Went for tire rotation and oil change and unfortunately they forgot to torque my lug nuts and my wheel came offer after leaving the dealership

Juan went out of his way to return my call on his day off. He took care of the job sooner than time given. I was very pleased! The bill could have been less!!!

Very dissatisfied with the service due to the 2 hour wait for an oil change.we paid for a consiare service which did not happen plus the cost of $55 for a cabin filter. We miss Elizbeth Garcia, she was the best

Mt car was in the service department for over 3 months waiting on repairs. It shouldve been totaled but the dealership decided to go ahead and make the repairs and overlooked major problems to stay within the parameters of how much the insurance would pay out. I brought my car into them thinking it would be the best decision considering I bought the car from them and its obvious to day I was more than disappointed. Ill never buy a car from them again.

It took 8 month for ford to fix the problem but it has been fixed.

Had a check engine light come on they got to it, that day and order parts and had it back to asap.
