Last year I had some work done under my sink. Little over a month ago, I request to have the seal around the sink checked out. I kept going to Tukasa for an appointment and very time was told that it didn’t have anybody at this time and it wouldn’t have anybody available until November. This is the worst service I have received since arrived to Corpus.

Horrible service from the owner Vienna we special ordered some tile and we didn’t end up doing the project with the tile we selected from Tukasa and there was a special order that we never picked up so she said she would give us a refund but listen to this she charged a restocking fee for the tile that was already on her shelf. Our loss was about $3000.00 and she was greedy to charge a restocking fee for the tile that was already in her store on her shelf nobody had to move the tile. She had also agreed to take the unused tile and work with us on an exchange so we could reorder tile and be happy with our selection. We were good customers and purchased tile for other projects from her business. We will never shop at her store again. Very greedy business owner.

This is an amazing place to search for tile. Their options are endless. And the designers are so nice and helpful. I am buying a home in Corpus (a 1951 home) and am going to update some of the flooring (keeping original hardwood) and keeping with the vintage charm/style with the tile. You can find any style you want for your home at Tukasa Creations from vintage to French cottage country; modern farmhouse, contemporary/modern etc.

Staff was extremely helpful, coureous and knowledgeable. They also carried the type of tiles we were looking for which werent at the name brand hardware/tile stores. Highly recommend them!!!

Great selection for floors and tiles you would expect to find in larger cities. Store is much bigger inside than it looks from outside. I have bought bath floor tiles, laminate flooring, and kitchen tile from Tukasa. Great prices too!

Terrible service and knowledge. Described what my flooring situation was and sold a product with basic installation instructions. Turns out those instructions were not even possible with the product. I asked for installation assistance (which I was willing to pay for), and my calls were never returned. The store manager was scheduled to come to my house twice but didnt show up and didnt call. Terrible business

We had a great experience here. They made us a very solid deal on a tile medallion for our new home.

Stopped in o n a whim needing help with two baths and a kitchen remodel. Expected a confusing hassel. but happily surprised to be having estimate on Wednesday. Nice place, beautiful products and friendly people. Im very optimistic.

Horrible service. Tukasa failed to keep their scheduled appointment with my tenants and tu casa didnt have the courtesy to contact me or my tenants. When I called to get the measurements they said they couldnt retrieve them because the salesman was out of the office. Horrible service, save your time and money by shopping somewhere else.
