Horrible the lady/owner is bat crazy was there to pickup a car for auto services that never was starred on after 30 days of them having the car. She locked the tow truck drivers truck up inside the gates he had to call the Police to get his truck out of their yard they charge us 175.00 storage fee because they didnt do the work on the car and refused to give us the key till we paid

The entrance was easy to pass by accident on a one way frontage road, so I had to pull in through the exit in the parking area. The guy that works there came out yelling and said I need to drive around the block.

I had been going to the Lubrication Station(dont go there) on Waldron for many years, but when they told me my $7 inspection was not worth their time, I thankfully found Sticker Xpress.You must have your $7 in cash, but I drove up with no ridiculous wait time. The inspector was directing me on what to do while he observed. An issue came up with my brake lights. He told me it had to be one of two things and coached me on how to troubleshoot them. He was very professional and didnt once try to pressure sell me a service. He explained I could return within 15 days for a free re-inspection. He was genuinely apologetic about having to issue a failed inspection. I told him not to apologize for doing his job right.I drove away to OReillys and checked what he told me. It ended up being exactly what he said. I replaced the part how he said.20 minutes and $12 later, I was back in line for a 5 minute wait and a passed inspection. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him praise here. He treated my $7 inspection like an $80 oil change. The other place has something to learn from Sticker Xpress.This was an inspection, but you can bet Ill be bringing my vehicles here for other services. Ill update this review when Ive done so.

I went for an oil change, brought my own oil but forgot the filter. They were already done changing the oil when the issue arose and sent an employee to buy a filter. They only charged me for the filter itself no upcharge, very kind people.

I gave the lady a $10 bill (inspection is only $7), as did everyone in the line I waited in. She took it and never gave us change, but it was kind of smart how they did it to make no one realize they were taking the extra $3 from everyone. Its really clever because they don’t have a register anywhere in sight so when u give them the money and she puts it on her clipboard and starts asking u to do all the inspection requirements, u have already forgotten about it. I just think that’s unethical, i know she didn’t forget cause it happened to everyone. I was already sketched thinking this place was a laundering scheme (no offense) because what kind of place only accepts cash AND during the pandemic? I didn’t think much of it until after when I realized she took my money...$3 isn’t a big deal, until u think of all the other people in line who also got their money taken. AND THEN I look at the way the company reps responded to people who complained on here! I can only blame myself for not looking at the reviews closer before going here.

I was looking for an inspection station and sticker xpress popped up on my google search. Reading the negative reviews I was amazed how hateful people can be. I will be honest reading the negative about this place I can say I didnt know what to expect. But I pulled up waited in line for about 20 minutes I was 4th in line by the way. The inspector asked me for insurance and $7.00 and for my vehicle info. I was asked to work my blinkers headlights and parking brake which she directed me how to do it. She checked my tires, lights, and under the hood, and gas cap. She then processed my paper work and handed me my change and the inspection paper. I did not once witness the horrible things that these negative reviews depict. This place is fast friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone to form your own opinion of a place and not based off of others I am so glad I did.

If going for inspection, bring cash and no large than a $20 bill. Quick and easy.

The lady TROOPER Tamez try to find ways to not pass you....she failed me for parking brake so I fixed came back another day and failed me again for loose tail light so I fixed that in 10 minutes... went back and she checked my tint in which I had none...then when I PASSED she handed me money back and said to go somewhere else....not to mention I gave her 20 bill at first and she gave me 3 back....she doesnt know MATH...she totally unprofessional...shes a sad lonely old lady

This lady said the same thing about my parking brake and failed my truck, and yes I did telll her about it you cannot over power a brake mechanism and if you do the result will be gas overpowering the brake ! Just that simple that B told me that I needed to educate myself lmao! I took my truck to the dealership and they said that there would be no way of doing that for a passed inspection! That she was wrong for making me do this! This what I did REPORTED HER AND ANYONE ELSE THAT HAD THIS PROBLEM SHOULD DO THE SAME THING!at Texas Department of Public Safety website in customer relations dept.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! The lady was completely unprofessional and obviously just a miserable human being. No patience at all. No thought of kindness toward customers. She got mad and handed me my money back because I wasnt exactly sure how she wanted me to operate my electronic parking break. When I said Im sorry, I havent done this before, she handed me my money and just walked off without saying a thing. Total garbage!

Business not letting people out of their cars, so lady was having you perform functions. She had me put on my parking brake & accelerate to 1000 rpm. Stella Tamez stated my parking brake didn’t hold and my inspection failed. I went to Mike Shaw Kia service Dept and told them what happened. Service techs stated that is not proper way to perform state inspections. Mike Shaw techs reinspected my car and it passed inspection. I had to pay another $7 inspection fee. I won’t be going back to this place. Beware of questionable business practices

THE LADY Was very rude both times I took my car. She even is above the DPS department, so she says. Next time we need to take our original paper ID Cards. They dot accept electronic cards from our phone. So be prepared !!! Oh and take correct change!!! Mean LADY!!!

Last week I use them they were fast efficient and vantastic.

The lady was completely rude and very unprofessional. My 80 year old dad had problems with here and she kept walking off and doing other vehicles then came and told him sorry we are closed and then walked off. There where was other cars in line. Never again they just lost all our familys business.

