Trying to buy a new truck, called and left a message for Hector to call me back, nothing.... oh well found one in decatur, tx.

Went in for oil change, this includes a multipoint inspection. Went in with low tire pressure, left facility with the same low tire pressure. I immediately called them to confirm, man who answered phone confirmed that they add air when tires are low. Informed him that their workers arent doing their job accordingly. Makes me wonder if my oil really got changed or just took my money.I guess their workers in the service bays arent being supervised, there is no QC check in place. Very disappointed that this happened and based on the previous review I will be taking my vehicle to get serviced elsewhere.its a shame that I have to go elsewhere since I work closely to this location. I hope their management teams reviews our comments and takes actions!!

Got my tires fixed but there is some miss communication between the number you call and the front desk staff. What you are told on the phone isn’t be relayed correctly. Communications needs to be fixed.

I liked the respond time for when my car was ready and they price was good, but I feel like the guy was making stuff up for what my car needed so he could charge me more

Great fix in and out

Ok it started off great. Went in for a inspection found out my tires were bad. Guy was nice trying his best supposedly to help me out. Found me some tires I didnt want to waste over 1000 out of no where. Then I did the math of his quote and it didnt add up correctly. He then came and said Ill give you better deal since the tires were a old 2017 tire. So when it came time to pay that deal didnt happened he said I agreed with the original price original but he came after and said he would give me a better deal. So he didnt want to and I couldnt tell him to take the tires off I didnt want them if thats how it was gonna be. So I was forced to pay full price for old tires. Very un happy

Great customer service and the staff explains everything to you about your vehicle. They also give you options on your vehicle service needs. I feel this staff pulls no gimmicks on you! I think they offer honest recommendations and have reliable and experienced employees who will do the job right!!

They try to sell you every service they offer, but just say no. They have no idea what you actually need. Just trying to get as much as they can from you. But they are nice about it.

Certain people here are nice but man is rude every time I go in. They stripped my oil plug blamed rear main seal. Cost me an arm and leg at service department to find out quick lube was at fault.Store hours are a lie. Open till 6 pm. He said he is in office till not open to do oil changes.

I want to thank Mike and his team, especially Matthew, for providing outstanding service on my 2017 F450 in getting my tires replaced/upgraded. They wouldnt stop until I was satisfied and I really cant say enough about their customer service. Thanks guys

I really enjoyed the service my attendant was very helpful I was having a terrible morning he explained my Warranty was most likely out told me my price and okayed it with me I agreed he let me know they would make sure it was the battery and not anything else also mr Juan was very knowledgeable with all my questions thank you guys

Ive been going here for a couple years now. Always been a good experience. I like the courtesy vehicle that takes you places and picks you up so you dont have to be strapped down if there is a long wait. Usually I call ahead to see if there is a long wait but they are busy sometimes. It always works out and their prices are fair.

I took my truck for service and they get the job done quick, no fooling around. The staff is very friendly.

Went in for a state inspection. .they failed my car because the guy told he dint like how my horn sounded and that id have to get a new one at ther cost.he said it was to loud and harsh sounding..my horn was working fine so i went elsewhere and my car passed that same day...waste of my time wont be returning .Horrible spot to go.Staff was very rude, and the front desk girl had so much attitude from the sec i walked in it was rediculous..They gotta be losing business daily with a staff like that...0 stars rating go elsewhere to be treated with respect. Hillbilly operation! !

A little long wait but pleased with the service.

Took a coupon they sent me for a $19.95 oil change up to 5 quarts of synthetic blend and an oil filter change along with inspections they would perform, car used 4 quarts and an oil filter, they charged me $34, excuse being “well that’s the price the computer gave me” DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! For the same price I could’ve done a full synthetic and got double the miles out of it myself
