LABOR DAY- I went in and got what i needed it was busy but everything was smooth in the store. The worker i believe her name is Randy she did an amazing job with helping out and checking out. I love this store and Randy never disappoints.

I am extremely disappointed and let down in the customer service the manager gave at the Calallen location and with the production quality. I ordered multiple shirts that were poorly produced and this business is not willing to replace them even though the image I ordered is very different than what I received. I have reached out to the owner via fb messenger as I have been told she is not around the stores at the moment but she handles the company Facebook pages and reads the messages sent there. I have not received any response to the messages sent 7 days ago that showed read immediately upon receipt. (Their little profile pic moved to read within a minute or two minute of sending.)This owner SAYS that she appreciates her customers and is proud to be locally owned and operated, but does not show it based on my experiences with her business/employees.I understand the no refunds/exchanges policy if the item was something I produced and ruined on my own or ruined some materials I purchased to make my own shirts. However, when they made my FIVE shirts and did not produce the images as they are shown online and in their store computers, they should take responsibility for the inaccuracy and replace the shirts with a corrected image or a new design. I am not asking for a refund, I simply want what I paid my hard earned money for. Had I been notified after the first one was produced, I would have gladly chosen another design for the shirts, but I was never made aware of this design flaw.I ordered five nursing hat designs on their store brand shirts and one design to press onto a shirt myself totaling right over $70. Each design is missing details on half of the image and looks like dried baby vomit running down the shirt.I feel that this company has been given adequate timing to respond to me as I requested in my message before posting this review. If this business corrects their production mistake, I will happily update this review and rating.
