I went in for an annual inspection. I was running late due to traffic I was so sure they weren’t going to take my car in. I apologized and the girl at the front was so sweet and reassuring! The environment was clean, welcoming and organized! The service appt was fast, and staff was very professional! Definitely going to be my go to place for vehicle needs! Highly recommended! I usually go to Christian Brothers to get my state inspection done but theyre going through new owners and didnt have the proper computers/equipment to do it. They suggested I go to TC Auto Service and Im happy they did! They were very nice and professional. AND QUICK. A few years ago, I was trying to go to Firestone for my inspection and they were telling me it was going to be a 2 hour wait! With BOTH of my cars getting inspected at the same time, even with a lot of cars on their lot, looking like it was going to take a while, TC had me in and out in about 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service customer friendly and will even drive U home or work if car repairs will be long. All estimates given prior to work. Very trustworthy and impressed with the extra steps...they dont just tell you but send you Pics of parts in need of repair. Seeing is believing! I had a state inspection, i went in expecting to wait for long. They were very busy but as soon as I got there Diego started helping me. They were fast, helpful and very very professional. I was referred to by a shop to this place. They told me it would only take one day to diagnose. They had my car two nights and 4 days total and told me that they found the problem and the guy who diagnose it was for sure that was the issue. I paid $350 two days later my check engine light was back on now. It’s the same problem and now I have to take it somewhere else. Not only was my money wasted but when I took it back they guy fixing my car had everything confused he thought I had already replaced the part. The other guy who I spoke to on the phone was no help at all they lack communication!! Now they were no help when I went in two days later for my check engine light. Do not recommend. The only good they did was take away the fee for diagnostic however, that did me no good because they didn’t do there job properly. Still waiting for the call back from them.

Recently brought my car into TC Auto for a significant amount of repair work and had an amazing experience! After performing a full chassis inspection, they were very upfront about their findings. They sent a full detailed report (even had pictures and video) and were not pushy about accepting/declining services. Pricing on labor was really fair considering the amount of work/ labor intensive repairs they did. You pay for what you get when it comes to quality. Everything was done in less than two days and I was back on the road. My car went from feeling like a death trap on wheels back to normal again!They also have a really comfortable waiting area and offered to help me with a ride since my repairs were going to be a multi-day affair. The customer service was amazing & I felt very welcomed being there. Plus they have the sweetest shop kitty who helped keep me company while waiting 😂!Thanks TC Auto!!

I have found a place to have work done on my vehicle. Today it was just an inspection, but the customer service was perfect. When I called, I was greated by a lady who was super nice. She said to come right in -they were going to help! When I got there I was met by a gentleman outside who was very polite and helpful. Luis, the service advisor, answered all the questions I had about the next steps for my vehicle. Didnt have to wait very long; great service all around. This place was amazing! I had to get my headlights fixed and my back left brake light. On one day they fixed my brake light and told me to come back for my headlight that was being stubborn, and they told me I could just pay on the second visit. When they did that, I knew it was a good place! They’re very honest and helpful. Luis was helping me, and he helped me knock the price down.

State Inspection. I went to the new oil change place across the street first. Had to have an appointment. What ? Came over to TC and was 2nd in line and out in about 20 min. My wife and I also liked the calico cat that walks the waiting area. So friendly as was all the people up front. 👍👍Great place.

They made my car run good. They found duck tape on parts of my car and they had to replace items. When the dealership was trying to charge $2300, they tightened a screw and it is now working wonderfully. They took care of things. You cant go just anywhere.

Excellent Service! I went to a couple other shops, Auto Nation (dealership), Christian Brothers, and a few smaller places and places and they far exceeded my expectations without making excuses. They got my car in early morning, drove me to work, I had an alignment, heck engine light, and a small leak in the rear of the car. They sent updates, completed the work and had my car ready for pickup at end of day. It may not seem exceptional, but I was amazed at the quality of work, and how honest they were about what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. The prices were slightly cheaper, and they did better. I guess that’s why they get so much business. Christian Brothers and the dealership had more expensive prices and wanted to hold my car longer. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone and I have a 2019 CTS.

