Placing an order was simple and easy online. The day of pick up I called to see if it was ready earlier since I wanted to pick it up on the way home from work and I got out of work early. The cake was ready 3 hours earlier than the time I was scheduled to pick it up. Very happy with that! This cake is the Oreo Delight Cream Ice Cream cake. It was very delicious. Thank you

The location is rough to get too especially during high traffic areas but the service and selection was great.

It was night and day different from the last time I was here just a couple of weeks ago. Last time the tables and the restroom were all roped off. We had to go to the gas station to use the restroom, even though we bought ice cream there. I was very happy to see it opened up for full usage.

Lots of ice cream choices, and a nice interior. Its a small place tucked into a strip mall, but the icecream was great and prices werent bad.

Really digging the remodel they did. Hate that the seating arrangements and beauty of it are just taped off with caution tape, but it is what it is.The restroom was closed and cautioned off. The layout is a lot more open because they pushed the counters back.My kids really dug the newer mermaid, monsters and slime themes for ice cream. I loved the slime lime flavor of the month. And as always, I come back for the Daiquiri ice flavor, and sprinkled waffle cones been eating them since I was younger.I will post some pics. Thanks guys! Cant wait to try some more fancier looking treats in the new case by the register. They had chocolate dipped bananas, etc. Niceee.

Havent been here in years until their renovation. Love their selections and the new fruit bars. Daiquiri Ice is still a favorite. They also have vegan options.

These people got attitude. I understand were in a pandemic but 7 people in at a time and your rude about it. I mean kindness goes a long way. Then on top of that your gonna get people to change their mind on what they ordered .

That made me a beautiful cake. Best cake I have bought in years. I got the same kind of birthday cake last month that I used to get as a kid, and it tasted so good I ordered a second one just for the fun of it with a photo printed on top. Really really happy with the way it turned out.

Love the fact that there are 2 options of non-dairy ice cream! Coffee caramel swirl is delicious, chocolate chip cookie dough is pretty good. Friendly service. Delicious ice cream & good selection of flavors. Only drawback is price. $14 was kind of a shock. 2 kids had 2 kid-size scoops & 1 regular size scoop (1 in waffle cone cup, 2 plain cups).

Was honestly disappointed in my experience here. I asked for a few ice creams to try and the server didnt have any gloves on using his bare hands to get the ice cream. Then we chose a flavor and he still didnt use any gloves. He misheard me for the flavor I asked and started to scoop the wrong flavor, he then realized he misheard me and scooped the correct flavor with the same scooper. That is cross contamination... Its quite a shame...

First time wed ever been to this Baskin-Robbins and it is well kept, clean and the staff is very friendly. I like that you can taste test the ice cream before you buy it. I would highly recommend this place if you want ice cream

The prices here and the unenthusiastic attitude the guy had in serving us is why it gets four stars. Overall tho, I love it here. I’m okay with the 10 pounds of fat ice put on due to coming here frequently. Lol.

Somewhat disappointed. The chocolate ice cream was good, but theyve changed the chocolate chip so that now its more like lots of oreo cookies mixed in with the vanilla ice cream. They also changed their sugar cones.

I had a large waffle cone with pistachio and pralines & cream ice cream scoops. My waffle cone collapsed before I had a chance to finish my ice cream. It was very delicious thou!!

The ice cream is good but theyre not so friendly. I try to come here whenever Im in town and customer service is always the same. Its pricey too. I ordered a kids cone and asked for sprinkles, they said, we dont do that here ok. It seems the bigger sizes can get toppings and thats ridiculous. Youre already paying extra for them.

If i could rate this place lower I wouldFirst let me say they completely rip you off I paid 6 dollars for one scoop of ice cream with peanut butter sauce that us equivalent to me going to the store and buying two gallons worth of ice cream for same amount.Also the seating there wasnt any and if there was you were blocked by the line and th3 tables were dirty we ended up having to sit outside on a bench. The wait to actually get ice cream was around 25 minutes which was ridiculous. I will never recommend this place and I sure as hell will not be going back .

I asked for a simple request of a pie. Both people look at me and tell me they “are not qualified to make it. Only the owner is able to do that.” Seriously said that. I asked them to call the owner, as they did, and he would not come to make it or tell them how. So if you want something that is on the menu call ahead with a 24 hr notice. Smh. Not coming here again.

The ice cream was very good but when my family and i tried to sit down in the lobby it was so dirty we couldnt sit anywhere. Trash everywhere and the floor was also very dirty. Clean up and we will come back

The employee had a cut on her hand that seem to be infected and was wearing no gloves also when they were not helping any customers they leaned on their hands up against the counter and never washed their hands thats a health issue I will not go into Baskin-Robbins again I went out of my way Dairy Queen

Pretty run-of-the-mill. Ice cream is what you expect, service ranges from good to fair. If youve been to a Baskin before this youve been to this one too. Tables are pretty dirty though.

Ok it is purely disgusting...lol HOW MUCH I LOVE BASKIN ROBBINS ICECREAM!!! OMG, talk about a kid in a candy store. Well this is my experience with the flavors of ice cream. Not to mention the cakes, drinks and combinations of how you can have your icecream served. Now, on the downside of things they employee young people or mostly high school students. Who do not often greet you cheerfully, they dont engage in providing customer service. And the tables often lack cleanliness... but the icecream itself is delicious.

Staff is friendly and helpful, employees didnt give me a look from all the sampling i was doing haha. But of course the ice cream is very good. Place is sorta small. Tables were full when i got there and perfect timing as soon as I paid for my ice cream a couple had left and a table was available.

My husband and I both have service dogs. Each time we come the staff just has terrible attitudes and are completely rude. We go because the ice cream is good but idk how long we can keep coming here if we are going to be continued to be treated this way.

I went there yesterday for a banana split! Im pregnant and have been craving a good ol banana split! We werent greeted! The guy that helped me really looked like he didnt want to be there. I felt rushed! Theres so many choices that I would have like to ask about or sample, but I felt like I was wasting his time. I used to work at haagen dazs for 5 years. We didnt have as many flavors as BR, but we always had to make sure to offer a sample and inform the customer about our ice creams. Quickly, the ice cream was delicious, therefore I would go again. Please consider hiring cheerful cashiers.

Terrible services. I came there with my girlfriend when there are two of their staff standing at the counter gossiping without even look at us or greeting. They kept doing that until we had to ask for attention. The lady served us name Katlyn with an extremely rude attitude and just wanted to kick us out of the shop as quick as possible. She didnt even ask us for any toppings on our ice cream, as soon as she took the ice cream she brought it to the cashier and checked out for us. Never come back here no matter how good their ice cream is, but with this way of treating their customers.

Clean store. Quality ice cream. Friendly staff. Hand sanitizer was available to staff and customers and we saw the staff use it! There was also a sitting area to enjoy your treats.
