While standing in line, waiting on the man in front of me to pay...next its my turn. Get up to the checkout and the cashier says, I will be right back I have to wait on a customer. Leaves me waiting there. At the photo center there was 2 people working and 2 people being helped.This employee was rude, name is Douglas. No apology. Im not going back

Ive had both good and bad experiences with this location. Once, I went in to get copies done and was under a deadline to get to an appointment. I had plenty of time to spare for a quick in and out job. I got my copies made myself, but when it came time to pay? I could NOT find a single sales person available. One was busy dealing with a customer making a custom large sign order, and the rest? No where to be found. Eventually, I laid a few dollars on the counter, told the sales clerk real quick that I had 5 black and white copies made at the copy machine, and this would cover MORE than enough, plus tax and I left.The next time, I needed to find a carry case for a pocket sized heart monitor for my son. This time? There was a busy worker doing stocking and actually stopped to help me find something. Not only did I find what I needed, but I was able to get it for a fair price. Another time I stopped in, I had to make a single copy again, and the machines were messing up. The manager knew it was a big issue that needed fixing and would take time, so she gave me the copy and told me to have a nice day, without charge. I thought that was nice.

Excellent service from Tracy in Copy and Print department.She was very helpful.

Their tech department is horrifically understaffed. The Techs do good work for an honest price, and they are very knowledgeable. the stores management however doesnt seem to give a damn about that department, as there are only 2 people working in that department, and have been for some time.

I want to shout out a salesman by the name Oliver, I purchased an office chair from them, a cressfield, but when I got home to put it together the arm rest was broke and still tried to put it together and none of the bolt holes would line up, needless to say I was very upset with this. I put everything back in the box and brought it back to the store just to get my money back. When I got there, the salesman, Oliver, insisted that I went to look for another chair, so I did, I went to look around and couldnt find anything else I liked that was in my price range. Then as I am looking around Oliver came back there and pointed out a chair that I liked but could not afford, it was called the 15000 something, and I told him it was not in my price range, and he said that he would trade me even for the chair I had to return and he even offered the already assembled chair. I agreed to that deal and I was a happy customer. If anyone ever goes to office depot in Corsicana, I highly recommend dealing with Oliver.

Awesome workers! Want to the banner making department to have a BRIDE TO BE small badge made and she threwbtogeyher a great idea for me! I was running late to work before I even entered the store so she was super quick and efficient!

Im very grateful for my local Office Depot here in Corsicana! I brought my Hewlett Packard laptop to have it looked at because it would not connect to my wifi. Needless to say they took care of it and very quickly!

Went there to purchase certain items and the staff was very helpful.

So I walked up as they where about locking down a lady employee told me we close. As she pushed a customer out the door then taking the ladies shopping cart making her to carry a huge office chair to her van with no help. I walked back to door and fat lady starts yelling we close. This place sux and needs new management and I will never spend another red cent at any of these stores. Get same things off Amazon cheaper just need to wait a day for now on. Pi## off Depot.

Was looking for a notary... googled named them as offering services.. called to make sure.. was told they didnt... Maybe shouldnt be on there if it isnt offered..

Pretty good place today just got copys of a document thank God no people where in there I was in and out quickly normal days you have to wait because of only one person working at that counter! Over all a good experience

Salesman was very helpful in finding exactly what we wanted and making sure we were making the right choice for our equipment. I even looked at my Office Depot number and applied it to the purchase.

Its never a quick in and out no I have to wait is normally only two people one at the copy area and one checkout clerk white and they are normally both very busy so waiting is going to be the name of that game
