here do.Nice to have young people working and all age groups represented.

I love discount tire. They have a tire pressure center where they will check your tire pressure. My daughter and I go there everytime we are heading on a road trip. First stop Discount Tire, then gas, then breakfast and then we head out, like clock work everytime. We like tipping the service person as a Thank you for helping us stay safe.

Had a flat tire on my vehicle and visited this location. Erik Isaac helped show me why my tire was unrepairable, due to a hole in the sidewall. Erik quickly got me squared away with a new tire, along with an awesome certification warranty through Discount Tire. Despite being swamped they got me in and out quickly. This is a great Discount Tire would recommend to anyone. Ask for Erik he’s an all-star!

Arrived 30min early for installments of my new tires. They took me in right away, and even got me a savings discount off of the old tires due to them still being under warranty. Very professional and courteous.

Long wait I went to the one on staples past Saratoga was told there was a 3 hour wait the employee wrote down the wrong numbers to other locations so went to the one on weber long wait was told I had a bad tire sensor which was replaced problem light went away two days later light came on again

Johnathan Lopez was my sales guy. He was nice and professional, gave me alot of options for a single tire. We also talked about the title game so it was cool. The wait at this location was about an hour. Thanks yall!

Let me start by saying we are in the fight for our lives with this pandemic in Corpus. I think we are second in the state for the increasing number of cases. Our hospital and intensive care units are at their capacity. With this said, I visited Discount tire today and all employees were wearing masks. I commend you for that, but on two separate occasions while trying to get tires. One man in his sixties, next to my car jumps out of his car and never so much as placed a mask on. (He is outside and not a real problem) He is out of his car smoking a cigarette. After his car is ready, he walks in to the store with no mask and pays his bill. The whole time I never visualized a store rep confronting him about a mask. Next when I had to enter the store,there were about six people in the store, all wearing masks except for one younger man who had his around his neck. No store employee said a word to him. I was not happy about the lack of customer wearing masks and said so to the store reps.The younger man immediately placed his on his face. And the manager says they can’tmake people wear them if they have a medical condition. I am so sorry that businesses have been given the responsibility of monitoring this problem of mask wearing. It is not working and God help us all for the people who continue to place our lives at risks. I sincerely don’t know what the answer is. And I am so disgusted with all that goes along with this horrendous and killer disease. My only suggestion is to be proactive and protect yourself from the irresponsible people we have to encounter on a day to day basis.Businesses are not going toprotect you. You have to do it yourself. Wear masks and social distance.

Ive come to discount for years. The staff is always polite and hard working. Today was a very unique experience. I arrived at 805am to get my wifes tires rotated. I had tire issues and the front desk staff helped to resolve the issue. Theu ordered my tires and set up an appointment for next day installation. Went through the tire air line and had to wait tenmkinutes for service. The tire that actually needed air receives none because their machine wouldnt register the pressure. So I ahd to pay to have air put in a low tire because the tire shop couldnt do it. In short front desk good techs are questionable.

They rotated and aligned my tires for FREE!! No, I hadnt bought them there but will from now on. I had set an appt and they got me in really fast! No wait!! Highly recommend!!

Went in to have them check my rear tires which seemed to have slow leaks. Turns out both had nails in them and they fixed them right up for free. Very welcoming of my dog as well. 100% would recommend this location
