Got some stuff online it said I would be able to pick up curbside. I get here call them & they tell me they don’t do curbside orders. It’s very inconvenient specially when I wasn’t planning on getting off my car! They should perhaps update everything online & make sure it doesn’t let customers use that feature since its not available! Very frustrating!

This was my first time in this store and Bianca went out of her way. She really helped me and gave me advice and very friendly. I love the balm she recommended me to take off my makeup. She was very helpful.

The store was not easy to find using the malls map. It did not say anything about it having an entrance outdoors.The product offerings were good, but there were a large number of out of stock staple products.Employees were friendly and helpful.

Went through drive-through, Pay with my debit card they asked me if I wanted to give a tip and I said no, Realize later they had charged me $14 for tip I just dont think thats right didnt call back or complain, I know for next time ..good food great service..

Always a must go to for special make up finds. This location inside the mall was clean, stocked and had a very friendly and informative Sales Associates.

Though it was extremely packed with customers, there were plenty of representatives to help and the line to checkout ran very smoothly. I was a bit sad at the amount of testers but that can be understood during COVID times. Thankfully a very handsome man helped me find the perfect foundation and primer. I am grateful to you!

Whenever I tag along with my wife the place is always dirty and disorganized. The Ultas Ive visited in San Antonio are always much cleaner and more organized. Step it up Corpus.Update:1/15/2020Messiest Ive ever seen the place. The power cords for the shelf lighting in the aisles are a pretty big trip hazard. Lights on the shelves dont even work. Lowering review to one star till they get the place cleaned up. Sadly my wife and I will be back as theyre the only source for some of the cosmetics she uses. Ulta corporate this place is pretty gross. Send a rep down here asap to get the place cleaned up.

Went to return or exchange some items and ended having to pay again.I asked the cashier why my bill was more after returning items and she replied, you did not have enough credit on the items you returned,I then asked how much credit I received and how much was a certain item and she said it was regular price and it had a 4.50 price but was ringing up 9.00. Im thinking the same item I bought days before probablyr rang up $ 9.00 instead of the $4.50 price I should have paid. I did not get my regular reciept that had what I had paid before, unless I can go into my account and see. Always ck your reciept and make sure you are being charged the right prices. I did have to tell her there was a sale price tag on the shelf by the item,she then went to ck.

I made an online order and paid for expedited shipping and this is the second time my order doesnt arrive on time. So I email customer service asking where my order is that I dont understand why you offer 2 day shipping if youre not going to honor it and all they did was told me to wait the 8 days for standard shipping and refund me the money I paid for expedited shipping. Which is not what I wanted i paid for expedited shipping for a reason I wanted to get my order earlier this week but now I have to wait until it shows up whenever that may be. 😡

They have a good selection and most ladies were very helpful. But one woman specifically called me sweetheart multiple times. She did not, however, refer to the older customers as such. I wouldve assumed that every woman hates this degrading term while in a retail business, but I guess not.

Sent my husband to pick up my order and they would not give it to him, even though I listed him as a pickup person. They quickly apologized and corrected the problem, even giving me a free goodie bag to make up for it. Its important to feel valued as a customer and they did just that 💟

Super clean bathroom. Lots to choose from. Theyre offering hand sanitizer at the door and ask that you wear masks but not required.

I love the Ulta store in Corpus Christi, Texas. Its always clean and the employees are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Thats why I will always go to Ulta beauty store to buy my makeup because the service is excellent and they always Supply you with all kinds of makeup at different price ranges.

I love the great variety of products here but the employees arent as attentive as they once were so youre left to look on your own. I also dont like the fact that the samples arent available to test on your finger anymore although I realize this is a personal belief.

Look for your products online and order them, their back stock was sold out ! Waste of time .....

I was at the store on Saturday excited to pick up the new Emily Edit pallets by Makeup Revolution. The website said they had them in stock but the store had not received the pallets so I was very disappointed. The other thing that bothered me even more was a visit to the ladies restroom. It was so hideous. I cant believe how dirty it was and mind you, I was there at 10:00 a.m. right after they opened the store. I made a comment to a store clerk nearby and I was told that they clean it everyday, but that cannot be true. That toilet bowl looked like it had not been cleaned in months. It was totally disgusting. I think customers deserve more than that Ulta.

Lots of people go there because its the only ULTA in town.

I had an appointment, but had to wait for the stylist to talk to her coworkers. Then I showed her a picture and she cut it shorter and really not close to the picture. I wanted a professional, thats why I paid more for the haircut. I had several extra hairs that needed to be cut, I did it myself. I will have to look elsewhere for a hair stylist once my hair grows out. I wont be back.

These girls are very uneducated about how to help customers find their color. Ive tried to determine mine with a foundation brand and a lipstick and all she said was thats a popular one Thank goodness Im able to return a product Ive tried at home or Id be wasting a lot of money. I love this store but please stop wasting my time (and your product) by me having to return stuff.Better helpful employees would make this store even more fun to shop at.

I go here mainly for hair products. Today I was looking for an exclusive palette, and they only had a display with 5. All 5 long gone. Never fails. Hair products I wanted, all gone too. Checking out, they offer me their credit card again. Interest charged is over 20%, no thanks.

