During my wonderful 7 day cruise I soon realized that some of the photos I had taken during my trip were corrupted. After returning I contacted Coltarus regarding the issue and soon Julius was working hard to reconstruct the files. I always thought that my MacBook Air was incapable of getting a virus until files, that appeared to be Excel files, started to randomly pop up on my desktop. I couldn’t open them, move them or delete them. When I contacted Coltarus about the issue I was informed that all the strange files were being created by a virus. They informed me that this virus will very quickly eat up my hard drive and if it wasn’t stopped my hard drive would crash. Julius from Coltarus was able to instruct me on how to get rid of the virus and within 30 minuets of running the fix my MacBook Air was virus free. I am so glad that I contacted Coltarus about my issue. They knew exactly what my issue was without me going into an in-depth explanation, therefore saving me a lot of time!
