Amanda at Metro by T-mobile was absolutely fantastic at helping us out with getting anew phone and restoring all data from my previous phone that was stolen. Definitely a 5 star rating for her customer service and help!

The first time I have been to this store and the customer service was excellent! August was very helpful in giving phone information and helping my sister and I find the right phone for her. August set up the phone for her and put the screen protector on. He was her courteous and professional. Definitely a store to come to for excellent customer service!

This metro was very professional. Both workers Amanda and August were very helpful hooked us up with free phones and cases and got 1 iPhone 6s and the 2nd free and a case they got us on a great family plan, great customer service. This metro by T-Mobile I would recommend to everybody.. came out with 4 phones an 4 cases. For a great price and I was only in the store for about 10 minutes fast service.best metro customer service sales associates in town.

This store is probably one of the best and cleanest stores that Ive been in. The representative August is one of a kind. He went above and beyond on helping and providing our needs with our phones and cause of it I went ahead and purchased a new phone. He was so courteous and helpful and taken the time to educating me with my new phone. I would highly recommend coming to this store. Thanks for all you do.

For metro on Staples/Williams.AWESOME. Hands down the best experience ever. Victoria was so helpful and knowledgeable answered all my questions and then some...not pushy. Meesha was awesome too. Showed me her own phone and smartwatch and demonstrated how they worked when I was asking about a particular phone and she owned it. These girls have by far exceeded my expectations. I have been to a couple of other locations and staff isnt helpful at all. If you need a phone and are not sure of what to get or have any questions at all about metro services and accessories...go see them. Thanks again Victoria and Meesha for being so helpful and polite; it was great doing business with you both. I will return to this store as long as these two are there.

Well.... A new employee put a screen protector replacment on my phone the wrong way and with my proof of purchase and patients they gave me a new one.... The new one developed an air pocket shortly thereafter and August squished it out for me. Hard work but hopefully done.

My son got a free iPhone with his paid plan. He was so excited not to have payments and just pay for his monthly service. Plus free Netflix and Amazon prime for a month. I just hope the service is better then att prepaid their phones are the worst...