I was so happy to bring my car to TC Auto Service they were more than amazing! I just moved to Corpus Christi from FL this year and was looking for someone to service my car. I had previously taken my car to a different company in the area and I was not pleased. Going to TC Auto Service was like night and day compared to the other place. I decided to try TC Auto Service because I saw they were always packed and now I know why! From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted, not just by the person helping me out the car, but by everyone. Then I was taken inside and introduced to Todd who listened to my every need for my car. I told him that my lights seemed dull on my car. Todd and the manager checked them out for me and said that the lights looked fine but they would be willing to give me brighter light options if I wanted. He didnt try to give me the highest priced options he walked me through multiple options and informed me of the risks of some of the brightest options needing to be replaced sooner. I felt like I made an educated decision and I was not pushed into something I didnt want (this is greatly appreciated for a woman at a repair shop). I had them check out my brakes and do an analysis on my car. Though my a/c was checked by the previous company I did not feel confident in the previous companys work. Todd ensured me they would check everything from top to bottom. They also offered me a ride home since I told them I didnt plan on staying (something the previous company failed to offer with multiple company cars and they werent busy). I appreciate how TC Auto Service sends a report card of your car and recommendations. It has been over 2 months since they serviced my car, completed brake changes, headlight repairs, and windshield wipers. I have not had a problem. Again, I understand why TC Auto Service is packed. The customer service is exceptional and they do a wonderful job!

Definitely impressed. Took my truck in for an oil change and inspection. My plan was to wait inside lobby until it was done, they offered to drop me off at home and pick me up when truck was ready. They then gave me the option to drop off my truck to me at home!!!Took that option, went home and waited for my truck to be dropped off. When I go outside to get my keys from them, my truck was clean. They took it upon themselves to wash the outside of my truck. Lady at front desk even applied 2 coupons without me knowing until after I paid. Found my favorite place!!

I had to take my almost 2-year-old son with me. The oil change was quick, they had water in the lobby, and one of the guys gave my son a Lamborghini toy car to play with and to my surprise he let us take it home!!! They were super nice to everybody that came in, and I felt really at East taking my car there. They answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about my car. I will definitely be back!

Its difficult to find a auto repair shop that has all the attributes you need to feel comfortable leaving your vehicle for service. These guys have them all...fair prices, short turn around, solid mechanics and most importantly, transparency in diagnosis. I take all my vehicles to them for things I dont do myself and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I needed to get my vehicle inspected and went to jiffy lube first and their machine was down, so I went across the street to TC. What a great choice that was!!! I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Customer service was absolutely great too! I was not disappointed at all.

The waiting area is clean, airy, and cool with comfortable seating and they have complimentary bottled water and a TV. My inspection was done fast and I trust their service. They gave me coupons so I’m going to use them for additional services they offer for my vehicles in the future.

I went to get a state inspection from the gentleman who greeted us outside too the gentleman inside.. everyone was very friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming. My husband and I waited about 15 minutes which is quick compared to other places we’ve gone to get an inspection from. Will definitely be going back for any auto needs.

Went for vehicle inspection. Three cheerful employees were right there to assist me (this was my first visit). They showed me where to go and when in the office/waiting room, I was taken care of immediately and treated like I was actually an important person. After a short wait in a comfortable customer waiting area, they were done. Very pleasant experience.

Entire staff was courteous n helpful! Benji was amazing to work with!! My grandson was having ac problems. He had already taken his car to a different place but I thought it was a little high. So I suggested we take his car in for a 2nd opinion. They ran diagnostic on the compressor. Benji told me what the cost would be n how long it would take to fix. It was much less than the other place. We told him to go ahead n fix it. It was completed in a few hours, just like he told us! First time that has EVER happened to me! We were extremely happy with their professional service!

