From start to finish, my experience with Lovesac was a perfect adventure! I first heard of this couch about a year ago or so and felt like with my house full of rescue animals, my animals, kids I nanny, and ALL the food and wine, I needed something super washable and my Virgo energy needed something to move around whenever I wanted. So, I went in months ago to look, and the ladies there were lovely- informative and NOT pushy. Almost saying in their minds “we know you’ll be back- no need to push you!” (So right!!!) so then a few weeks ago when I went back and was pretty sure I wanted the couch, Elizabeth really helped me. She allowed my controlling personality to shine, helped me be incredibly particular, allowed me to run next door to pick up something from Apple before they closed, and assured me I was making the best decision. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! They use tiny wood blocks to show you configurations on how the couch can be arranged in your home which was probably the reason I went with my purchase that day! Elizabeth really got me, and my boyfriend- and succeeded in making this purchase 100% non-regrettable. She was the BEST at connecting with us personally, while remaining completely professional at the same time. What a stress free interaction. I already made an additional purchase!!!! (Btw- the cup holders ARE AMAZING!!!)
Today was a very busy day for LoveSac.com as they were having a 25% off sale for the Labor Day weekend. I was having a difficult time getting through on the telephone to place my order.In the meantime I messaged their Corte Madera, CA store and was responded to immediately by their very sweet employee, Elizabeth, who let me know she was with a customer but would reach out to me at 2:30 this afternoon by calling me. In the meantime, Lovesac.com did finally call back and I was able to complete my transaction.I let Elizabeth know and she again sweetly and promptly responded and let me know that if I had any other needs that she would be available until 7 this evening.Needless to say, I was very impressed by her level of courtesy and responsiveness and her wonderfulSpeaking with Elizabeth really made my day!Many kudos!All in all I had a great experience buying a sofa at Lovesac..
Kylie was beyond helpful. She answered a million questions, navigated sales offers, identified creative ways to deliver what we want to have at sales prices and was so thoughtful and courteous. Had numerous questions about return policies and she helped ensure that we are covered in case of dissatisfaction during shelter in place.

Had the best purchase experience in which maybe for ever. Have to say it’s for sure because of Elizabeth my sales person, she was so knowledgeable of all the parts of the product, answered every question I had without any hesitation at all, what a gem she is, I had lots of questions about fabric, and she showed me all the samples I was interested in and then some, stuffing and how durable for pets, can’t wait to get it, very pleased so far 😊
Your products are beautifully made! The staff at the Corte Madera store were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. My husband and I were trying to replace a large sectional that was 20 years old. Elizabeth spent quite a few hours assisting us in this endeavor. We give her 5 stars for all the help that she gave us before and after the sale. Elizabeth follows up!

I went to a Lovesac store selected my choices, presented a card I received in the mail for a discount. I was comfortable with the price and gave my credit card. About 2 hours later I received a call from the sales person, the discount did not apply to the material I selected. I cancelled the order.
Super helpful staff, especially Elizabeth. We were working on a very tight schedule, and when FedEx (not Lovesac) slightly delayed our shipment, the Lovesac staff leapt into action and found us everything we needed, making it as easy and simple as possible for us.This was after doing a terrific job helping us figure out what we needed and how to configure the perfect setup for our room.

Pleasant, helpful experience with sales person Paolo in Corte Madera! She gave us all the options on fabric costs and delivery times. We purchased a 4x sofa sectional on the same day. We are looking forward to a fast free delivery. In the meantime we purchased a set of blocks to have fun playing with different arrangements.

This has been the worst shopping experience I have had in years. I placed an $8000 order, paid for it in full up front, even returned to ask my sales associate about the pillows that I would be receiving with my setup and was dismissed and told all would be fine, when it arrived and wasnt fine there has been a huge dragging of their feet in regards to making up for their mistake. We chose a fabric that is no longer available (which is also aggravating since we just got this sectional in the last month or so). Because the wrong pieces were ordered for our setup, now we are getting a lot of excuses about why its hard to make this right for us...blaming it on the fabric while at the same time implying that our choice of fabric is to blame for the difficulty...not the poor performance of the store team not ordering the correct pieces to correspond with my chosen design. I dont buy new furniture often and was so excited to find something like this that I could customize to my space exactly the way I wanted, but the poor treatment we have received has tarnished our excitement and love of our new couch setup. Not only will I not be recommending Lovesac to anyone, but I will be sure to share this experience far and wide to make sure that no one else is treated so poorly. There has been no empathy, apology, or urgency surrounding this poor experience. The only apology I received was when I called out the store team on their lack of empathy and dismissal of my complaints, but not the actual mistake that was made. I hope that in the end Lovesac is successful in delivering upon their commitment to deliver the product that I ordered and paid for. The team has conceded to producing us 2 extra covers for the back pillow inserts we received incorrectly, but have made it sound like they are gong above and beyond by doing so. If I were to treat my customers the way that Lovesacs people have treated me, I know that there would be a lot more involvement from higher-ups.
Hard to put into words how terrible my customer service experience with this store--and Lovesac overall--has been, but lets put it this way: my wife and I have decided to return our sactional altogether rather than continue futilely to get our relatively benign issues resolved related to our covers. Unresponsiveness, non-stop being handed back and forth between store personnel and national customer support team, poor attitudes, on and on. Honestly, stay away -- its not worth the trouble and the product is only so-so at the end of the day anyway. Youve been warned. ;-)
Help! Pillow covers...OH, geez 1st covers to arrive were dove grey:Supposed to match Lovesac tags/logo which I dont want, they stick out! Does NOT match my custom fabrics.NO. I dont want those giant logo tags outside my pillows, with BIG “teal” zippers to match YOUR logo.Feels like a no brainier, Ill drive them over tomorrow or Monday for exchange, same dove grey, done right.Company tag is impossible for me to remove its sewed in too well.Im not paying for it to be fixed, tell me this will be fixed? “Logo Gray” ZIPPERS, and remove the BIG fabric logo! The zipper-pulls are perfect logo, size & as a zipper-pull, perfect.REMOVE the large fabric tags, they are awful & unnecessary.REMOVE teal big zippers & large logo! Dumbest marketing plan Ive ever seen.Get it together. my sofa is around $9k, I shouldnt even have to think about it! It’s Marlin custom leather, with Dove Grey accent pillows. Elizabeth has pictures that I can’t post here. THINK about those with BRIGHT peacock color? Honestly, I’m having to do more work to get the right look.Who would EVER expect THAT??*Elizabeth has been exceptional, I like everyone in the Corte Madera store.Extremely disappointed with the marketing gimmick.Love what I chose, so excited for it to be in my home. I should put Flamingos all over it, the way it is now.Sincerely,DM

I ordered a Lovesac sofa and decided that being a little older, I would pay for the white glove service. All of the employees were very helpful, but I ran into a problem getting may white glove service. I called the Corte Madera Store and the Manager set up my white glove service. I needed my new sofa in the deep seating setup and the white glove people were very nice, but could not do it. I would say that some of this problem must have been my fault as to how I wanted the sofa setup. I was ready to give up when the STORE MANAGER CORTE MADERA CA. (ELIZABETH)volunteered to come over the bridge and drive to my home and personally put my sofatogether the proper way. She is an absolutely amazing and competent Manager. She had my sofa put together in about 20 minutes. She was so amazing.Lovesac, please take good care of this Store Manager Elizabeth. She is invaluable to your company.Thank you so much Elizateth
