Weve been very pleased with our recent purchases at the store. Melissa has been very helpful in showing us a leather love power recliner which we bought. We also bought 2 end tables with power receptacles & also two new reading lamps. Im in the market for a new couch & she showed me some models today.

Its a fantastic place to shop for furniture,one of the biggest selections i have seen! The staff are very nice and listen to what you have to say and never pushie to sell anything. I went to multiple stores and hands down they have the lowest prices by far! Very happy to shop there and have been very pleased with zero 0 regrets each time we have done business there! We are happy and will continue to buy future and decor for our home there at Blackledge furniture in Corvallis.

Heed the negative reviews! We wasted a long trip (1 hour 45-minute drive EACH WAY) based on a misrepresentation. On the phone, one Andrea assured me that they had no fewer than five chair-and-a-half recliners (my specific request). Since Blackledge boasts about their supposed biggest selection, we decided to check them out.The next morning, we made the long drive from the coast, only to be told by Emily that Gee, we have only one such recliner. This was after commanding us, Dont talk to anyone else but me! She did make the five-minute effort to locate a second recliner; both were low end floor models.When we asked if there was any discounting for one of their used floor models, her robo-reponse was immediate: Management feels there is value in getting a piece right away, so.... no. Our alternative was to wait a quoted 4-5 months for a custom order.Upon hearing the distance we had come for a fruitless shopping attempt, Emilys response was to make a sad face. That was it. No apology, no attempt to work with us, no point. But there was a bright spot...Once back on the coast we stopped at Robys in Newport and found the perfect quality recliner, to be delivered in just days, thanks to our very helpful saleswoman. If youre in inland Oregon, make the trip to the coast and shop at a real furniture store--not this one.

Love this store! Everyone is very helpful, and I like to shop local. I needed a quality couch. I got one on sale, and received courteous and timely delivery! Cant ask for a better shopping experience.

I really appreciated the detail and respect the sales associates gave my wife and I when we arrived at the store. Considering the difficult times with being in public due to the pandemic your staff was top notch. We also give very high marks to your sales person.

I had an excellent experience at Blackledge with their consultant, Elizabeth Groner! Elizabeth knew right away the depth of sofa I needed as I am height challenged, and now my feet touch the floor! I only had a vague idea of the style of sofa I wanted, but was able to find what I liked and with Elizabeths help was able to choose one that is comfortable and looks great in my home. I recommend Elizabeths expertise and look forward to working with her in the future!

The store is way bigger than it looks from the outside. I had a good time browsing for my dream mattress. Rayna was very helpful! she showed me around for hours (literally until they closed) and give insights to what is a good option that fits my budget. I was looking for a simple bed like pallets and she even helped ask her boss if they had pallets from the store. She also check in with me after the delivery and made sure I like the mattress. Overall, it was a great experience shopping here and would love to buy other furniture again!

I loved their selection and the possibility to buy local products. Their prices are very reasonable compared to buying online at a comparable quality and you can actually try and see the furniture. Will definitely go back for my future furniture needs. Staff is friendly, helpful and kind.

Melissa was extremely helpful in showing us options within our budget. She was never pushy. She listened to our feedback, and helped us find the perfect couch and recliner for our house. We were truly happy to have her help and service. The delivery guys were on time and efficient with the move in. This is the second time that we’ve made a large (for us) purchase at Blackedge. Spend a couple of days in and out this place before we made a decision on getting a couch here. It is SUPER comfy! Very, very happy with our purchase. Thought it would be too firm when we sat on it at the store, but definitely dont feel like that now that its in our home :) (weird psychology...). The person there was very patient with us and did a superb job answering all of our questions.

Excellent selection, helpful staff, great location. Ive been a loyal customer for two decades. I visit other stores but Blackledge always wins out for value and selection. Looking for a new recliner for my tall husband . After looking at several stores ended up at Blackledge. They had the best selection and prices. Found just what he wanted. Sales lady was very patient and explained the different leather and leather look a likes. This is the second recliner we have bought from them, wish we hadnt wasted our time looking els where.

Weve bought several pieces of furniture here and have always been happy with the delivery and service weve received. Prices are also usually quite competitive and they offer cash discounts and layaway. Our favorite Corvallis furniture store. Highly recommended.

The salesperson (Mrs. Groner) was great. Our order was written up and delivery date given right away. The 2 young men that delivered were right on time. It was raining so they saw that the pieces were covered when they brought them in. Good products, good service. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

This store offers a huge amount of furniture samples to choose from. Almost all of the basement is dedicated to recliners, which was great for us since thats what we were looking for. We found a very nice motorized recliner that also had an adjustable headrest for just under $800. A pretty good deal when compared to other places in the tri-city area.The staff was helpful but didnt hang around bothering us while we looked things over. Which was something we really appreciated. Delivery was free and the guys did a great job being on time, setting up the chair for us and taking away our old one. Weve had the chair for 5 months now and my husband loves it! He used to have problems snoring when he fell asleep in his chair but that has virtually stopped with this chair. A real unexpected plus.

A wide variety of selection and helpful sales people made our couch buying experience here great. Would recommend for anyone furniture shopping in the Corvallis area. They allowed us to take sample fabric home test out in the room before deciding on a color. Delivery was free.

I have shopped and worked with Mellisa a couple of times. She doesnt push but offers great help and has quickly learned what I will like. Checked a few places and the prices here are very competitive - in fact saved a good sum by purchasing here rather than a larger chain in the state.

Recently my little old mother went in here to purchase a lazy boy to fit her tiny little frame. She was treated with the utmost care and respect and ended up purchasing her recliner from them. I was so impressed by how they treated her even though she had forgotten her hearing aids and couldnt really hear and had to keep asking them to repeat, they took it all in stride.

Over priced, found the same furniture in a few different places in town, for much cheaper. Also, could hear a staff member on the phone yelling at some one about a chair. I would shop at the other stores in town.

Recently purchased a new flex steel sectional and a lazy boy recliner for a big/tall man. Melissa was very helpful the couple times we were in there looking around. She seemed very informed about the different brands, products and other misc. We purchased on a second visit an oak headboard for a king size bed and a Howard Miller chiming Pendulum clock and a end table to finish off the livingroom. Melissa even took me to their annex where they keep the clearance items. She was very patient with us too and she didnt seem to be in a rush to move on to help someone else, which we liked. I was impressed with her knowledge of the products they carried and the special orders like we had and the different fabrics offered.

Very helpful, great sale prices. Large selection of furniture and accessories. Better quality than some of the other local furniture stores.

My sectional broke 1 day after owning... hadnt even sat on it yet. instead of fixing immediately, blackledge took over 1 month to come pick up the damaged couch, left me with half of it, and hasnt returned the other half in over 2 months. do not shop here.

Rude people, selling overpriced low-quality furniture with terrible customer service. Just go elsewhere
