Had my tires replace their it took more than 2 hours and they did not replace my valve stem which I paid for.now I have to go back and probably wait another 2 hours to get the valve stems replaced and rebalance my tires.not good.

This location is fast and honest, cheaper prices and you can almost always get in the same day you call or walk in.Observing face masks and social distancing as well, which is great.I got my vehicle inspection done in no time and they arent overly strict on a little check engine light either.

Came in for a state vehicle inspection. Took over 1.5 hours. The customer service was nice. Just way to long to wait.

We were in town from San Antonio, had a recent tire rotation and balance and after arriving realized my back tire was off center (not straight for a FWD). Having bought from a competitor who were already closed and would remain through our return trip, I called Firestone to see if they could double check the torque due to vibration on the drive in. It was 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and Chris was very accommodating and willing to check it out to make sure we were okay to make the trip home. Very much appreciated him putting my mind at ease traveling alone with two kids. We made it home safe. Thank you Chris! (Sorry if your spelling is different)

A little slow getting to me (30 mins) even though I had an appointment, but got the work done quickly. I brought my laptop to try and get some work done, but they dont have wifi, even though they advertise it. They admitted to me they havent had it in a long time.

They did an alignment for me. The center tire cap was not put back on tight so a couple of days later it and the black tire cover flew off on the causeway to Portland. Now I have 3 black tires and 1 silver. Service is always good, this experience just cost more than it should have.

My son specifically told them he had a brake pulsation and wanted the Rotors machined and whatever else needed to be done to do it. Also to replace the front 2 tires, oil change and wiper blades. Dropped off on a friday evening. Was told it would be done by saturday afternoon. Saturday evening he is told the tires are causing the brake pulsation, which is BS, and only thing done was the oil change. No tires, no machining rotors. Not happy. Wont be back.

Outrageous Prices and correct wait times are not given. Shorter times are given to get you to wait there and then they try to upsell you things you vehicle doesnt need. I was not happy. They measured 2 of my tires a 9 when they were really 11. What they charge for, most places dont. The customer service at Discount Tires was much better.

2 hour wait for an inspection sticker that never got done. Counted 5 people in the Building not one could get things moving. Dont go unless you want your Time wasted.

Dont go their instead of helping the costumer .They charger for thing u dont really need Then i called to main office and never got called back from manger nor the main office the dont care .for the costumer the want empty ur pocket....

I went in for a set of four tires and was in and out quickly. They also did a courtesy check on my car, including checking my battery at no charge. I was very happy with the quick turnaround.

Their service is on the basis of first come first served. Depending on what services you want determines your waiting period. It was fast, their service, and their customer care was very polite and friendly.You can also schedule for their services, but it must not be the same with the day you booked.

Their online appointments are not handled the same day and not enough of techs for amount of business they have.

Needed to check my battery. They were busy but I was in and out in under an hour. They were very nice.

Stopped taking our cars their a couple years ago because they are the worst shop in town. Should’ve stayed away, waited 4 hrs for inspection told it flunked because of wiper blade, almost $100 to put one on and pay inspection a second time. Nope!!!!

Went to go get an inspection. Not waiting 3 hours to get it done. Plus my husband went to use the mens bathroom. He came out running. He said it was so disgusting and dirty. Nasty! Not coming back to this establishment. Go get my car inspection somewhere else. Ewwwww!!

Dont go to this place... they are a bunch of thieves....took my truck for a normal vehicle state inspection, and they changed one of the two batteries in my truck for a damaged one. Be careful of places where they make you to stay far away from your vehicle while its being serviced.

I arrived less than an hour before closing time and there were several customers in the waiting room. I was greeted as if there was still plenty time left and treated as if I were the only customerof the day. They didnt get to my car until afrer business hours (2 team members stayed behind to make sure my mechanical needs were address). I watched through the bay as rhe mechanic checked my car. He didnt rush - in fact he methodically went over my car as if it was his own. My issue was resolved and my keys returned to me. When I asked how much I owed - he smiled and said youre all taken care of and you dont owe us a thing. That is how loyal nd repeat customers are won.

Went in for vehicle inspection 2 1/2 hours later it was done. They had very inappropriate movie on the tv for a place of business to have in . I mentioned something about it to the lady at the desk and she just basically ignored me.

Considering 3days ago I put all brand new tires on my car. Going down road today I got a screw thru tire and I got to Firestone on leporad and yes replaced tire but charged me for the road hazard again. That seems a little bit wrong. Only had new tire for 3 days.

Got my vehicle in before appointment time. Friendly staff. But they said there was a problem with water pump when two other reputable places didnt say anything. Oil change was more than goodyear so i wont go back.
