Replaced window was a different shade and not Toyota brand. It not match the tint of my original windows that were unchanged from when purchased at the Toyota dealership. This place claimed they don’t even do tinting and that I’d have to go someplace and pay out of pocket for it to be matched properly.My recommendation would be to go to a dealership or somewhere else.They’re fast here, and they cleaned out the broken glass, but now I’ve got an in matching window to deal with.

Bought a used Toyota and the windshield was scratched up beyond repair. Looked for a glass shop to do the work and A-1 was, by far, the most professional shop I encountered as I tried to get a price for service and set an appointment. Dropped the truck off 30 minutes before the appointment and they had the work done well before the time they promised. The install is clean and looks great. The warranty is excellent and the employees were great to work with. Recommend.

Great service, had a side window broken, they fixed it within an hour, they have the best price out of all the other quotes in town and they were so attentive ! Even fixed a dent on the side of the car !

Needed a windshield replaced and this service provider was across from Toyota. After speaking with their reps, it was understood that some complex tasks needed to occur with a newer vehicle. We dropped the vehicle off and expected to wait a day or more for a calibration. The vehicle was done mid day and they even put the little oil change sticker back in the corner. Great customer service. There isnt many choices in the area, but the company definitely came through as a preferred choice for any future occurrences.

They worked with my insurance and I was able to go in and get my windshield replaced within a week. Didnt take as long as they said it would and they cleaned up any debris from changing it. Definitely recommend them!

I had EXCELLENT service with this company. I got 3 quotes for a new windshield and they definately had the best price. The job was done in a very timely manner and completed earlier than the estimated time quoted. I had to return today due to a problem with my window wiper and they fixed it immediately, no charge or question, even though the issue had nothing to do with my window installation as I had thought. I absolutely would use this company in the future. Professional and friendly staff as well!!!

The Corvallis shop replaced my windshield almost a year ago. Apparently, they just wedged the lane departure camera housing on because they couldn’t get it attached properly. I’m out money and time spent over the last several months working with Toyota tracking down a plastic rattle until one day it just falls off. Now I either pay someone to get it attached orI have to take half a day off work because, they are unwilling to have someone fix it on a Saturday.

They were super helpful in repairing my windshield quickly and for a good price. These guys are the best!

I work a five day week and do not live close to town. It is a super inconvenience to arrange time off from workAlso, I would give your technician’s a raise. They are definitely building your business.

I had a back window on my Toyota Tundra broken during some work and was referred here. First they gave me a very early fix time (two days later) because of party shipping, but later called to say they could do it earlier because they already had it.When there they said they had me at an earlier time, but didnt fuss over it and started work finishing an hour ahead of their estimate. The best moment came when looking at the bill: 48% discount on the window dropping the price from $750 to about $400. They also detailed the motor to make sure there were no pieces of glass in it.

This place is great. They repaired the chip in my window while I waited. They even explained the whole process and were very professional and friendly. Offered another customer a ride home while their car window was being replaced. I give these guys the highest rating!!

Came here to get a windshield chip repaired and was told it was going to be 35$. they finished fixing it within 5 minutes of my arrival and wouldnt let me pay. He just said to remember him for future services. Ill definitely recommend them and be back if need be!! On top of the free repair, he did a great job!

I came to schedule an appointment to have a chip in my windshield repaired thinking that it may take awhile to fit in their schedule. Instead they took care of it immediately and had me out the door in 10 min! They were so efficient and kind! My car insurance would cover the damage at no charge to myself but the service repair man said not to worry about filing a claim. Their kindness and generosity made my day!

They used to be good, but last time I went in there the guy was cocky and did a bad job.

They replaced my seal and glass in my truck. Never mentioned they found rust which voided my warranty until I called back a couple days later to tell them it was leaking. My receipt showed nothing about a voided warranty. The general manager was supposed to call me back, and never did. Their employee, Shane, told them he told me about the warranty, which is a total fabrication. Very disappointed. I know they arent a body shop, but this should have been communicated to me. I hope they remedy this situation. I do not recommend this business and their shady business practices. Very poor customer service and communication!

Fine work but misleading on pricing. Quoted $239 for windshield replacement when I set an appointment. They later sent a text message later saying it would be $259 if I needed heated WS (I didnt). A text message sent after I dropped the car off said it would be $259 for unheated WS. When I picked up the car, they asked for $269....not a way to run a business. Also, at first I was told that it would take 2 hrs. after drop-off. Three hours later, they still hadnt started the work. They were finally done at the 4 1/2 hour point. Half day would have been fine if Id known, but I planned my day on the 2 hour estimate.Three stars rather than two because the young gentleman I originally spoke with was VERY helpful and friendly and service-minded...+1 for him.

They replaced a bonded window. The bonding agent was visible squeezing out from the edges in places when I got it back. I dont think theres much else there to mess up, so I found it a bit disappointing.

Had to get a new windshield for my work rig. Steve and shane did a perfect job very quickly and even brought me back to work and picked me back up when they were done. The prices were also surprisingly inexpensive.