I have brought my car to several places since my move here to Corpus (about 3 years ago), but have found the car company that I am going to stick with: TC Auto. Not only are they incredibly friendly but they have very quick service, too! I love this company and will continue to bring my car here for the remainder of my time in Corpus. Edit: I went back to TC a few days ago for another repair on my car, this time for some belt work. They had a diagnosis within minutes and even though they were super busy, had my car done in a few hours. They also have a drop off/pick up service, which was a huge blessing. I called TC Automotive on a Saturday morning and talked to Luis. He encouraged me to bring in our 2010 Honda that was making noises. The crew there did a complete diagnostic process, keeping me informed of what they found and cost estimates for repairs. While waiting, though they offered to give me a ride!, I was so impressed by how friendly and respectful they were to every single customer. We did the most urgent work that day, then, I brought the car back in when I could leave it for a day. All the work was completed, their driver picked me up from work, Luis saved me money by applying a coupon, and the car drives so much BETTER. I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot. I found a small drip from the differential. TC Auto ran a diagnosis and complete inspection. It was the most complete report I have ever received on a vehicle. They included photos and short videos. They provided a link so I could read the report on my phone or email and then called me within 5 minutes to get my approval on their recommended repairs. The service advisor Benji was professional and courteous.

This place is so fast and efficient! They had me in and out for my last second state inspection with 3 cars ahead in within 30 minutes and I was very impressed! Loved the cat in the waiting room it was fun to play with! Will be coming back !

First time using TC Auto Service and I will definitely be back! The staff were all friendly and very helpful, we were made to feel like family even though we were just there a short time. Some businesses seem annoyed by small children being around, but the staff seemed to actually enjoy my young son being there in the waiting area. We are new to the area and we have 100% found our auto service shop while we are here and would also highly recommend them!

We were down in Corpus Christie for some beach time on N Padre Island. We hit a pothole evening before we plan to go home. On the way home from dinner, we can hear something rattling in the right front and brake pedal went to the floor. Luckily we can still stop. Searching Yelp, TC Auto Service had great reviews an was only 1.1 miles away from our hotel. I got our 2005 Honda Accord to TC Auto next morning as soon as they opened at 7 am. I described my issue to the friendly staff and left the vechicle with them. Although they do have a spacious waiting room, they also have a free shuttle service so I went back to the hotel. Less than 3 hrs later, they sent me an e-mail with photos of the inspection and another with the estimate for work needed (the brake line for the left front wheel was severed and needed replacement as well as flushing the brake lines) andl called my cell to confirm the estimate. After I agreed to the work, it was done within an hour and half! With a ride back to TC Auto Service, I picked up our car and was back at the hotel within 5 hrs after dropping the car off without an appointment! Thank you TC Auto Service, for the quick repair that allowed us to safely drive back to Austin! Highly recommended!!!

Great team but was very overwhelming with what the remodeling that they were doing while you waited but Benji very kindly asked if he could have someone take myself and my grandson home and then he would have someone go pick me up when they were done and he followed up on his promise. But one thing I must say is that they keep that waiting area incredibly hot and really should have a cold water bottle machines to make things comfortable to wait. Thank you, Benji! My first time there and would definitely return.

I had my state inspection done. This place was like Chick Fil A for cars. They offered me cold water. Everyone was smiling, they were helpful and the service was quick. I will definitely go here again!

Had my vehicle for 2.5 months. Never fixed it, didnt keep up on communication about the vehicle. Totally trashed my vehicle. I had to trade it in for a new vehicle, when I got my old vehicle back, there were leaves and bugs in it. They had a balance of $1700 but could never fix the vehicle. I do not recommend unless its something simple like an oil change

Needed a car inspection and decided to give TC AUTO a try since they were highly recommended thru friends. Did not disappoint, although it was only a vehicle inspection. Definitely will send my 5 vehicles here for future maintenance and repairs. On a side note, Taylor Lewis is now here! I have had previous experience with his customer service through his previous employer and is awesome! Actually everyone was awesome there! Again, I now have a new place and is conveniently close by!

