They are very unprofessional. Your medication are talked about amongst employees and their market managers just give them a slap on the hand. They had my medicines aSitting on their counter. And they are rude. Dont even bother BC they protect their own. Joking about someones medicines and making assumptions is not their jobs or business but they make it their business. I give you a zero if I could on here.

Never using this pharmacy again. We have never been able to pick up a refill the same day is requested. The pharmacy must be severely understaffed or utterly mismanaged. I do not understand why it takes days to count 30 pills, put them in a little bottle and slap a label on it. Of course, I am not the only customer this pharmacy has, but if they (pharmacy management) see this as an ongoing problem something should have been done about it long time ago. I am doing something about it and that is never giving this pharmacy my business again.

I advise you to avoid this location if using their drive up service. It took 30 minutes and multiple calls to the main store line before a manager had to physically come outside to help me get ahold of the pharmacy to assist me. They said the pharmacist was in the bathroom so they couldn’t help anyone, which included not answering calls. While the manager Gloria who is not associated with the pharmacy was very polite and apologetic she is unfortunately not representative of the pharmacy. The main store will absolutely retain my business because of her excellent customer service but the same cannot be said for the pharmacy

I went to the drive thru to pick up some prescriptions which was not ready I also need a bottle of insulin the girl told me I have to get inside to get the insulin. So I drove around the building to the opposite side, went inside to find the pharmacy closed up got a hand signal that they were closed from people inside. How come there closed at 7:03 pm? Outside they have memo that they closed 8:30. Thanks for your friendly but worthless advice pharmacy girl.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. First of all they told me that they only kept 30 pills in stock of the prescription that I had which was for 60. But because of this little discretion they never called me to tell me oh by the way we didnt fill the prescription because the prescription was for 60 and we only have 30 they just didnt fill it I had to go to the pharmacy and talke to several different people before somebody finally told me oh we have 30 we can give you 30. So they change the prescription to 6 refills at 30 instead of 3 at 60. Okay thats more of a pain to have to go over there more often but whatever, as long as I get the pills. Both times Ive tried to refill this the automated system tells me itll be ready the next day I wait at least 1 day after the automated system tells me itll be ready before I call them and ask them if its ready and every single time they tell me no we couldnt fill it because we didnt have any in stock. So you change my prescription to 30 because you only ever keep 30 in stock but everytime I try to get it refilled you never have any in stock?! So the last time I called and they said oh yes we ordered them they came in today This was two days after I called to get the refill done. Yes they came in this morning I can have it ready for you by 4 p.m. Awesome thats good.. I get over there the guy at the register tells me they didnt fill my prescription because they didnt have it in stock so I told him no I spoke to somebody today who told me that it would be ready by 4 pm so he goes off to figure out whats going on he comes back nobody knows what youre talking about. I told him go find out because I spoke to a woman today. Turns out I spoke to the pharmacist when I called. She comes over and says we got the pills Ill fill the prescription right now. This is already pushing 5:30 at this time. I stood around that Pharmacy till 7pm before they finally had it fille!!! First it was we have to fill the prescription, then the pharmacist has to check it. As I was walking away from the pharmacy I open the bottle to look at the pills (because every time we get a refill from there the pills look different because they order from different companies every time) and the bottle was SEALED (see picture) . What in the hell was she checking for 2 hours?!

Dont try to get to get the correct pills here if that quack at the institute of precision pain management Dr. Liu or his staff calls them in. He is a liar and doesnt care what he says as long as you allow him to get away with it. When you complain, he will drop you as a patient.. yes Walmart Pharmacy is great ...Dr.Liu he and his staff at the institute of precision pain management, they arent so stay away.

The customer service at this location is very very poor. The employees here are arrogant, ignorant and flat out beyond rude. They will call you and say your prescription is ready and once youre there it turns out it wont be in stock for another week. They never keep your insurance in file and give you a hard time on verifying insurance. The standard operating procedures of this location need to be reevaluated and rewritten and the employees need to be properly trained on how to communicate with patients/customers. Attitude should not be expressed when the patient/customer express frustration and has an opinion.

Been a customer for nearly a year after a move to the area. I have tried to be patient, understanding and even plan way ahead for the incompetance that we have experienced at this pharmacy. Ive called in ahead to have prescriptions filled and signed up for text notifications, to arrive to a huge line that takes 20 - 30 minutes to get through, to just be told that my prescription is not only not ready but will have to be ordered. Should be a few days. Ok, understandable, this time. But time after time of telling me it will be ready tomorrow after 1 then drive to get it ( did I mention that I live 35 miles from the store?) and they tell me that it isnt ready and it that it must now be ordered. Didnt you get a text notification and if not I should sign up for them! I tell them I signed up months ago. Ive never ever gotten one! I gave them one more chance, after the pharmacist got on the phone with me and she apologized profusely for the problem. Ive asked them why dont you just order more so you dont run out quickly? Makes sense right?The answer was we dont have it on auto order My only conclusion is that this Walmart pharmacy is the most terribly managed pharmacy I have ever been to, and you can count on them to be consistent about that anyway! Even while standing in line many times Ive listened to the many, many unhappy and angry customers so it is not just my experience. Ive finally transferred all prescriptions to another pharmacy. Im sure they will lose customers daily until they get better management and more than 1 register. Wonder if I can give no stars... I highly recommend trying a different pharmacy, even if its further away. Otherwise, you may need more medication for high blood pressure and anxiety.

Ive had my prescription shorted two months in a row. Last month they only gave me 27 of my 30 tablets. This month they only gave me 20 of my 30 tablets and only notices when I got home yesterday evening and got ready to take it before bed. I spoke with someone on the phone last night and he said that they would complete the prescription today but when my wife went to pick them up she was told by the pharmacist that Someone had changed my quantity from 30 to 20 but couldnt see who did it. Im on call 24/7 and Im out of town most of the time so this kinda BS just doesnt work for me or my family. Something seems really fishy at the Calallen Walmart Pharmacy and we will be filling our prescriptions at CVS from now on!

This place is a joke! Dropped off what i needed on a friday at 12 noon. Was told it would be ready in a couple of hours. Told the lady that they could take thier time i would return to get them on saturday. I came in saturday morning and was told they were not ready. They said sorry but they were short handed and back up. They asked me to come back in a couple of hours. I stayed calm and returned later as i was asked to. Now i get told that they dont have my pills and they wont have them till monday. Now im pissed. I started getting kind of upset with them and at this point they are trying to close the windows for lunch. I told them that i wanted my note back from the doctor so i can go some where else. They check the computer again and said they will have them ready at three. I dont get it. But i told her are you sure.she shakes my hand and said yes i promise we will have them at three. Im now sitting here waiting for them to reopen. I hope they have them. I need to get my boold pressure down and they are only making it worst. Wish me luck has i sit at the window and wait
