Sort of a medium-size thrift store I would say. Good selection things. Prices are pretty good.

This thrift store has reasonable prices. Store is clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some kids toys. A whole lot of clothes. Lots of kitchen stuff. I love some of the antique furniture. Sometimes you can find some treasures .

Honestly one of the best stores to shop in. Very clean, adheres to COVID procedures incredibly well and makes me feel safe while in the store. Staff is friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable, and the new layout is beautiful. Definitely give it a look!

I purchased a nice used Trek Hybrid Bike in August of 2019 that needed some restoration work - but the price was very reasonable. Also I was pleased to donate estate items during the summer that included a Classic Ames Master Gardeners Planter Wagon, Radio Flyer Kids Wagon, New Safety Work Jerseys, etc. They sold these items rather quickly! Very efficient operation and friendly staff. I love donating and shopping at this store and highly recommend to all. They have earned the Highest Rating of *****Five Stars*****.

Rude staff that cannot take the time to look for things they post on Craigslist, but can run across the place yelling at masked customers they need better masks!?! I thought this place was for helping people but they didnt want to help someone ready to give them 100$ for stuff they got for free. Terrible garbage store. Go to goodwill, they help you there.

Poor customer service... Said she had to clean a cart so I could use it.... But wouldnt chess it... So we tried using ama hand baskets...but she wouldnt allow use to sit then down anywhere ... I guess we ere supposed to carry everything and since we are trying to furnish a house its a little hard to carry everything... I will never donate or shop there again .... Very disappointed

Best used furniture selection in town. Decent amount of better quality clothes. Housewares, books, linens, craft supplies. Very organized. Best prices in town.

I was very dissatisfied with my last interaction here. This is normally my go to place for donations, but I will now be making the trip to St. Vincent de Pauls in Albany.I was told to my face you can donate them, but were just going to throw them away regarding some sporting equipment that was in perfectly good condition. Her attitude was one of annoyance that I brought a car full of items which I went through with her one by one asking if they accepted them or not. It make me wonder how many other items that I thought I was doing something good by donating that they have simply thrown away. If you dont want to sell items that I am giving to you for free, I will find someone who will make sure they are used! Not thrown away. Very dissappointed...Very rude, treated me like I was just trying to dump my garbage with the store.

The Arc Thrift Store is my favorite place to find whatever I need, the staff is like super nice, they make me feel like it is a place like home,I can just come in and forget what was bothering me, sometimes I see something I cant seem to live without i.e. the big red couch!!! I love it at The Arc!!!

High prices, midrange used stuff quality. But, the staff are friendly. Has a very at home kind of feel to it.

Very friendly, cheap and supportive of the local community. I only wish more people would donate here and shop here rather than Goodwill. Thanks Arc!

Very good prices on DVDs and old computer games. Be sure to check the cases though. I got home after buying a game and found no CD in the case!

There is a frequent refresh of merchandise, the staff is friendly and helpful (or they will leave you alone to dig around) and there are treasures to be found at very reasonable prices.
