After visting this office. Dr claimed my husband hearing just fine. Knowingthat hes a combat veteran with a busted ear drum on his right and lost of some hearing on the on left. And talks super loud along with the television and music. Drives me insane. Now this almost a year ago. Finally another referral to the same Dr and we frought for a different Audiologist and behold this Dr found lost of hearing on both ears and got to order a hearing aide for the left ear. So as far for this office on Airline needs to be reported.

Very excellent and professionalService

When I called to their office, I explained clearly that the the hearing test is required for VAs office and application for disability. I asked if they accept our insurance, and they did. The results of the test were politely and clearly explained. When I asked to give a copy of it, I was explained they charge $86 for it. To get it free I had to go back to VA clinic where I was a day before to have them fax a request. At the hearing center they didt have a sample of the request, so it took them some time to figure it out. I give one star to this office because I was not given full information about the way they release information. If I would have known how much time and driving it would take to get this one page test (or paying $86 for the test to be released to me) I would never go to this hearing center. Id recommend to everybody who chooses to have tested at the center to get more details about the way they run the business. I forgot to mention that the progress report requested from the VA clinic wasnt faxed, only one page of test (screening). We are not returning to this clinic to get a hearing aid even we were planing to.

The employees are so nice and genuinely care about their patients! I would recommend to anyone!

It was a wonderful experience

The only reason i gave one star is that the only choice for me they are mince lot of star,, just came to there office and ask the lady to confirm the appointment for Richard Conoly on 7/9/18 at 9 Am, she looked the computer ask me to spell the last name and when she founded, she was very unprofessionally, unkind, not friendly, and really mean and told me she can’t confirm it for me, he have to be here i told here he is 83 y, cant hear or walk good and on oxygen 24/7, and I am driving him and have to go to my doctors too but she meanly refused to confirm the appointment, I called Com called hear again at Alameda st, and they was very kind and understandable and confirm an appointment for me in their place there for i canceled this appointment.
