Hidden gem of a place in a shopping center. Quick service and many options to choose from. The serve rolled up ice cream and Bobba tea. The ice cream looms amazing but it is super sweet.. must have some water near you.. very clean spot.. well maintained and overall fun experience.

Clean, They Sanitize, Extremely Prompt and correct with your order. Very organized. Absolutely Fantastic and the Ice cream is Delicious!! Employees are properly wearing gloves and hats. I will be coming back. Thank y’all for a great experience!

So I had never tried rolled ice cream before and omg…. I just saw this place had good reviews and decided to check it out - they make the ice cream right there in front of you!!! So fun!!! The place is really cute and looks super clean and nice. But yeah I totally watched this guy do some crazy ice cream hibachi-style skills and roll me up some delicious ice cream! Not only does it LOOK amazing but it TASTES amazing too!! I am very impressed and will def have to bring my daughter back here :) I really love finding neat little places where I live that are unique… and this just made this list :D would recommend 10/10 would visit again 😋

This was my first time trying rolled up ice cream, and i’m happy this was the place I went to!! Service is nice and fast, and the rolled up ice cream is great!! It’s really fun and enjoyable to see everyone make the ice cream. The atmosphere is also nice too. I recommend coming here if you want rolled up ice cream !

This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion.We went to Rock And Rollin ice-cream shop on Saturday the 4th of Sep 2021 and it was our very first time there.This type of ice cream was invented in the Southeast of Asia and then exported to South Korea where they turned this product into worldwide star.Stir-fried ice cream, also known as rolled ice cream (Thai: ไอศกรีมผัด or ไอติมผัด), is a sweetened frozen dessert.Alternative names: Rolled ice creamAnyway, We went to Rock And Rollin and were genuinely not impressed by anything.... not by the food nor the look/place/location. Ill explain in details....FOOD: We ordered one of their signature rolled Ice cream and a box of mixed flavor cheesecake (bite size).ROLLED ICRECREAM= I cant remember on top of my head what type or icecream we ordered but I DO remember that the flavor was there, just very very mild. the icecream comes with two toppings, but you can either change them or add more (you pay for each EXTRA ingredient, just keep that in mind). again, good but not impressing. what we did REALLY appreciate was that low sugar content of the icecream, usually asian style icecream are packed with sugar.MIXED FLAVOR CHEESECAKE BITES= The cheesecake bites where store bought, 100% sure, and in this case they were probably Walmart or SAMs CLUB. SUPER sweet and artificially flavored.... thats how you know they are store bought. I hoped they were handmade/homemade, but no. So, we did not like them at all.NOW, to be fair they work a great deal to make their creations look pretty and neat. and they do look super pretty.STAFF: The girl that got our order was nice but dry, no smile nor welcoming attitude. She did not even ask us how are you?. bad attitude.She briefly explained the system but she omitted quite a few IMPORTANT details.... like, she did not mention that each EXTRA ingredient had to be paid for and that my cheesecake bites where not homemade/handmade (which is very important actually). ALSO, she did not even offer us a complementary glass of water which is very common at icecream shops.CLEALINESS: overall a clean and neat place. what I did not like is... some of them did grab the toppings bare hands, no gloves.RESTROOMS: restrooms were clean and neat. they are Handicap -friendly. modern pleasant look. They had toilet paper, paper towels, running water, hand soap and a trash bin.INSTAGRAM / SNAPCHAT: Now, Im sure you are gonna love this place if you are a INSTAGRAM or SNAPCHAT kind of person. their rolled icecream are highly instagrammable and pretty. your friends are gonna envy you, for sure.The guys preparing your Rolled Ice-Cream definitely put up quite a show that is really fun and interesting to look at, also, they do not mind if you take videos or photos. But definitely something very enjoyable (and that Instagram and Facebook friendly.PLACE: The place is very small, just a few metal tables to enjoy your icecream. There is no specific design and there is a lack of furniture and Décor which is what makes the place dry and sad. on one wall there is a bunch of post-its to cover the bare wall and on the other wall there is a bunch of chalk boards to explain how to order. There is definitely alot of lighting, that enhances the general sense of cleanliness, BUT If you are looking for a place that has a good vibe and a pleasant atmosphere this is definitely NOT that place.With the ONE-LONG-glass kind of counter, You can see everything they do at all times, which boosts up your confidence in what they do behind the counter. great feature.LOCATION: Sketchy neighborhood, especially at night. the parking lot has no surveillance and at night there is very little lighting. better to go during daylight.PRICES: VERY EXPENSIVE considering the actual amount of ice-cream that you really get in your cup. you will pay for the look and for the Instagram friendly photos.CONCLUSION: Would I go back? no, I would not, too expensive. with the same amount of money I can get a large cup of good icre-cream downtown Corpus Christi.

Awesome and unique. So they throw sweet cream on an icy tray and mash in your preferred topping to infuse into the milky substance as it freezes. Flattened out, the artist can scrape in lines to create rolls of ice cream. Packed in tight, it proves to be a generous helping. Free drizzles and whipped cream make for a pretty picture.

Hands down very Delicious! The process of watching them create the rolled ice cream is quite entertaining! Wonderful amount of flavors and you can custom make whatever you want and it is very fairly priced too! I’m coming back again!

Great new experience on ordering a tasty dessert! If you want a flavorful ice cream I recommend getting a fruit mixed in. I have tried the monkey business and the banana mixed with Nutella and sweet cream is delicious!

Decent place - prompt service - but average taste -

The experience overall was rather unique. The clear glass easily makes it fun to watch your icecream being made. I had the matcha green tea with blueberries and I would have to say it was delicious! Its a flat rate of 5.99 including the create your own. Although I would be very careful of what you mix. Overall if your looking for a little different and a novelty experience with some unique flavors and style then youll love this place!

This place is unique in the way they roll the ice cream into the bowl. Wouldve been 5 stars if they didnt forget the graham cracker in my Strawberry Shawty. Thankfully the popping boba was a fun experience 😄.I appreciate the owner replying so quickly. This place was indeed amazing and also SO CLEAN! I will be returning to try all the flavors for sure 😋. Switching to 5 Stars!

The ice cream was good! I tried the Thai Tea with Lychee and Mango. The price is decent for the amount of ice cream you get. I would say that there are not that many flavour options but the options they do have are very good. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to visit or for locals. I would return to try the other options on their menu.