So I had, Luis as my service tech, he was AMAZING! He had my car repaired and out earlier than I expected, and they even shot-vaced it for me. I had to have the heater core replaced and they had parts ordered and ready for me in a jiffy. 10/10 would recommend to all. But make sure you ask for Luis, he’s the best 💕

I recently moved to Corpus from Houston. For my entire driving life, I had a mechanic that I trusted for everything. I found my Corpus version of that. From the second I pulled up, I felt like a valued customer. Judy was super helpful from the start. Inside, Luis was knowledgeable and friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was informed and felt comfortable. The free shuttle ride to my house was icing on the cake. My daughter is at TAMUCC and her Jeep had issues with the check engine light. My husband researched this auto service shop and they couldnt have been more helpful. Offered to pick her up and drop off from campus. Quoted us a charge around $150 to diagnose but after a couple of days could not get the computer to read the issues so said we needed to take it to the Jeep dealership. I only give 4 stars because they couldnt fix it HOWEVER....they didnt charge us at all AND took the Jeep to the dealership for us. Now THAT is service and will 100% return for other issues they are equip to fix. I dont do reviews but this was beyond our expectations and earned nothing from us for their help. No one does this anymore so felt they deserved a formal review. Thank you!

Very quick and professional. I went there to get my state inspection done one morning. There was a sign that told you where to pull up and park if you wanted an inspection done. By the time I opened my door someone was ready to greet me in the parking lot and confirmed with me that I needed an inspection and asked me to come inside with my insurance. They had me wait about 20 minutes and had me out of there quickly. Great service from the technicians and the desk staff. Will be going there from now on.

Im traveling cross country for a move with 2 small kids. Our AC went out in my car and they were able to fix it within the week. They even offered me a shuttle to and from the shop since I no longer had a vehicle. This is now my familys only mechanic when I visit the area. 10/10.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a mechanics shop. They go out of their way to take care of their customers. I have never trusted any mechanics shop, but I would let my grandma go to these guys by herself and trust that they would take care of her. Outstanding.

The service was exponential and the speed at which my truck was diagnosed and fixed was the key. I dropped it off at 5pm and had it back by 1pm the next day. Luis called me every step of the repair starting at 9am that morning. We even got a text message with diagrams and actual pics of the problem on what was being inspected. The engine was overheating and the problem was fixed within 24hrs. Luis worked with us each step of the way with the diagnosis and options on the repair. He even helped with knocking some off the total bill and I even took my truck back on another issue the following day (he fixed at little to no cost). I would give more stars than 5 if I had the option! The staff was super pleasant the experience was great and FAST. Keep up the good work!

I have had a very good experience every time I have been here. Most recently, I needed a tire replacement (object on roadway punctured tire) for a set of tires that I purchased at TC Auto Service. The repair was not covered by any warranty/service plan. TC Auto Service was extremely generous is doing the tire replacement at cost.

I went to go get my state inspection...service was quick and professional. As soon as I walked in they were very helpful, friendly and my inspection was done quickly. Everyone who was waiting seemed to get there services quickly done as well. I will be going there for future services...highly recommend.

I just went to TC Auto for my state inspection a couple of hours ago. I was very impressed with them. They were so organized, attentive, courteous, and fast! I took some stuff to read but never got the chance because they were so quick. I loved seeing shop kitty! I will most definitely go back!

I went here because my car would not start and heard the good reviews so decided to have my car towed here thinking I was in good hands. They wanted to charge me close to $800 for a new Starter and Battery. I feel they took advantage of me for having my car towed there but had it towed right back to my house after paying there diagnostic fee and called an independent mobile mechanic who gave me a way fairer deal than TC Auto and my car is running again. I would not do business with TC Auto Service again

This place was recommended to me by a friend who is a former mechanic himself. I say that because mechanics know good and bad mechanic shops...and this place was highly talked about. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I was in and out pretty quickly. Overall, I was pleased with my visit and it didn’t break the bank!

Needed a state inspection and they have a system that works. Talking chick-fil-a -wait for cars. I was in and out in less than 30min. Best. experience.EVER. Have had repairs done there as well and they always fit us in the schedule, informed on pricing-which has always been reasonable and havent had issues with repairs to date. Highly recommend
