Gabby helped me match a foundation for a wedding with an expert eye. The color was *perfect*, as was the powder she recommended to go on top. Also, every additional Beauty Consultant I came into contact with was so friendly and helpful! I was in and out without any issues and I definitely recommended this location!

I’m from corpus, so it was my first time in the area & I needed some new makeup for the night’s festivities. I asked Alexa for help & she was more than welcoming & so helpful. The cashier Brianna who secured my purchase was also very sweet & accommodating. The energy in here is awesome, I definitely recommend this Sephora if you ever in the Pasadena & Deer Park area!

This place is awesome. They have a lot of fragrances to sample as you can see in the pictures. Just dont be the azz whol3 that goes in there and spray himself with all kinds of products if you know you arent buying something.Ask them what they recommend and they will take you in the right direction.

I came in with my sister for some olhenricksen banana eye brightening cream and some foundation and I believe a girl named Brittany assisted us. She was anything but helpful, even a bit rude to be exact. She made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable following us out as if we were stealing. Like we just spent $100 on two things in five minutes, back up. She had long brown hair and was on the small side. The cashier on the other hand was very friendly and attentive with a beautiful personality unlike her associate. Maybe she can give her some tips on customer service.

Leyanna and Maya L are definitely your girls if your looking for something in the store. I went in about a month ago with idea’s on what I wanted but also not sure if the product was right for me. They helped me pick out and match what worked best from my skin. I have been using the products and they are working out amazing.

I am so amazed at the level of kindness and guidance we received here. My youngest daughter wanted for Christmas to start wearing makeup. I’m not great at this, I’m very minimal in this area. But I wanted so much to give her the correct help and guidance so she would feel as beautiful as she is! We walked into Sephora and this one adorable lady came up and asked if she could help us. I think her name was Lindsey or Crystal but I’m not positive, well I explained to her what my daughter wanted and was looking for and this sweet lady took charge and even took the time to teach my daughter how to apply and smooth and just everything! She was SUPER AMAZING! I am so grateful there is this kind of help these days! Thank you!

I was in desperate need of buying a last minute gift. One of the girls helped me until a few minutes past closing time which was very nice of her. I was able to buy the gift and save the day. I recommend going here.

If I could give -1 star I definitely would ! The last two times that I went to the store are the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had! A bunch of unhappy girls with attitude that treat you like they’re forced to stay there. I will contact the corporate as soon as I get a chance. The people there are so nice! Especially Austin. They are always so helpful, and always approachs me whenever I walk it, to let them know if I need anything to ask away. Whenever I ask for a sample of a foundation or skincare, they dont give you a attitude like some makeup stores do. They actually hook me up! Also, the place is always so clean!!

Alexis was really rude when I asked what they had for points options. All she said was not a thing. No apology nor did she let me know when more would come in. I find it hard to believe there wasnt one thing available. She basically rang things up and shoved the bag towards us. Terrible customer service. Shes definitely not Sephora level. Maybe not even Ulta 😅

I would give it a 5 star rating but not anymore! I never feel welcomed every time I go and the workers are very rude! My mom and I went today and my mom needed help picking out a powder for her color and I asked one of the workers nicely if she can help us. She said to me in a rude way um we are busy right now and I cant help you but I dont think I can find anyone to help you right now but Ill try!? Seriously at least tell me nicely and not all rude? I understand they were very busy but still at least talk to the customers in a nice way and not all mean! My mom just threw the powder back and said firmly back to her forget it! And we walked out. If I happen to go there again and if another worker talks to me like that again Im telling her off! Idc if I make a scene! That was unnecessary of that girl the way she talked to me! After all that is their job!!!

I came to Sephora Inside JCPenney to purchase a few makeup items to use for my wedding day the upcoming weekend. Being new to makeup, Crystal helped me explore and understand the pros and cons of different foundations and simple blush/shadow products. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Not wanting to spend money on makeup I would only wear once on the big day, Crystal explained that I could have my face done on my wedding day with a small purchase of over $50; what a deal! She explained that the purchase could be a face wash or scent, something that I could use long term, not necessarily makeup. That same day, Britani helped me decide on products and come up with a look for the wedding day so that when I came in on Saturday we would have a game plan. Britani was great at working with me to find a look that didnt feel too much but still felt special. On the wedding day, she did a lovely job, and I had so much fun. Horrible customer service! I was returning an item I purchased there a few weeks ago and they flat out refused to take it back. And on top of that told my the pallet I bought was a FAKE! I bought the palette at that exact location and they said there was no way because it was fake. All I can think is that they sold me a fake palette. I will be contacting Sephora and Anastasia to let them know what was said. I will NEVER shop directly at this Sephora ever again. I would be so upset if I was a brand being represented by them. The displays are always a mess and they never have anything stocked. And when I mentioned that all they could say was yea we are out of a lot of stuff no sorry or anything. Just a horrible experience.

Bad bad Customer service! I was opening a a product I was gonna buy to make sure it wasnt broken because i had previously purchased a damaged product and I was approached by one of the workers and she implied I could have possibly been trying to steal the product and I nicely told her I was buying the product and was just making sure It wasnt broken but she didnt seem to care and walked away. It really upset me and embarrassed me because she wasnt discrete about it and people looked. This is the second time someone there treats me disrespectful and very rude, they are not helpful or nice. Makes me not ever wanna go back.

I going to be taking a break from sephora especially on the weekends my last two visits were very upsetting the girls have really bad attitudes and act like they really dont have time or want to help you and they did the same to my mom mother in law and sister in law were told that the item on the clearance rack were no longer on clearance and had to pay full price when it shouldnt have evan been on the clearance rack just very poor customer service and when I asked if they had samples the lady told me no they didnt have any samples that day but for every visit your supposed to get 3 and i just got done spending $60 so I expected to get those i dunno I just think if Im gonna spend a good amount of money ill go somewhere else cuz i expected to be helped and get atleast decent customer service and all I got was attitude...

Terrible terrible terrible. I live in Houston but am from CC so when i go back home I stop in here. This last time was crazy. The sales lady was rude after I asked her for help locating a product she literally looked at me with them overdrawn eyebrows & chula makeup & walked off to go help another customer....pissed is not even the word I would used to describe how I felt if I didnt have my nieces with me I wouldve walked over & gave her the cursing she deserved. In all I wouldnt shop here at all I think this is the only one in CC which is sad but Ill just rather wait to come back to Houston & shop than deal with a racist person!!

I have had nothing but good happen there. They have done makeup several times for my kids proms. I have make purchases and returns and all has gone well. The worst thing was the long wait in line.
