Food stained seats addressed on 3 separate occasions by 6 different individuals,all stating it would be taken care of. Lynn Skinner stepped in also and said he would take care of situation. The vehicle has been in 3 times now to address the food stains on seats and stains are still like the day it rolled into dealership from previous owner.Service on my newly acquired vehicle from Lithia has been incompetent,and very unprofessional. No one has addressed food stains on seats for over a moth now and 3 times to detail dept.Very unsatisfied and flabbergasted at the low level of attention to detail!I would highly not reccomend this dealership to anybody wanting and expecting even standard service!

This was my first visit. I was very stressed concerning my Ram remote starter key. The old one locked up my system and turned on the security. I had a lock expert work on the system first. In 2 1/2 hours he couldnt fix the problem. I then had the truck towed to Lithia Crysler. Monica Lawhon was my scheduling agent. She insured me the problem would be fixed. The problem was fixed and it was done right. Im very happy with the dealings Ive had with Lithia Crysler. I definitely will go back there should any requirement come up. Monica Lawhon was fantastic.

Called lithia parts dept Saturday 10-30-21 11:00am after 2hrs of trying to get a live person I drove out to lithia dodge to my surprise not one person in line and 1 counter person I even called while outside parts dept still no answer beats me. Maybe thats routine for them let phone ring till you go away!!
Express Lane oil change is fast with good prices, but they didnt turn off my oil change service due indicator light. They noted other services (with prices) my truck needed and how often, The staff was polite and curtious. This is my second time having oil changes at the dealership, and Ill go here for future oil changes.

They changed the oil and did not top off the windshield washer or vacuum out the interior
They greet you in a very kind manner, address your issues, and offer you a shuttle or a ride home if youre going to have a long wait on a repair. Or offer you coffee, cappuccino,and donuts and popcorn if you want to wait .Its very clean, and comfortable in the waiting area with the two TVs to watch, and find out information about your vehicle and some of the things you might want to have checked out .If its chilly wear a jacket though because its a little cool with the door opening as people come in and out a lot .They got my car in and out in a timely manner and explained what the problem was and I was on my way, very nice people, I would recommend them to anyone needing service for their vehicle .

Biggest bunch of crooks in business,stay away from this dealership they back out on their word every time.they pull the old bait and switch, you see the vehicles marked down but when you go inside they say those marked down vehicles are reserved for other customers...biggest liars all departments

Unfortunately this is a terrible place to get your car serviced. I went up for a regular oil change and no one even spoke to me for 25 minutes of standing there and then eventually sitting there. There was a man stapling papers and he never even said hello or asked if I had an appointment. I would go somewhere else if you can.
