Sales person was fine. That’s the end of the good news. The delivery was horrible. Mistake after mistake.Can you give us a sub zero review. That’s what it deserves. They left $20,000 of kitchen appliances in my driveway. Refused to help get them into the garage. This after not showing up the week before. This after showing up some random day without call At all. Unbelievably horrible.Unbelievably unprofessional. Unable to reach anyone by phone at the store.
What a horrible experience! The worst appliance store ever! Do not shop here! You will be so disappointed and upset! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! The management is no better! I think soon they will be out of business with their lousy, horrific customer service!