So apparently they are not doing Inspections on 25 Jan 2021. I drove from Southside over to this place to find out they only take cash which is posted on their signs out front which is the one good thing. I left, went to the ATM, got cash, and drove back over, just to pull up and be told “We’re not doing inspections right now” with no reason as to why or a timeframe of when they could possibly do inspections again. A sign, like the cash only sign out front, when they aren’t doing inspections would be a nice thing to have because I would not have wasted time going to an ATM just to go back and be turned away.

The lady was extremely rude and after 30 minutes of waiting in line refused to inspect my car. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

After leaving another local business that has zero COVID precautions (no mask or hand washing between vehicles) I came here. Completely touchless, professional, friendly and taking precautions for everyone’s health! Thank you!

Tried calling this morning before we went by to get an inspection but no answer twice. We get there and are told by the lady owner that THEY ARE NO LONGER DOING INSPECTIONS!! Which is not true.. since we called after we left and she answered and said YES we are doing inspections! I guess we were discriminated against this morning? Or maybe she was tired and didnt feel like doing an inspection? Either way we drove from the island because we have gone there in the past but we will not waste our time again. Sad we had this experience since we tell people to use this place. Curious to know the real reason why we were turned away?

Sticker Xpress Drive Thru Vehicle Inspections(SPID) refuses service!!Went to Sticker Xpress Drive Thru Vehicle Inspections of the inspection. Entered the facility via the Exit gate as I had past the Enter gate. Boss told employee to service because I entered via the wrong gate.

I took two other vehicles to be inspected last month and was not impressed. The good part was how quick the service was. Today i took my wifes vehicle there which I rarely drive and unfortunately I couldnt respond to the inspectors instructions.... my challenges as a combat veteran created a tense inspection as I didnt respond according to her instructions... nonetheless I was quickly given my deposit when I didnt respond to the inspectors instructions. If you struggle with hearing or vision issues, be prepared or go somewhere else. Not worth saving time to go there

Was denied an inspection due to not having my registration sticker in the windshield. This is not a Texas State requirement for inspection. Was able to go down the road and get it inspected without issue.

Worst Customer Service Ever.I pulled up to the inspection area at 10:40 am and had my insurance ready on my phone. After a few minutes, the inspection lady walked up to my window. I said hello and she said insurance. I showed her my proof of insurance on my phone and she said scroll it for the date I scrolled it and showed he which vehicle it was for. She said I need to see the date. I said sorry, I just wanted you to see it was for the correct vehicle. She then just walked inside the building. I sat in my vehicle for about ten or fifteen minutes then another vehicle pulled up behind me. I tried calling the office twice but nobody would answer. (I didnt get out of the vehicle because of the signage). After a few more minutes she walked to he vehicle behind me, had a conversation with the other driver, and the other driver drove away. She then walks to my vehicle and informs me she is closing and walks away. She provided no explanation nor gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. At no point was I rude or discourteous.

Quickly got me in and out. When our 2nd vehicle had a brake light out she gave me directions to an auto parts place (just moved here) and offered to help me change it out when I came back to get the passing inspection after the repair.

Terrible service and rude!! Would not recommend!

I have been coming to Sticker Xpress for many years now, and have gotten to know the owners pretty well, They are the most giving, kind and honest people you could ever meet. When I was out of work and needed my oil changed I took it in they did it and didnt charge me anything, said to consider it a gift for my birthday, which had past by the way. I can not say enough about Sticker Xpress but they are AWESOME!

Rude and unprofessional. Incompetent woman did not know how to check the parking brake and failed my car. Went to Minit Man on Staples and passed with no problem. She never even got in the car herself. I will be filing a complaint.

NEVER AGAIN! Had to read comments before coming for STATE INSPECTION here. They are fast, but I have spent way more time than with any other places.First time I got two followups, License plate led bulb was actually working, but out of five LEDs only two, changed same day, tried to be nice and did not mention that to inspector. So, when I came with it fixed (did not have 2nd fixed yet) same day I asked if inspector is going to mark the Light as Pass because I fixed it. The answer was: No, when you will have it all done, I will.Week later I came with the 2nd item proof and the lady asked me to pay again, mentioned that there is only one free re-inspection, although she never have done it.Save your time and go to Lubrication Station @ 1237 Waldron Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78418 ... only half a mile further.Update: Now they made a retroactive record which is PASSing the cars light bulb, and record was not on the website yesterday. The time of the record is 6/19/2020 11:44:00 AM => 00 seconds! And only 21 minute after the first attempt.LOL this guys are REAL FRAUD, making it looks like they did the second inspection. For me to change a bulb I had to drive back home (25 minutes both ways), remove the back door coverings, find a good bulb, assemble all back (at least an hour) plus read DMV web site, etc.

Horrible customer service. I have tried twice to get my car inspected here during their hours of operation. Both times they said they were closed and not doing inspections. Today when I tried to get an inspection at 230 the lady came out yelling at me for pulling in their lot. Dont waste your time coming here, rude and non professional.

Dealt with the nastiest woman Ive ever met in Corpus Christi at Sticker Xpress. From the jump, she was rude and had told us that we were free to leave due to their wait. We were confused, and she proceeded to be as rude as a business owner could be. I understand supporting local businesses, but I suggest going to Minute men on Airline.
