Good ice cream. 👍 The person that served me was nice, she helped me figure out what to get since it was my first time. 10/10, would visit again.

I just want to say thank you to the 2 young gentlemen and young lady working this evening. They are very understaffed and have been working tirelessly for hours now. Its unfortunate to see hard workers like this struggling to assist the amount of customers that were coming in, but they showed determination to assist regardless. Hope they hire more workers to take some of the workload off. You guys rock, stay awesome!

I ordered the ice cream pizza cake for my 8 yr olds birthday. I spoke to owner that the cake was horrible. It was decorated like if a toddler did it. Nothing like they advertise. Not once did she offer to fix it. So I just tossed the cake and bought from another vendor. They lost a weekly customer. I will never visit them again. FYI the pictures speak for them selves. **Update. No thanks to response from owner.

We went to get some yummy ice cream,they had three employees working but only two were serving customers. We waited 45 mins or longer to get served and several couples left because service was so slow😏

We always get great customer service when we get ice cream here, they had no problems giving us samples when we were trying to determine what we were going to order. The employees help you in a timely manner. The location is always clean.

I love marble slab and visit all the locations in cc but I will no longer visit this location. I live close by and would rather drive to another location to have a better experience. Staff is always rude.. as if they hate their jobs and don’t care to be there. I wish the business the best.

Love this place but really upsetting that they don’t enforce the mask wearing. They have a sign but they don’t say anything. I believe the manager was there too and didn’t say anything. We’re still in a pandemic.

The first thing I noticed was the trash can outside their door was mounded with ice cream cups and overflowing onto the ground. The servers were all polite enough, but the older woman working there and helping us at the register was rude...short and a bit condescending when talking about the rewards program. I’ll not be going back to this location.

This is my favorite location. They always have a good variety of flavors, and they are polite and quick. If there’s ever too much spilling out when I get a pint or quart they put the extra in a cup for me to eat instead of throwing it away— that’s very nice!

Horrible service. My husband and I were standing there in front of three employees who were talking while one poor employee was working with another customer. When the three finished talking the two who were in front of us finally asked us what we would like. I gave my order, and both gave each other a look like they were disgusted by what I ordered. Then both employees kept giving us attitude. We will never give this Marble Slab a chance again, I felt so off put...it put a sour tone on our night out.Btw I worked six years in the food server industry, and my husband seven years in retail. We are patient people,and give workers benefit of the doubt. But this situation was way too off putting, and just plain rude.

Ice cream was good, but it is hard to mess up a cone... we went on a Monday night, three teen girls and one boy working, which was great, until one girls two friends came in after us. They were helped before me, they were loud, the girl helping me even apologized for the behavior... when it came time for a tip - $0.

My wife ordered an Oreo waffle cup, and I had the original Sunday. It was close to closing time, however the team members didnt act like it. They took their time with customers and were as nice as they probably were when they started their shifts.

My wife is indecisive sometimes. She was just going to get plain ice cream. I told her thats now why you go to these places. Rather we go to these places to put stuff in. She wanted plain coffee ice cream. Server was really kind and able to make a great topping suggestion that she loved. Thank you!

One star is too nice for this location. We had absolutely terrible service in the store, we were overcharged and served 2 scoops in a tiny cup that was exactly the same size as someone else in our group that ordered 1 scoop. This is not my first experience getting ice cream, I know what 2 scoops looks like and this wasnt it. The reps behind the counter were rude and short so we left and called and spoke to the owner. She was terribly rude and asked us to send pictures as proof. She admitted they overcharged us but was still rude, offered no apologies or try to turn around our poor experience. Going for ice-cream should be a treat and a fun experience. This place just made it terrible. I would not recommend going here unless you want rude attitude poor service and to be overcharged. I love writing positive reviews and really dont like spreading negativity but I really feel like I should try to save someone a bad experience.

MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! They don’t even deserve a star! I had ordered a cake and when I went to pick it up they had given me the excuse that they had lost it! Really? Really? Lost it? What a joke and then they had the nerve to tell me when can make it with another cake really quick. The cake ended up looking horrible! What a huge disappointment! Take your money else where people! Please!

Super friendly staff!!! Best to go during the morning hours because it gets packed after dinner. Flavors and cakes are the best in town, plus you can request flavors and they will have them within the week!

My family and I received excellent service yesterday afternoon!We were helped by Megan who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were very pleased and will definitely be back!!

They had nothing but new trainees on duty. I dont mind it taking some time to mix the flavors, however these people moved so slow you would think they were the sloths from Zootopia. On top of that they were not washing the work area in between orders and not one of them were wearing gloves. And they rinsed the utensils with the same cold dirty water. They need better management if they are gonna have that many new people working at one time. We were not the only unhappy customers.

Peppy, friendly staff. It wasnt too busy when I came in. A total of 4 employees came up and tried to serve me. Fast service, delicious ice cream.

Good ice cream. Horrible service, it was so slow and unfriendly, that after it took 15 minutes for me and my daughter to be served my husband didnt even bother getting anything since he figured it would take another 15 mins.... Did I mention the 3rd staff member working was sent to wash dishes instead of helping us? The girl that helped us was training and her trainer was too busy leaning against the counter to help....

I was not greeted when i walked in. I stood at the register for 3 to 5 minutes, i was still NOT greeted or told that she wpuld be with me shortly. Who ever the manager is here, they need to staff accordingly. There was only one girl working which was not friendly and they lost out on my sell which I wanted to buy $100 worth of gift cards

One star is OVERLY GENEROUS for this place. The marble slab on alameda by heb is WAY BETTER!!! I only stop at this marble slab if I happen to go to chipotle. I won’t make this mistake anymore. Every stop has been terrible at this marble slab. I got overcharged for a quart of ice cream that was freezer burned terribly. (Should have been 8.99 and got charged $13?! It was plain/no mix ins so why was I charged this much??). But what really upset me was tonight. My fiancé and I stopped for some ice cream after eating at chipotle and he wanted to use his app reward. They were having trouble with their system (they entered his phone number a couple of times) and said he would have to pay full price. It doesn’t matter what issues you are having, you HAVE TO HONOR YOUR COUPONS/APP REWARDS!! The people were extremely rude so we left without the ice cream. (The employees at the one by heb are always polite and friendly btw!!) Extremely disappointed with this place and will NOT be back.

My family and I received terrible service this evening. They acted like we were an inconvience and rushed us. At one point they were actually bickering about who would help us. Once my fiancé did pay we were overcharged for 2 out of 3 servings. When we called to ask about this, the owner was somehow even more atrocious than her employees, and offered no way to resolve the problem. I work in customer service, and could never imagine handling a complaint in such poor fashion.

Theyre stingy with the toppings on kid sizes. Charging extra for more than one scoop, when the toppings are unlimited. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Never been a case at other Marble slabs. Glad Im only visiting this one time.

I came here to pick up some ice cream for Mothers Day. The ice cream girl Katie was incredibly rude. She tried helping the people behind me first, just because she felt like it. They kindly refused and said I should be taken care of first because I had waited a long time in line and that it wasnt fair for me. She said it was okay that I wasnt being taken care of and they said no it isnt. Anyways she ended up having to take care of me first and was so bothered by it. Well guess what, I am going to talk to your manager soon and let them know that their worker treated me so insignificantly. I hope they fire that lousy piece of trash because of her lack of customer service skills. Its people like her who make businesses go down hill.

Very rude employees, they overcharged us and it took FOREVER! When we called and spoke to the owner she was rude too! We will never go back and I urge you not to support franchise business like this that treat customers poorly. Go somewhere else, this place is terrible.
