I have used them for about 10 years. Multiple products and issues. Everytime they address the issue and it stays fixed. Best of all they are very reasonable in their charges.

Lamberto came out and took a look at my dishwasher and stove. Unfortunately, both units were damaged to the point that it made more sense to buy new ones. Lamberto was very honest about this and explained that he could fix it for us but it would be wiser to get new appliances from a vendor. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Great speedy work. Lambert? i believe is his name, came out within about 1.5 hours of speaking to him (no time arrangement was made so this was not inconvenient at all) he took a look at my refrigerator problem and was able to identify the issue. I appreciate his honesty as his conclusion was that the issue was severe enough to not warrant fixing as it would cost far more than purchasing a current new model. This kind of honesty is appreciated and i would certainly recommend this business, and you can bet i will be calling them for my appliance issues.

Long story but in short... out of several calls to other repair companies due to squeaky and leaking washer... I had been referred to Lomberto at Medic.. from 2 friends, business owners in Costa Mesa. This man did not try to take my $$ coming out and checking the appliance. I told him what was happening. No other company but ONE gave me any help..they just wanted to charge $$ to come out and take a look... Lomberto said it sounded like a main seal, and not to waste my money. He was honest.. he wanted to know what was happening, as I told all the others, but HE said it would cost too much... to buy new, thanku !!!