Today when I went to pay for my makeup the employee was scanning my products I put a gift card and money next to the register she picked up the cash and I said could you use the giftcard first that way I don’t have just a tiny bit left on the card and I can actually get change back she responded very rudely and told me the they have to take the cash first... which I know for a fact it is not true I thought it was just very disrespectful ...giving me back my change on the card is just way to get me back in their store just so I can use that little amount

I scheduled an appointment, two weeks out, for Tammi; it was then transferred as she was sick to Carissa M. who was AWESOME. She was super busy already, but totally went the extra mile to help out. She did an amazing job matching my desired hair style/cut, without pushing high-end products on me. Also, she did something strange--she dried my hair BEFORE cutting my bangs which was the best idea as it prevents oddly short bangs once dried. All around, love it, loved her, will be back.

A very sweet girl named Lexi helped me out on the phone about a makeup pallet i bought a while back. They were very understanding & patient! :)

I got my hair cut in the salon this past Thursday by Megan, and it was one of the best Ive ever received. She was so happy and friendly and did an amazing job. I will definitely be going back to her and recommending her to anyone I can!

Ulta is my favorite place to purchase makeup, beauty supplies, etc. But I feel like this store is always having to tell me to come back on Thursday (when their order comes in) for products that I have been waiting to see for months now. I have ordered some items online now because I just expect for them never to arrive to the Corpus store. Sad because overall Ulta is an awesome place, just not in Corpus. Its disappointing to try on the presented samples when I cant actually get the product the same day, or ever really.

If you are thinking about trying a new salon go see Megan! Not long before my wedding I used a temporary color on my hair for Halloween....talk about a nightmare! Megan did such a great job correcting the color & gave me a fantastic cut. She is very kind, no drama & really cares about getting you the look you want.

I visited the La Palmera ULTA Friday, I was looking to replace the makeup I have been using for something more natural looking. I have some scarring around my eyebrow and wanted to cover this up without looking like I had a TON of makeup on. I have seen commercials and online ads about Dermablend makeup and had previously bought some back in August at this same location, well back in August when I asked an associate for assistance with that particular cosmetic line the person had no familiarity with the products, so I found something on my own...well coming back to get more last night and I Find myself in the same situation, the associate could show me where they displayed the Dermablend cosmetics but had no expertise on any of the products.Well as I am asking questions I am rudely disregarded as the associate kept listening to whatever was going on to the other of her darn headset and payed no attention to my inquiries and was hardly interested in anything I had to say or ask. Whatever was going on in that headset of hers was far more interesting than anything I had to say. I easily spend $200-$300 when I am at this store and expect to be acknowledged or at least get a little bit of assistance. I understand sometimes multi-tasking is a quality necessary for this kind of work but at least acknowledge the person right in front of you asking for your assistance.I was really disappointed with the whole experience and decided just to leave my items on the counter and walk out, they definitely had something else going on and maybe my $200 just wasn’t worth their time.My suggestion is if you have on a headset prioritize your tasks at hand but NEVER IGNORE THE CUSTOMER!!

Why is this ulta so dirty and unorganized. Everytime I come there is makeup just thrown on shelves and electrical wires exposed along the morphe sections. It does not look clean and sleek like the ones in the Austin and san Marcos areas. Use the speakers and play music too.This ulta needs to work harder cause this is just pure laziness.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We tested a lot of makeup before making our decisions and everyone kept checking to see of we had any questions. The checkout line was long, but the cashiers kept the line moving quickly.

I have been going to The Ulta in Corpus Christi. I went last month and the technician cut my hair so badly the manager suggested I let it grow out for a month so they could fix it. Went back yesterday and the salon mgr cut it. Again the right side of my head is at least an inch shorter than the left!!! OMG. I was so mad when she finished I couldn’t speak and she just kept saying it will grow out. I will only be back there to see if anyone there can correct this mess. I’m on a retired income and can’t afford to go pay someone else to fix what they created.

I have always enjoyed Ulta and have been a rewards member for 7 years. However, this location in CC really disappointed me. I also use the Shopkick app, which has a number of items you can get points for in Ulta. One day I went in to purchase some hair products and decided to go ahead and get my shopkick scans. Security followed myself and my family around, being very obvious and rude. I would shop there more if every time I went in, I wasn’t made to feel like I didn’t belong.

Haven’t had a bad experience here yet, but I came in after work and to ask for a specific fragrance that was said to be in stock. Not only did I get laughed at, pretty much got called incompetent. Professional? No. Back to Sephora.

I made a last minute consultation over the phone. I was anxious about going because the lady on the phone quoted me $130 + when I went in Bianca took me to her chair and talked to me about what brought me in and went over my options with me! She was so sweet and spot on with coloring my hair! I am new to the corpus area and would definitely recommend her to anyone! The best experience ever!

Used to love Ulta but their staff is so unfriendly and unwelcoming. I understand it gets tough working this time of year but don’t be rude to someone who is being polite to you.

Good Friday deals were good. The line was going pretty fast! Employee were friendly and helpful.

Stock, organization, general cleanliness was really rough for an Ulta store. Like also took a very long time, but it was pre time being on a Saturday.

No help from anyone at all. Trying to help my daughter find the right shade of foundation, and no help. Seemed like everyone was busy, or acting like they were to busy to help. Staff not very friendly at all would just look at you, and turn away, and keep moving things around on the shelves.

COULD YOU PLEASE KEEP MORE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT? I love Ulta but this one always seems to be short staffed and there is always a line wrapped around waiting to check out. Now I go in and find my shade and order online.

I have gone in this store 6 times to purchase a popular Kenra Hot Styling Spray....still out of stock. I went to the Manager and she said we just have to take what is sent to us on the truck! I explained that the UPC tag is on the shelf and have requested they order it for over 2 months. STILL NOTHING!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE.
