I have many feet problems. I couldnt walk around without severe pain and it was excruciating, I had shoes made and for the first time in 10years or more, I can walk around with no pain. Its amazing how much better my feet are 😊. Thank you advanced steps for giving me my life back.

My father was in need of custom diabetic shoes/inserts and the staff at advance step were so helpful and informative and made the process so comfortable and stressless. If I could give them a 0 I would. Husband had appointment back in May for fitting. Here it is the end of August and no shoes. Only after threatening them with a call to the VA Hotline did they call and say the shoes were in and the inserts were ready. We go in and the shoes were the wrong size,(at the fitting we told her they had to be bigger because of my husbands unusual feet), but shes the expert. That was a week ago. She said shed order a new pair and would call this week. Here it is Friday, theyre closed till Tuesday and no call, no shoes. Pretty poor service all in all.

They are fabulous! Friendly, courteous and efficient...my husband’s feet have improved tremendously in a year’s time. Much gratitude to each of you!!

This place is GREAT! My dad has been getting his shoes & inserts here for a while now. All the employees are so very nice & helpful & they accept his V.A & Medicare. I recommend them very highly.

Really was impressed with the staff very courteous and professional, its been almost a year and still dont have my shoes it was suppose to be 8- 10 weeks me and my daughter been calling leaving voicemail and no return call back the last time i talk was about3-4 weeks ago and i was told they be ready in a couple of weeks, hello been calling and still nobody picks up or returns message, guess we gotta go in person to find out whats really going on, very frustrating, i need my shoes i cant hardly walk or go anywhere to enjoy life, shoes already been paid just waiting and waiting

Courteous staff at first visit. But, never got shoes. No one answers phone, been given the run around, and my dad has never received his shoes. Have to go back to Dr and get another referral for a different place. Been waiting almost a year and they keep saying the shoes arent in, or they are in, just not ready. Terrible!
