They only have one worker at the front but theyre typically pretty fast. Way better than dunkin donuts and their strawberry frosted donuts are amazing!

Hadnt been in a while. Got there a bit later after lunch. Good thing they still had some of my favorites. They are so good no matter what you decide on or select from whats left. Need to go early to get what you want.

As always, my husband chose this location, simply because closer to home. However, I will NO LONGER go to this location. Very rude staff several times, though not always when I had been there, but quality of donuts is terrible. No filling.....literally dime size OR LESS in each filled donut. Also, never have cake donuts, which are the only kind I like.....so lucked out AGAIN on this visit.. today though, staff was pleasant.

Place always has pretty good food so no complaints there. I do have an issue with the service I received today from the young woman working the drive thru this morning at 7:56am. I’ve had other instances with her being rude and giving unnecessary attitude. I’m happy and in a good mood when I get there and am always polite as I work in the service industry as well and I know what it’s like sometimes. She really needs to watch the attitude and way she comes off or I’ll just call and complain next time because I’m tired of it.

Amazing donuts but a bit disappointed that they stopped serving coffee at this point in the day. Its not even 1 pm... The business is literally donuts and coffee and no coffee from the business hours of 12:30-6?? Ugh.

The kolaches werent made the greatest. Were from South Houston and the kolaches are made with alot more quality. The staff seemed like they were in a rush the whole time. Definitely made me miss our Shipleys at home.

Certainly a top place in the area. Staff treated us so nice. The place has a great feel to it.

The food is always great bur the service kinda sux. The girl will make you wait if you have a kid and then take the guy getting donuts for his office first. Smh. I thought i was here first, patiently waiting.

The coffee is great and so was the doughnut I ate but the Kolachi, blugh. I do not recommend them. The Shipleys on Saratoga makes the Kolachis really well. This one on Staples, not so much.
