I have not been able to wear anything but athletic shoes for over 25 years. I have had 4 sets of custom made inserts over the years and my feet hurt all the time. I have been to 4 different podiatrists. I went to the Good Feet store and it has absolutely changed my life. I can now wear sandals all day long and have no pain. Ray took a lot of time and explained how everything worked. It took close to a month before I really started seeing a difference. You have to work up to them the way they tell you. My experience with the sales person was a 5 but the actual 2 part kit I purchased made no difference. I didn’t want the 3 part kit because $1399 for foot insoles. The 2 part I have tested for 2 days & they made my feet feel worse. Now I’m financing over $400 for insoles that don’t help!!! Big mistake!

Expensive, but worth every penny.....Ray is a great guy with a great product. He was very personable, helpful and upbeat. After 2 weeks of wearing the arch supports I have less pain walking and working ...more bounce in my step.

Please see your foot specialist if you want custom orthotics. Everything you see in the Good Feet Store can be bought on the internet for a fraction of what they charge. Custom orthotics are considered a prescription device, not bought in a store or off the internet. The cost of a custom device can range from $275-500. Off the shelf custom fit inserts are pre-fabricated devices that sell for about $19.95-$75 in most stores.

The experience was terrific, very informative and the product is amazing. Best my feet have felt in decades. Expensive, but I believe the cost savings will show up in less strain on my feet and joints and most importantly comfort.

I walked into The Good Feet store and right away, David Olson, the manager of the store on Airline in Corpus Christi attended to me. I explained that I couldn’t put my heels straight on the ground because of my heel Spurs. My first experience at the Good Feet Store was an eye opener. I was recovering from surgery on left foot. Broke ankle in 3 places. Had 12 screws and a plate to be able to walk. In last 6 months of recovery I never realized how important a perfect shoe with the best insoles was going to change my quality of life. I’m walking freely without a cane. And no pain! Total comfort. I went to the Good Feet store in Corpus Christi expecting to get help for my planters fascitis. I am an Iraq war veteran and have had foot problems since. I felt like I was taken advantage of in a sense that I was told these would help me almost immediately. Im still in pain after spending $1500 dollars. I blame myself for trusting the salesman. Please just go to see a podiatrist instead.

UPDATE...Ive been wearing the inserts for 7 months now. It has literally changed my life! I was in chronic pain prior to purchasing my Good Feet inserts, and have been pain free since!Only been using them for 24 hours, but, am VERY surprised at how great my foot feels! Woke up this morning for first time in months with no pain! Hope this continues!

The inserts I got here really helped with my back pain i got after I was in a car accident. They helped my moms back pain too who has a bad back because shes elderly. The people here are helpful. Will tell my friends and family about this place if they need.

These people bully you into buying-I tried to leave several times until I caved and bought something and I regret it. The arch supports hurt my feet and are of no use $345 down the drain-glad they didnt con me into buying all $1300 worth.

The people at the store were very nice, professional and helpful. My issue isn’t with the store it’s more of the program and price. I went in thinking I would be getting custom made orthotics for my feet and I didn’t know they only sale good feet products. Their program consists of three different arch supports that you have to change throughout the day. When I asked questions about my feet, the salesperson said he’s not a podiatrist. I went ahead and purchased a “maintainer” only because I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time, I needed something already for my foot pain and because the price went down after I said I needed to think about it as I don’t know if this is the solution I’m looking for. Over $1000 for three different arch supports that you have to change throughout the day that aren’t even custom molded to your feet is very over priced. For that price I would just see a podiatrist. I’m not knocking on the store or the sales ppl. My issue is more about the price and I think people should know that they only sell their products that are off the shelf and I wouldn’t even call them orthotics. They are plastic things that go in your shoe and you have to buy the cushions separately. The salesperson “took care of me” and added the cushions with my maintainers and the total was $250 ( and that was at a discounted price) For that price they should come with the product anyways. I really hope these work because I left feeling like I was ripped off.

Only purchased the cushions. Did not help the problem. Not worth what I paid for them. What is the return policy? Going to go get replacement orthotics worth only 1/5 the cushions. Too much shrill, not enough results.

I have been having problem with my feet to the point where the arch was always in pain. I have swollen like ball on my ankle and it hurts when I walk. Walked into the store and was well accepted and all things were easily explained. It did not take long and i didn’t expect to have them the same day and that is how you take care of customers. My feet are starting to mold into the arch and for the first time I am walking without pain.

Expensive and waste of money, made my feet worst, paid $900, was told by foot doctor not wear, tried to get at least half refund, but they to give me another insole, nothing but a scam

Yuri was more than knowledgeable... He took time to explain all the details of the system. He answered all my questions. I would be willing go appear in an infomercial about this product. All - and I mean all my pain is gone. My feet and my back are no longer crying out from pain. Literally overnight my life has changed. I look at this as an investment in my quality of life. Have recommended it to others and will continue to do so. Bottom line - you owe it to yourself to check this out.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Their product is a complete rip off and they are a scam. The employees act like doctors like they know all about bone and muscle structure. They make up their own prices to get the most commission. If you negotiate you can get the whole set for just about half the price they tell you at first. They buy the product for a couple bucks and try to sell it for over a thousand. Complete terrible company and I would not recommend even my worst enemy to shop there. They will lie to you just for the sale and are trained to tell the exact same thing to every customer but claim to personalize your experience.

In November of 2019 I walked into the Good Feet store in Corpus Christi looking to buy some new shoes. I needed to replace the $150 Hoka’s I bought because I have issues with plantar fasciitis and other pain in my feet, knees and lower back. What I learned is they don’t sell shoes. Instead Chase asked me some questions about what I was looking for and more importantly WHY. Once I told him about my frustration trying to find shoes that would help with my pain he educated me that my shoes weren’t the problem. He had me try a couple different Arch Supports in my shoes until we found the perfect fit. I am excited to say I have used them every day since. I love that I can put them in any pair of shoes but most importantly, I no longer have pain in my feet, knees or lower back. I found the Good Feet store by accident, but would highly recommend everyone stop by and let one their helpful associates educate you on how Arch Supports can change your life 😊

Well have had my inserts since the 17th of January been back twice to change them up an still cant say I have a lot of relief heels still hurt an I still heavy step on my heels .so if it dont get better I guess Im out 800 an an something dollars. Because all sales are final.

I am a 59 year old triathlete and active in other sports. During the run portion of a triathlon in the summer of 2019, I began to feel pain in my left heel. Over the course of the next several months, the pain got worse and my training runs required several days of rest between. The tendon in my left arch became extremely tight. I believe this was the beginning of plantar fasciitis. I tried many different generic products, supports, pads, foot massage devices etc. and nothing seemed to work very well.Then in late December 2019 while playing tennis and going after a ball, I pulled my left arch tendon so severely that I could barely walk for days afterwards - extreme pain.My wife heard an ad for the Good Feet Store on Airline Road in Corpus Christi so I hobbled into the store where I was met by Mr. Ulrie Cassita. Ulrie helped me with a program of 3 sets of arch supports to use to help recover from my foot issues.My recovery has been nothing short of a MIRACLE! I had immediate relief from the pain and within one week my arch had strengthened and the tightness was going away. By the 2nd week I was jogging and playing tennis again. And by the 3rd week, I was doing my run training at full speed, full out, hard running! I also no longer have to rest for several days between runs - the pain and tenderness and near plantar fasciitis has completely been eliminated.
